Personal amable pero la propiedad está terrible. Huele a drenaje todo el hotel, no puedes ni dormir con el olor tan asqueroso. Llegamos al cuarto y no había agua! La arreglaron como dos horas después. Fue una noche muy larga para nosotros. Por cierto el agua sale color cafe, sientes que te bañas con agua sucia. Jamás regresaría a este lugar, no lo recomiendo para nada. No tiene ni elevador, no no no, el peor lugar que me eh quedado.

Yes, it is not a new building but in general clean, staff very nice and helpful. there's no elevator I got my room on the second floor but the staff helped me with my luggage. No complaints at all.

The room assigned upon arrival was not what was advertised in the website at the time of booking online. Our assigned room was very small, poorly lit, and smelled bad. When we inquired to change or upgrade our room, the front desk staff was not courteous or accommodating. They claimed that that was our assigned room and no changes could be made. For these reasons, we left the hotel the next day and searched for another place to stay.

The hotel provided the basics, a room, a bed, and breakfast. The bathrooms did not have outlets so you had to dry your hair in the bedroom but there were not outlets except the one by the lamp, thus no access to mirror. The hot water was hit and miss. Sometimes yes sometimes no. On the last day we had no water period. The staff was friendly. We had an ironing board but no iron but they provided an iron when we requested it. We were able to walk to the town center which was convenient.

Good hotel, friendly staff. One downside is the area around hotel. Abandoned buildings around. But a few blocks away you can find a very good dining spots. And close (10 minutes) to the city center.

Overall the hotel was good. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat. Parking was included and just across the street. We were there only for one night but if it were longer, would have chosen a different hotel. The location was a bit of a distance from where we were going. The big disappointment was no wifi in the rooms, only available in the public areas.

El hotel es bonito, las habítaciones siempre estaban impecables. La experiencia la hizo por completo la recepcionista del turno de la tarde, olvidé su nombre, sorry, pero era un amor de persona, súper amable y servicial desde el día que llegamos hasta el día que nos fuimos, ¡mil gracias!
En cuanto al hotel, lo único que no estuvo padre fue la zona en la que se encuentra puesto que los taxistas nos comentaron que es muy inseguro, y eso nos limitó a salir por las noches, además está lejos de todo lo bonito de Guadalajara, por lo cual siempre viajábamos minimo 1 hr díaria y gastábamos mucho en UBER.

Do not stay in this hotel or area.
Area: I learned you want to stay on the west side and it’s true. In this area you’ll see addicts and more folks in poverty. The only tourist thing to see is “Plaza de los Mariachis” and “Mercado Libertad - San Juan de Dios” which I recommend you just make the trip from another area.
Hotel: I stayed in Room 220. The bed’s mattress protector was too small, pillow protectors were tied with a rubber band, only a bed sheet for warmth, 1-bottle of water, shower door would not close, bathroom door wouldn’t lock, bedroom window wouldn’t slide open, lighting was bad and there was a bulb out too, no WiFi connection in room, paper-thin walls, no elevator, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee maker, everyday breakfast is eggs any style on the side of sour chilaquiles and some beans.
Good: few nice front-desk staff and a male server and 24/7 front-desk.
Recommendations to stay: Tlaquepaque, Chapultepec, Midtown or Centro Histórico.

FYI: this property doesn’t have an elevator or hairdryer. The AC in my unit didn’t work. The lady at the front desk either didn’t know what she was doing or was too distracted. When I got there, she said I had reserved 3 rooms, but I hadn’t. I had only reserved 2. Also, I had booked 2 rooms with double beds, but she gave me keys to rooms with one bed only. Good thing that got fixed. On the other hand, the luggage guy was very nice and helpful. He got us a taxi when we needed one. Sewing kit and body scrubber also provided.

The review shows that breakfast cost is 89 pesos per person and we were charge 120 per person, by the waitress. The breakfast was refried beans, chillaquiles and coffee...very basic meal. Afterwards, I asked the front desk staff and she it was 90 pesos. This is bad business. My only good experience was with the valet staff that were very attentive.

Front desk receptionist seems not to know what she was doing. She asked me if I had reservation even if I already told her my name and we had it thru Expedia.

Room and beds are too tiny, cramped and linens/bed cover dirty with blood stains. TV stations are all in Spanish and no English channels. Will never recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like the way expedia show a picture showing it had double beds and I’m thinking it’s for four people. The beds were the worse. They felt like rocks I could not sleep all night. The shower room was small I burly fit. The shower room dimensions was about 4 feet by 4 feet. Hard to fit when the the door goes in and you must good in 😭😭😭

Beds were super hard, they didn’t have extra pillows. They charged my parents for a breakfast buffet because my husband sat on our table and helped my son grab cereal (both of my kids had free breakfast buffet).
Do not accept their tours, they are expensive and they rush you through the whole day.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately ran with many issues with the AC and the EXTREMLY NOISE GUEST EVERY DAY AND ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.

OTHER GUEST DO NOT RESPECT OTHERS AND HAD TO MAKE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS UNTIL VERY LATE AT NIGHT TO SEE IF THERE WILL BE ANY LOGICAL LOWER SCREMING, RUNNING KIDS AND YOUNGSTERS PLAYING BALL IN THE CORRIDORS AND ENTIRE HOTEL.
