Room was spotless. Cleaning staff provided additional amenities and-or cleaned the room every day. Front desk staff were easy to speak with and provided assistance with whatever I needed. Parking was efficient and only took minutes to retrieve my car every day.

敷地内に駐車場がなく、近くの有料駐車場を利用する必要があります。ホテル側から駐車料金の補助はありませんでした。さらに、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えず、故障しているようでした。エアコンもほとんど効かず、快適とは言えませんでした。

Very nice hotel like other Dormy Inns we have stayed in. Clean rooms, good onsens, all amenities we need. Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). Overall we would still recommend this hotel.

The onsen at level 9th was very good, Many dining options are within walking distance. Room size is on small side typical of Japanese hotel chains. Parking is multi storey and automated, which means cannot drive in and out many times a day.

Great location near JR station and the drinking alleys. For a budget hotel it was nice. Clean, modern , comfortable bed and room, WiFi was 25 Mb/s. Fantastic rooftop onsen with indoor and outdoor baths with a view of the city. Massage chairs and quite a few complimentary snacks.

Their room size and public bath along with many gestures and treats such as free applt juice & free ramen before bed-time was welcoming, but the front desk staff who served me seemed that she hadn't got a clue what she was supposed to do. For example: ask for my passport twice, had problem with fixing up my key card, and forgot to give to passcode for their female public bath,etc

Such an amazing amd excellent hotel. All the facilities within the hotel was very clean, felt luxurious. The rooms were a nice size for 2 people. Onsen and sauna was a reward for long cold days. If you are able to stay awake, the free ramen is delicious. Very convenient to have laundry facilities on the property. After staying at this our hotel, we were very spoiled and other hotels we stayed at for the remainder of the trip was definitley a downgrade. We will visit again and look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel.

Dormy inn forever!

Everything about this hotel is great: free self serve laundry, pay dryers, very clean rooms with great bathrooms/showers and house cleaning, comfortable beds, you can get additional pillows to be more comfortable, onsen is very hot, late night ramen was tasty, leisure outfit provided is very comfy, communally available microwave, utensils. Provided welcome gift and water. Small fridge and kettle. Super location central to restaurants, convenience stores very close, safe area, complimentary coffee, juice, yakault and ice cream at different times. Staff was amazing-polite, outstandingly pleasant and always professional. One of the major bus stops fir the area is at the front. I'm a huge dormy inn fan. Highly highly recommend to anyone with an opportunity to stay at this hotel. I hope they don’t change. Such an incredibly favorable experience. Even the elevator was great and efficient.

Very charming hotel in downtown Hachinohe. Walkable to the art museum, the JR line, and multiple dining options. If you like fruit, there is a fancy fruit parlor on the walk to the JR train. Staff is multi-lingual, attentive, and caring. The top floor amenities (popsicles, probiotics) were a big hit with our 12 year old.

Hotel that seems to be frequented by Japanese vacationers for the on site hot bath.
Bath and shower are wonderful, rooms are very small. I ordered a queen not realizing that it’s smaller than a double you might want to check the square footage.
Don’t pay for on-site breakfast. You can get much better meal for half price anywhere outside of there.
Also, be forewarned, onsen baths are not to be used by those with tattoos. This is typical in a public Japanese bath.
The hot mineral baths are really special. There are 2 hot soaking areas, a round pot for single use, a cold bath, hot sauna, many showering stations . They are located on the top floor and one of the hot bath is open to the sky. Spa clothing to be worn to the onsen is provided.

Good hotel, plan accordingly for parking

Three night business trip. Parking is first come first serve and it's via a parking elevator so your departure and return time are requested for planning. You get one out and in privilege if you are staying two nights or more, and if you are fourth in line for your car you are waiting for about 20 minutes so plan ahead.

The check in was standard and the room is nice. As all of my reviews state for Japanese hotels; the rooms are small and the bed and pillows are hard...get used to it in this country.

There is an Onsen which is included in the price. Nothing like a nice hot spring bath followed by a tall, cold beer (from the vending machine in the Onsen) to end the night.

Location is good for eating and drinking establishments; find the izakaya alley just two blocks away. Magnificient.

Parking was the worst of it, but not a downer, and I will stay there again for my next visit. This time I will be sure to plan ahead for parking though.

I’m a regular at Dormy Inn. I would stay at the Dormy in Akihabara when visiting Tokyo. This is my first trip to Hachinohe. The breakfast was good and I loved the evening noodles. I will stay here again!

Gateway to the hiking coastal route

As you would expect compact, clean, efficient and helpful staff. The best shower in a Japanese budget hotel to date. Great local bakery and nightlife. The nearest train station is 1km away which is ok but not ideal. You need the trains to visit the tourist spots or walk the coastal route.

11/15受付ロビー対応の女性3人いましたが、笑顔がなく早めに駐車したいと頼んだが、いやーな感じの対応でびっくりしました。久々の対応悪い社員でした。教育指導がなされてないです。
サービス業の向上を望みます。

また、客室のシャワールームの鏡が水垢だらけでした。鏡としての役割りがなされてないです。これがドーミーインなんだなとガッカリでした。

温泉あり、夜鳴きそばのサービスがあるからと選ばせてもらったのに、残念です。
