It was ok. The bathroom was cleaner than the bedroom. There were only 2 real pillows on the bed. The other 2 were make shift pillows that were blankets folded up into a pillow case. There was no breakfast offered and you are only given one towel. My husband and I had to share a towel.

This place is terrible. I stayed in a superior room and i tell you, if the time was not so late, I would have left. I flushed the toilet, and water slayed on my knee! The faucet was so disgusting, I didn't even brush my teeth. I could go on and on. I'm just glad I only booked one night.

I won’t forget my experience staying here and not in a good way. I’m honestly relieved I only booked for one day. The property’s amenities were not functioning and the staff were extremely unwelcoming and difficult to deal with.
What made it worse was the lack of basic essentials, room towels weren’t even provided until hours later. It’s frustrating that a hotel with this level of service is listed on Expedia. I definitely won’t be returning.

Awesome food. Nice staffs, pillowcase and water is not good. Location is serene and good. Safe and secured. Their pillowcase should be changed. AC is having water leakage. Internet was standby.

The residence scored quite low in terms of cleanliness as there were visible cobwebs in the ceilings of the lobby and practically all high ceiling areas which requires specialist long poles to remove. Thses were pointed out by my guests to the residence and of course it irritated my kids.
Also as I have booked rooms from 23/12 but arrived the morning of 24/12, I was surprised to have been denied breakfast on the basis that I have checked in on 24th and all efforts by Expedia to contact the residence for a refund wasn't successful.

When compared to the previous property I stayed, Montana is far better. It's really clean inside and staff are relatively helpful. The breakfast is nice and tasty but limited portion. Overall it was a good experience.

However, I would like to see improvements in the building maintenance on the inside. For instance, the gym is a no go place. It is smelly and rusty. Expensive equipment should be put to use and not allow to grow dust.

It is a good hotel and home away from home.

It was a nice hotel!! Very nice staff, convenient location, very clean. Only two quick pieces of feedback:
(1) Got a call every morning at 7am to inform that breakfast was available. This would disrupt sleep, so better would be just informing upon checking in of breakfast timing, and then not calling the room early in the morning.
(2) Breakfast was only included for 1 person, even though room was reserved for 2 people. Additional breakfast was 8000 naira. It would be nice if breakfast was included for everyone in room.

I requested for toiletries on arrival. I woke about 5:00 AM
and made the same request again because my fight was 9:00AM. The receptionist and the front desk said they were getting it. I walked up to them at 5:30 AM. They said the same thing and continued to play with their phone.

I had to depart from the hotel without showering.
I felt cheated and completely ridiculed. Their service is really poor and appalling. The lady and the man on the front desk plus the housekeeper on the 20th morning need orientation.

Roaches in the room, blocked showered drain, intercom/phone wasn't working. I told the receptionist, they brought a Raid Spray from under the desk. They fixed the drain but after I brought it up with the booking company they said there wasn't an issue with the room. I left the same day.

It was a nice check in but the room was of a lesser quality. The side light was damaged, beddings were dirty and the wall where the ac is located was not looking good. However, i called to ask for a change of room the next day and my request was granted.

I didn’t like the fact that I fell and re injured my broken wrist. I also suffered injuries to my head, nose and knees. The runway in the hallway leading to the rooms is uneven. It has almost like a semi raised stair but it’s covered in carpet. I can see someone stumping their feet and toppling over like I did.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever been in Lagos

Check in was longer than expected nd unpleasant. It was difficult for them to find my booking since I booked nd paid for it at hotels.com. They had to call someone to confirm it. The hotel needs extreme maintenance improvement. The carpets around the building are dirty nd furnitures are dusty. My room was too small for a superior. The wall nd floor was dirty and the ac was loud and wasn't cooling enough. The bathroom was dirty was well. There was hair all over the shower, light was faulty nd not all of them were working. While booking it clearly showed breakfast for 2 so when my husband went down for his breakfast they gave him a long nd hard time nd asked for proof like common just check my booking nd u'll see all the information. Nd as for my breakfast I had to pay 500 naira for room service since I didnt want to eat downstairs. This is unbelievable. In all, the hotel is nice and the staff are okay but maintenance is very poor and services need improvement.

DIRTYY WITH BUG, HAIRS, MOLD AND FILTHY BED SHEETS

The female staff were absolutely rude. The hotel is dirty as hell. My room was filthy. I told the lady who came to the room with us and she was like, \"it's dirty because they fixed the a/c earlier\" ..... Ummmmm... I don't care? If you knew this, why didn't you clean it before showing and offering it to me? She scoffed and walked away and told another girl to deal with us. I dont know her name but she is fair skinned with medium, braids that are a little bit past her shoulders. She has a terrible attitude and should not work in the Hospitality industry. They also couldn't get their story straight about the available amenities. We spoke to Hope before we booked and she said that they have a gym available for use. Then another woman told us that the gym is not available, Then another associate came and said that it is available. 3 associates.. same hotel... but different stories. There were bugs and hairs throughout the rooms. The coffee area had thick dust which indicates that they dont even touch these areas IF they even clean these rooms. There also was a strong mold smell and the sheets were stained. And some were fresh stains. Our shower drain was clogged so we had to stand in our own bath water. Maintenance came but did not fix the issue so we just gave up. The rooms are so smaaaalllllllll. I will never come back here again. Not even for free. The only associates that were nice was Eno and the gentleman that worked there but I didn't catch his name.
