Not anymore a golden age for this hotel

I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened.
The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location).
The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained.
Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before!

Needs some cleaning

If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again.
There was adults there during the day but at night it was all teenagers and young very young adults running the hotel.
I had emailed prior to booking enquiries made about vegan options assured there was a full menu that would carter for me there was not. There was less than minimal I had to purchase my own non dairy milk.
When I spoke to the chef's and kitchen staff the just shrugged their shoulders no help with it given.
The pool area was lovely, even if the music was blaring Just a bit on the too loud side. The setting is lovely, the beach area is lovely regular shuttle bus service on the hour it is a short walk also, but the rooms and lack of cleaning really let's the place down.
There are no footpaths so you won't be going for any walks in the location.
Local bus service was great very reliable it's 1hr from Bodrum town for 20lira.
The gym while it had 4 treadmills only 1 was working when spoke to staff they just shrugged their shoulders said they didn't know.

Everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel where the staff are very friendly. The food is so delicious and there is a wide range of choices in the buffet. Special thanks for the manager Burak and all the staff.

At the reception desk you will find unprofessional workers. They only know how to deal with locals. Any issues that arise with foreigners are to be ignored not solved. Bring lots of cash because your foreign cards will not work. If you happened to forget something after check out you will not get it even though they will pledge to send it. The Manager of the hotel is the only professional problem solver but she is busy most of the time. She has a great personality also. I wish you goodluck!

Terrible Hotel, dirty rooms and facilities

This is a dated Hotel with very poor hygiene in all rooms and facilities. They don't clean the rooms on a regular basis unless you ask them and then you have to to ask also for changing the towels and the bed sheets as well. The only place which has acceptable level of cleanness is the restaurant.
The Hotel guests are mainly East Europeans and Turkish people and it seems that their major concern is to eat and drink as much as possible. Hotel guests use the Pool late at nights until 2 AM with lots of screaming and shouting and are drunk and loud which makes your sleep a nightmare.
We changed our room 3 times due to very poor conditions and when we complained to the Hotel Manager about the shouting and screaming in the Pool area, he said that it's because the guests drink too much.
There is no Security staff to monitor and prevent this behaviour and it was very annoying during the nights as we couldn't sleep.
In the Reception there are normally 2 staff members and only one of them can speak basic English which makes it very difficult.
This Hotel is rated as a 4 Star Hotel, however with best intentions it should have 3 Stars. It's advertised as All Inclusive while in reality it should be considered as Full Board with Drinks. You can't have any food or snacks between Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. We are not a fan of excessive eating/drinking but when we arrived just after 22:00 and asked for sandwich or snack,they told us the dinner is finished and we should wait until breakfast !

The hotel room was disgusting. Furthermore, if you are a black person, you should definitely not go to this hotel. Even the people that work at the hotel will be looking at you like an animal in a zoo. Nothing was well organised and barely no one speaks English!

Ein sehr sehr sehr schmutziges Hotel, ich habe mich noch nie so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt, die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht über laute geräusche gemacht, die Toilette war so dreckig, dass ich da nicht einmal Duschen wollte. Wir haben sogar einmal das Zimmer gewächselt. Sehr schade die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft schön aber das Hotel verliert an einiges. Schade

Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Nicht vorhanden.

Ausstattung. Naja.

Einzig gute war das Team von Serhat und Arap aus dem Shisha Bereich.
Dank diesen Jungs war der Urlaub angenehm und schön.
Ansonsten waren noch positiv anzusprechen, Ismailcan und Serhat vom Barkeeper Team.

Rezeption War ok. Einzig aufmerksame Person, soweit ich mich erinnern kann Sude.

Otelin genel anlamda sunduğu imkanlar güzel. Başta otel manzarası iki farklı havuz bulunması, plaj servisi, sauna hamam fitness vs. Yemekler lezzetli fakat çeşitlilğin az olması ve odaların genel anlamda temizliğinin yetersiz olmasıda negatif unsurlar. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir tercih diyebilirim, tekrar konaklama yaparmıyım evet yaparım.

Hübsche Hotelanlage etwas weit vom Strand entfernt

Die Adresse was Expedia angegeben hat existiert nicht. Das Hotel ist 2x auf Maps zu finden.
Die Rezeption verlangte direkt beim Einschecken die Bezahlung. Obwohl über Expedia mittels Kreditkarte gebucht. Da Missverständnisse über die Abwicklung nit Expedia gab wolte man in landeswährung bezahlt werdeb, jedoch zu dem alten Devisen Kurs Stand Buchung..
Ob bewusst oder unbewusst wurden freche undisziplinierte Fragen gestellt.
Die Rezeption ist die Hölle pur.
Die Transfers zun Strand sind nur bis 19 Uhr.

