Our room was modern and clean. The double bed was very comfortable and softer than the previous Italian hotels we stayed at. AC worked well.

Location was convenient as it was only a 5 munute walk from Termini.

We booked our room through Expedia. I took 1 star off as there was a 19 euro service charge when we checked out that was not on our original expedia quote. (In addition to the city tax).

The hotel is conveniently located near the Roma Termini and that was about all the positive things I see. The rate was expensive. The room was antiquated. Carpet looked tired. The room was small and had musty smell. The tub looks brown and old. I’ve been to other BW Plus that were more superior, cleaner than this BW Premium and they had also offered free breakfast. Here, you also pay 19 euro/person for breakfast. We just stayed one night before next morning flight at FCO.

As an avid traveler my expectations can be somewhat skewed. My expectations can be high. Without hesitation this stay was the best of my year. The room and total establishment was spotless. Gentleman that helped with our bags to the room was awesome. Gave us helpful hints for the area and was generally pleasant. The front desk personnel were professional and sincerely seemed to care about our comfort and satisfaction. I wish had captured the womens name that was the host for our breakfast each day. She made us feel so welcome we almost extended our stay. She was pleasant, welcoming and remembered us each day. Just a great place to stay in Rome and I highly recommend. One additional point, add breakfast to your booking, it is by far the finest breakfast you will ever get at any hotel, ever. Trust this.

Location is excellent. Walkable from Roma Termini and the “ big bus “ tour is just outside the hotel. A lot of restaurants nearby. Had a great dinner at the Chinese restaurant “ old Chengdu Restaurante Cinese Sichuan” about 500 meter from the hotel.
The room is spacious and newly renovated. The staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service! Will definitely go back to this hotel when visiting Rome in the future!👍

Hotel is across from the train station, so bus and taxi access was also very convenient. Rooms were comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Bathrooms were the only minor issue we saw. No fan in the bathroom and the way the shower is built with only a half wall we felt like we were getting water everywhere despite our attempts not to.

Good for a short stay. Room gets warm from the sun but the air conditioning helps.

Short walkable distance to Roma Termini.

One of the very few places to have a king size bed.

The chair and sink are terrible. The chair is trying to be too artistic but takes up too much room. The sink is not practical, the tap is at the corner of the sink causing the water to splash everywhere meaning you can’t place things around the sink area as everything there would get wet.

The room is customizable with various hues such as red, green and blue. It’s an unnecessary artistic gimmick which may be a few seconds of intrigue that’s unnecessary.

With all that said, other than the weird chair that takes up too much room, the weird sink, it actually isn’t too bad. Breakfast is reasonably priced, and just downstairs making it incredibly convenient. Would recommend overall.

A very nice hotel with an unbeatable location. It is a 5-minute walk away from Termini’s east entrance with smooth surfaces all the way, which is extremely convenient for your luggage’s wheels (if you’ve been to other italian hotels, you know cobblestone streets can be awfully rough). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, AC works well, elevators are fine and staff is friendly. Breakfast is available from 6:30-10:30 and loaded with options. They also do late check-in, especially if you call in advance! I arrived at 2 am because of a missed connecting flight and they had everything prepared for a hiccupless check-in. An excellent experience all around. 10/10 would recommend and book again!

Good hotel near train station

Good hotel near transport. Helpful and friendly staff. Good room size and comfortable bed with choice of pillows. The only thing I will comment on is they added a gratitude charge which they said was not compulsory when checking out which made us feel uncomfortable. We had never had this from a hotel before. Otherwise great stay.

Very clean and modern property. Extremely convenient when arriving at the train station. Our sink was clogged and the shampoo would not pump (and we could not remove the container from the wall to try to fix it for use). Neither was a huge deal since we were only there for a one night stay.

A gem to call home for our time in Rome. Across the street from Rome Termini, which had great metro, dining and shopping options. Hotel space were friendly and helpful. The only downside was no pool for the hot days in Rome!

As a solo female traveler, I was concerned about walking around the Rome termini station late at night. Then it is a convenient location if you would like to be close to the train station. Staffs were friendly and respectful: . Marco was especially attentive and helpful. A good solid hotel!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My family arrived bout 5 hours before check-in and the staff, especially Adam, worked exceptionally hard to get our rooms ready so we only waited 1 hour.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. All the major monuments and attractions were walking distance.

The staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests me or my family had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the termini which in itself is great. The tour buses park right outside the hotel and we were able to do a hop on hop off tour. The hotel booked our transfer to the airport on departure.

We stayed at the property for one night before our flight back home the next day. It was convenient — across street from Train station - so we did not have to bother with a taxi or local train. We enjoyed a nice meal at a restaurant nearby, had a terrific nights sleep on the very clean and comfortable bed (it was also very quiet), and we’re on our way home the next day. Terrific for this purpose.

Overall good!

Overall the stay experience was good, but there are two problems that need to be fixed:
1) Air Conditioner was not in good condition.
2) The washing basin and the faucet design were not fit us, because when we were washing, the water splashed down.

A room I booked was supposed to be a city view, but it turned out to be no city view, just other rooms' windows. The room was clean and spacious, but hard to use. It was not worth the money.

We stayed at the hotel for about five days. On our checkout date, we discovered a bed bug in our room and immediately reported it to the front desk staff. When their staff came to investigate, we felt that they initially tried to deny it was a bed bug, suggesting instead that it could be a “bad bug” that flew in during housekeeping. However, after further and more serious discussion, they ultimately admitted that it was indeed a bed bug. We also took a picture of the bug. Unfortunately, they did not offer any meaningful solution to address our concern about possibly bringing these highly contagious insects home with us.

Since we had an international flight to catch, we left the hotel and were promised that their management team would conduct a formal investigation and get back to us the next day. After we arrived home, however, we did not receive any follow-up email from the hotel until we reached out ourselves. Even then, they merely tried to downplay the issue, saying that insects might enter hotels through guests’ luggage and that it is an unavoidable risk for travelers.

For a hotel that charges nearly $400 per night, it is extremely disappointing to receive such a response. I am certain that I will not stay at a BW hotel again.
