This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view over the ocean, the pool is out of this world, the beach is steps away. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms have its’ own sitting and lounging area outside, very nice bathroom. The only downfall for me was the thumping music that was playing non stop. I just put on my iPods and listed to my own music.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even received an upgrade with early check-in, which was a fantastic surprise.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable; everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was definitely the view and the access to the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay, and I can confidently say I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Will definitely be returning!

What a beautiful hotel!! Absolutely incredible views and perfect room. Breakfast each morning was a treat - great spread and we loved eating with a beautiful view of the water. Marina was very kind and attentive - helping us with public transportation and setting up a boat trip to Delos one day. The restaurants close by were delicious and the beach clubs were easily accessible. Honestly, it was quite loud at night being so close to the beach club but that is to be expected from Mykonos! And the music didn’t stay on all night long. We were about a 15-20 minute drive to Mykonos town but the 5€ shuttle right by the hotel made this manageable. 10/10 recommend!!

Room and pool were clean and neat. Breakfast buffet had a lot options.
Located a little far from downtown (not walkable) so you either have to rent the car or use a bus, taxi and uber had minimal charge - €40. Has beach, restaurants, bars and beach club but working till 10pm only Sunday till later a night.

Beautiful Gem in Mykonos

Property was nice. Rooms are standard, clean but could be cleaner. Pool and lounge beds very nice!

Note that the hotel is near their beach club and a few others that blast the music after 5 pm. Would not be my top pick as somewhere to stay as a family, but it seems a lot of families chose to stay there.

It is also quite out of the way, taking twenty minutes minimum to get anywhere it's not connected to on the beach. With the windy roads and expensive taxis on the island, something to consider.

Super paradise hotel is the best location in Mykonos as super paradise beach club is located just steps away. There is also paraj and Thalas restaurants located right on the beach. There is a beautiful pool overlooking the beach for more relaxation and a bus that comes to super paradise and brings you to the town center for 5 euros each. We felt the service was subpar. Often times bartender was not behind the bar and were left waiting. However, we noticed this was a commonality everywhere we went on the island. We would still choose to stay at this hotel again for location and for the amount of time we spent in the hotel, it was comfortable enough and well worth it.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. You can walk down to the beach from this hotel and there’s a popular day club there too. Only advice is getting groceries before you get to the hotel as there are no stores around this area.

The pool and the views are absolutely fantastic. I’m extremely impressed! The breakfast was great and the beach is just down the stairs. However, the sunbeds downstairs are all extremely expensive and the restaurant in the hotel as well as the one downstairs is extremely expensive. There is no where to go other than the beach/hotel. There is a 5 euro shuttle to go to town which is very cheap for this area. Most of the staff were very friendly, some were quite stoic. The rooms were very basic, but clean. It’s very loud so if you like sleep; bring ear plugs. If you don’t like to party, this area isn’t the best.

Our ferry was canceled to Mykonos due to high winds, and we were unable to make it there. We released our rooms in case someone else was stranded and needed a room, but they would not refund us. We didn’t cost them anything: we didn’t use resources, we didn’t dirty a room, we didn’t use towels, etc., but they still kept all our money we prepaid and would not even consider a partial refund. Awful customer service.

The Staff were great they helped us stay another night when our ferry was cancelled. The bartenders by the pool were nice. The restaurant on site had a lot of options.

Just a heads up there are a bunch of steep stairs leading to the beach and clubs/restaurant. The restaurant Paraj down on the beach was good and they have day beds on the beach to relax. Overall we liked our stay.

It has the beautiful view, the location was away from the crowd, our only complaint was the music from the beaxh club was very loud from 4:30pm. But in the evening, it quiets down. The beach was just steps below. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent!

This property was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the resort staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. It has direct access to the beach club below and had every amenity on property that one could need. The distance from the downtown is a bit far so requires a cab ride both ways. But, this just added to the secluded, relaxed vibe of the resort and a small price for its beauty. I’d highly recommend a stay here!

The guest services was amazing from check-in. Requested late check out due to a late flight, there was a fee but they were able to help out. Room was cleaned daily, awesome ladies! Breakfast was included in package and was great. There were a variety of food to choose from. On-site club and restaurants were amazing. Dinner at a discounted rate on-site. Shuttle to downtown Mykonos available every hour. Other shuttle services were available. Overall awesome stay. Will recommend to friends and family!!The guest services was amazing from check-in. The hotel was in a serene location at the super paradise beach, although there were limited options to eat, being Thalas, Paraj and Super Paradise beach club. If you're staying here for a longer break, these could get pricey very quickly. Transport available the main town and other amenties easily available. The vibe of the hotel was great.

Breakfast was very Greek. They had Greek Kayanas, Bougatsu custard pie, Spanakopita spinach pie, Tyropita cheese pie, and Ryzogallo vegan rice pudding -- according to Sous sous chef Aleksander. Therewere bacon and different kinds of eggs as well. Theodore, at the front desk, and Theo, at the pool bar, were very helpful. My only complaint: I could not get an outside line on the room phone. However, the front desk staff did help me make reservations for pick-up to Mykonos ferry port. Beds are very comfortable.

I have no words to describe how delighted my daughter and I were with the hotel and especially the staff. They are the most beautiful and attentive people I have ever met.
From the moment we arrived, they were 100% attentive to us. As we were a little unwell. They made my daughter chamomile tea to help calm her down on our arrival.
I give them 1000 stars for being patient with us and helping us with everything we needed, even getting our cell phones to work so we could use them in Greece. Marina, Alex, Theo x 2, and the pool bar boy (I forgot the name) thanks for everything. I am definitely coming back next May.

I would like a full refund please. Our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled because of the weather and it isnt our fault we were unable to attend. The staff does not care and is not sympathetic to its guests. They had a ton of capacity on their website and its not like they were fully booked out. I would not recommend this resort as they were not kind or helpful to us in our time of need.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! As a solo traveler, I felt safe and the entertainment at the beach was right up my alley! I was able to park my car at the hotel for free and breakfast every morning was phenomenal! The pool and easy access to the Super Paradise Beach Club and restaurants were also a plus! And, make sure to walk across the beach one night for some fun at Jackie O’s!!! They hosted the best drag show ever and I met some amazing people while staying here! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

We came to this resort for a wedding with 55 people in our group. They were fantastic and accommodating to our group basically taking over the whole resort. They offer discounts on the restaurants and water sports at the beach. Housekeeping came every day and the continental breakfast was really great! I have no bad things to say about this hotel. I would just warn travellers that it is expensive - everything in the mini bar including the coffee is an additional cost so be prepared and bring your own groceries. The fridges are small though.

Beautiful property, easy check in, spotless and easy access to beach. Nothing is included in the room, not even water, tea or coffee. A cup of tea was 4€. They do include breakfast which is very good so if you want tea later in the day it’s best to snag an extra tea bag at breakfast.

Not walking distance to anything and far from the port.
Very expensive transportation to the airport which is 10 min away.

Located atop Super Paradise Beach this hotel offers a picturesque setting with great beach access, fine dining and fun night life. A shuttle to old town is available for 5€ each way almost every half hour. So there is no need to be in the middle of everything. Breakfast is included and quite nice. My only word of caution is the number of stone steps you must take. If you have mobility issues, you will probably need a different option

Right next to three beach clubs, the most famous of course being the Super Paradise beach club. The beach is just down the steps. Very clean nice rooms with friendly staff.