Otele daha önce 2009 yılında aynı dönemde gittik. Bu seferki konaklamamda o zamanki konforu bulamadık. Özellikle de rezervasyon yaparken gösterilen oda bilgileri ile sunulan aynı değildi. Rezervasyon yaparken 24m2 oda sunuldu ama bize verdikleri oda 18m2 dedikleri bir odaydı. Böyle bir durumla karşı karşıya kalırsanız resepsiyon ile görüşmenizi tavsiye ederim. Biz öyle yaptık odamız değiştirildi. Odaların fiziki koşulları iyi değil. Aşırı derecede titiz bir yapınız varsa tekrar düşünün. Otelin kadrosu çok genç. Tahminimce stajyer öğrencilerden oluşuyor. Ama çocuklar size her konuda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Yemek menüsü hamur işi ağırlıklı. Snack servis de öyle. İçki menüsü de sınırlı daha öncekine göre çeşit azalmış. Otelde havlular lekeli ancak istediğiniz zaman temiz havlu getiriyorlar. Plaj havluları da aynı durumda. Animasyon programı bize göre zayıf geldi. Her akşam kına gecesi havası vardı. Otelin plajı biraz bakım istiyor. Özellikle plajın konumu çok güzel. Yarım saatte bir de servis hizmeti var. Ancak taşlık bir plaj olması iskelenin yanlış konumlanmış olması denize girişi sadece iskeleden mümkün kılıyor. Biraz düzeltilmiş bir plaj olsa her rüzgarda denize girmeyi kısıtlamazlar. Otelin manzarası çok güzel. Bu manzaranın hakkını veremiyorlar. Kısacası iki gidişimiz arasında dağlar kadar fark var. Gitmek isteyenler bir kez daha düşünün.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde dikkatimizi çeken ilk şey tuvaletten gelen koku oldu. Tuvalette herhangi bir havalandırma olmadığı için kokusu bütün odayı rahatsız ediyordu. Karşılaştığımız ikinci sürpriz ise havluların birinin kirli çıkmasıydı. Bunu resepsiyona belirttiğimizde bize yeni havlu temin edileceği söylendi fakat gelen havlularda kirliydi, bu döngüyü bir kaç kez yaşadıktan sonra gelen 5. havlu temizdi. Yemekler fena değildi.

bir yıl çalışıp 1 hafta tatil planınız varsa bu oteli kafanızdan çıkartın ulaşım sorunu, otelin genel durumu, yatakların rahatsızlığı, odaların döküklüğü, tv ye büyütecle bakmak gerekiyor ve otel değil site sanki içeçekler berbat ötesi yemekler güzel 2 gün kaldım 2 kişi 610 tl ödedim ödediğim parayı çıkartmak için tasarrufa yöneldim :)

Otel bakımsız, 5 günde sadece 1 gün oda temizlendi, oda balkon kapısı kırıktı. Kendi plajı var yazıyor, minübüsle plaja götürüyorlar, tenis kortu var yazıyor, yok basket sahasının içine, dikdörtgen boyamışlar, file kenarda çürümüş duruyor. Şaraplar sirke, rakı markasını ilk kez gördüm, biraya su katıyorlar.... yeter mi!

Fotograflariyla gercek hali arasında daglar kadar fark olan bir otel. Tam bir fiyaskoydu. Yirtik carsaf ve nevresim takımlarından tutun, çökmüş yataklar, eski havlular, kırık duş takımlarına kadar 4 yıldızı hangi yönüyle aldığına şaşkınlıkla baktığım bir tesis. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum! Gidin pansiyonda kalın daha iyi, all inclusive e de aldanmamali, yemekler içkiler vasat.

Otelin konumu guzeldi ancak otelin yemek terasında saat 21:30dan sonra alkol servisi yapılmaması kötuydu.herşey dahil konsepti olmasına rağmen akşamları sadece havuz kısmında alkol servisi yapılması ve orda yapılan animasyonu izlenmeye zorlaması gereksizdi.odada 2 kere elektrik kesildi ve kapının kilidi bozuldu. Resepsiyona gittiğmzde hemen birini yolladılar ancak bu durumu duzeltecek herhangi bir telafi yapılmadı maalesef.

Personel haricinde ve manzara haricinde küçük havuzlarda kendini bilmeyen insanlarla olmak eğlencenin baskı altında bulunması denize gitmek için servis beklemek kaçırırsan yarım saat beklemek,bence eğlence sizin kontrolünüzdemi,Animasyon bir çaba içinde ama yapacakları fazla birşey yok,yemekler hergün aynı,bence tavsiye edilecek bir otel değil,tatilinizi otelin dışında geçirmek zorundasınız

Otelin manzarası harika,kendine ait plajına yarım saatte bir servis kalkıyor,plajı da gayet iyi.yemek çeşidi fazla değil ama zaten fazlası da kafa karıştırıyor ,lezzet olarak iyi diyebilirim,sadece odadan çok konfor alamadım,kliması verimsizdi ve çok ses çıkarıyordu.Çok sıcak havalarda sorun olabilir.Ancak Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldım.
