The rooms are nice, the breakfast is perfect, and the two girls at the reception are very friendly. But I would never have come to this hotel if I had known it was at the top of a hill with a very steep climb and stairs. I tried on the first day, and since then I always take a taxi on the way back. And I'm someone who loves cycling… impossible.

Unfortunately the Wind Resort rooms were very tired & dated, but was in a beautiful setting. Definitely in need of updating !

However, the staff were lovely & couldn’t do enough for you. Hanni & Mae were so lovely, polite & helpful.

My girlfriend and I were so IMPRESSED with this AMAZING gem of a boutique resort and spa. The staff were so helpful and kind and attended to every detail. I would recommend this for EVERYONE who needs to escape for a few days. Thank you again for everything!!!

Great value in a relaxing location!

Absolutely loved the staff at The Wind, especially May who was very helpful and organized my limo to HCMC airport. I was very appreciative. The pool is really nice and relaxing. The sun beds are in the pool so you can duck your feet in while lounging. Slides for the kids. Loved my stay here!

Wonderful staffs and owners. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to local areas for foods, beach and sightseeing during stay. The resort hidden in uphill location. you will burn some calories if decide to walk & explore surrounding local foods, bars or restaurants. It could be slippery at front of lobby during rain season while wearing sandals. It was a hidden germ.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. The suite we stayed in was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with a range of options. I liked how quiet and secluded the resort was. Although it was a little way from the main attractions, the free 'on-demand' hotel shuttle was invaluable.
If you're looking for a good 4* luxury option with wonderful staff, this is the place for you. Good for families too, as we had three youngish children.
N.B. At the moment there are renovations on one of the pools and a building, though there wasn't any noise while we were there.

I have been in Vietnam 9 times now and I have stayed in hotels and Airbnb. By far this is the best hotel I have I have ever stayed in. The staff hospitality and service I would say is above and beyond. They are so helpful accommodating and go out of their way to help you with whatever you request. Also I’ve had many breakfast included in hotels I’ve stayed at but The Wind gave me the best breakfast I’ve eaten. The hotel itself and the room is in a beautiful quiet location. The room is massive and very clean. Finally the owner Miss Thong she is such a nice lady and I was so happy to have met her. I would definitely recommend this place for my family and friends. I can’t wait to go back and stay in this hotel again soon. Will be back for sure!!

Location is not convenient as the hill is very steep and a lot of taxis don’t want to drive up. Hotel has free transportation service, which is helpful, but this service is not available after 6pm. Room is not well clean and well maintained. There’s construction going on, so you will hear the noises if you stay in during daytime. View of surrounding are other houses, not greenery as per hotel’s picture. The best thing is staffs are very nice and helpful.

The property was in a quiet area. However, the place was not in good condition. The A/C didn't work properly to keep the place cool. The electricity went out so many times and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. It was quite inconvenient for us to walk to the front desk and report the outgae issue.

This resorts are located in best location to reach to famouse massage shop and restaurant. Rooms are so clean and comfort. Staffs are so nice and always smiled especially thanks to “Thinkh” he is best staff in this resort and he made our stay so happy. Breakfast menus are option to choose around 8 and drinks are unlimited. Bread and fruit are good.Their cofee taste much better than outside restaurants like a cong caffee in ho chi minh. Free shuttle service and free phone rent are awesome. Once you stay in the wind resort you can use their table tennis and pocket ball tables.one thing you need to remember! If you want to go back to ho chi minh or go to mui ne you must go to bus terminal to buy ticket in advance. Sometimes tickets are soldout. Enjoy in this amazing resort!^^

Great location, magnificent view and very relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond their customer service. They sincerely willing to help to ensure each of us have a wonderful stay and experience. The only cons I can think of is the lack phone in the room that I think should be installed so we can contact the reception for any inquiries. I also loved the compliment unlimited shuttle provided by the The Wind Boutique Resort. So convenient and efficient. We will definitely come back without hesitation and for sure would recommend this great resort to many of my friends.

Not A Good Place to Stay

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. First of all, why was my bathroom outside window open when I first checked in? I had mosquitos biting me all night, had like 15 bites during the stay and couldn't sleep well. Then the internet and the phone wasn't working that night, where the room next door was super loud until 2am, I hear like banging on the walls like they are putting up a something on the wall. For the amount of money I paid for this hotel, it was not worth my while. I saw so much great reviews for this hotel but it does not compare to what I had experience. There was tons of construction going on in the hotel and the picture never showed the construction of the front side. There is this huge ugly construction by the hotel. The pool was filled with mosquitos too. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend trip for my girlfriend and I and it was far from it. I am very disappointed at this hotel and also the breakfast we had was horrible. The bo ne meat was undercooked. I worked at a hotel for 7 years and for this resort, I had high hopes but I was very disappointed. The staff was great and loved how there was a shuttle but staying at a hotel is supposed to be relaxing and comfortable but this was not the case staying here. Like I said, this stay was not a good stay and my experience here wasn't great.

Stay at a different hotel, you can pay alot less than staying here.

Mountain View Suite

My friends and I stayed in the hotel's Mountain View suite room to a two-day trip to Vung Tau, an excursion from our main Ho Chi Minh City trip. The suite was on the fourth floor of one of their buildings; while the view of the mountain was decent, the hotel does not have an elevator. The biggest drawback of this hotel was that they were still undergoing a major construction; noises and dusts were bothersome. Also, the electricity went out on the second day, so we were unable to use A/C.

Pros:
- Free shuttle service to nearby attractions
- Free breakfast that the hotel delivers to the room each morning
- Sauna on site

Cons:
- On-going construction
- Lack of communication from the hotel about the power outage

We had a garden room near reception, one thing about this room is that whenever reception gets a phone call you hear the phone ring. When it rained the tiles are extremely slippy!
My mother slipped and fell coming out of our room because of the tiles being wet. Poor choice of tile in the garden! The reception staff asked the housekeeper to put down 2 towels.
The breakfast was an absolute fiasco! Every day we told reception what our choices were as requested by them. The following morning the breakfast was wrong? Not sure how considering it was written down?? Apparently.
The young lady working over at the Clubhouse where the outdoor pool is, was absolutely brilliant! She was great with us, getting drinks and helping us in when all of a sudden there was a downpour. The clubhouse was beautiful and clean and well done to her!
There is a shuttle bus which is absolutely fabulous and the driver an absolute treasure to this hotel took us in all weather to various restaurants etc. Apparently the usual driver wasn’t well so they had a stand in and he was awesome!
The location is great and we walked to the beach which took us roughly 15 minutes. There are plenty of eateries around aswell.
A great stay overall.

Fabulous hotel.
Staff were wonderful, friendly and courteous.
Great with directions and the friendly , free taxi driver was a delight.
Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet.
Plenty of areas to eat breakfast in secluded spots if need me.
The hotel was full but we hardly saw anyone else apart from checkout.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Pool and facilities(sauna) were superb.
A wonderful experience to end our 6 week stay in Vietnam.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff are extremely helpful and the accommodation is very peaceful.
It rained alot during the trip, but having a nice place to stay with the bad weather meant we still had a lovely time. The bed was very comfortable.

We had the jacuzzi suit on the 4 th floor.
Amazing views throughout big windows toward the Christ statue and the mountain.
Waking up in the morning watching the wind brush through the trees and looking at thousands of dragonflies dancing in it was just beautiful.
The staff is absolutely fantastic and will help you with everything you ask for.

スタッフもフレンドリーで、施設全体的に静かで過ごしやすい。
プールの水温が低いので、もう少し水温が上がるといいと思います。
朝食はメインを選択しますが、どの料理も美味しかったです。
スパでのマッサージは技術がしっかりとしているスタッフだったので、とてもよかったです。

最高すぎて誰にも教えたくないです。何より滞在中のスタッフの方々のフォローが良すぎで、次もこの土地に行くときは必ずこのホテルにしようと思います。オイルマッサージもかなり技術が高く、施術を受ける方が絶対に良いです。
セルフサウナもジャグジーも楽しめますし、何より1人でレストランに入りにくいところを代わりに近隣のレストランに注文してくれ、テラスで食事をとれます。whatsapp でやりとり可能です。フリーシャトルで連れて行ってもらったローカルの売店がワインも安くオススメです

Hotellet har stort potensiale, men oppholdet ble dessverre ødelagt av massiv støy fra naboens hunder gjennom hele natten og byggeplassen utenfor hotellet. Bassengfasilitetene var ikke tilgjengelig grunnet bygningsarbeid og ble en stor skuffelse. Støyen fra hundene førte til at vi ble flyttet til et annet rom, som hjalp noe. De ansatte var super på servicen og gjorde det de kunne for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli bra. Når byggearbeidet er ferdig og det er enten satt inn støyisolerte vinduer eller nabohundene er borte, så blir dette et hotell som er verdt pengene.

Очень приятный и уютный отель на склоне горы в тихой части города. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, индивидуальные завтраки, бесплатный транспорт от отеля для поездок на пляж и по городу. До пляжа пешком 15 мин, на машине около 5. Отель расположен между двумя основными пляжами. Поблизости множество кафешек и магазинов. В самом отеле также очень вкусная местная кухня, но чуть дороже уличных кафе, но при этом и качество выше.
Прекрасный вид на город со склона горы, своя территория, паркинг, водопады, бассейн с детской горкой, тренажёрный зал, настольный теннис, спа салон, сауна, детская комната и площадка. Уютные номера со всем необходимым.
Отель на 4 этажа без лифта, т.е. Для людей с ограниченными возможностями выбор номеров сильно ограничен. Также пешком к отелю добираться не просто из-за расположения на сколне горы, но есть транспорт от отеля и выдают телефон с местной сим-картой для его вызова.

I was satisfied with the transportation service and staff service.
I was grateful that the manager had also booked a ferry to Ho Chi Minh City.
There was a communication problem between Expedia and the hotel but the hotel conceded.
