Great spot and good place! Only issue was my friend’s bed was on a wooden bed frame and when he tried to lay down the wood planks would come out of the slots so he moved the mattress to the floor. Besides that, fairly good place with nice staff. My bed and my boyfriend bed’s were on a regular bed frame and good quality.

The hotel is really well located. The room was very big and we had a great view. The staff was friendly and the hotel super clean. I would go back. We did not have the breakfast as I am vegan, so not worth the price for what I could eat. There were a lot of options around the hotel for breakfast with vegan options.

Property was very dated which is not a problem as long as it is clean and well maintained which it is not. The nicest part of the hotel was the rooftop breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Need to reserve and pay night before to eat there.You prepay it all.Hotel Room was bad. It seems room was only superficially cleaned for a very long time. The Blackout curtains had brownish crusty stains smeared on it, the privacy curtains had rips and tears, the carpet had stains on it and wasnt properly vaccumed, the outside of the toilet bowl had urine and \"other\" stains that ran down the entire length of the bowl. Wiping did not remove it only scrubbing did which indicated to me that nobody cleaned that part of the toilet in a long time. There was crustiness in the shower. The tub had dirt in it that was so well situated that scrubbing was the only way to get it off. Mold too. The tile walls in the bathroom also had stains on them that were not immediately apparent because of the color of the tiles and poor lighting but again it did not look like these tiles were wiped in a very long time.The bed was quite hard and the pillow miniscule. The linens had a lot of lint/hair on it. I also wish they would have at least added an extra pillow per guest for some extra comfort. The air conditioning in my room was not working so it got quite hot. The TV turned on by itself and changed channel by itself. Staff was very friendly. Location was great with Chanel and Hermes stores right down the street.

Staff kept out of your way but they were there when you needed them.

The neighborhood is great for walking to breakfast or a cafe. Also, feels local even though high end shopping is down the street.

Unfortunately a few days ago we were able to confirm that my husband and older daugther were bitten by bed bugs. We stayed in room 412.
After the hotel we came back to the US so there was no other hotel where we stayed. The bites are consistent with the days we spent in the Hotel.
I have no intent to make this information public on social media but I really hope that you could pass the information and take measures in order to protect future guests. I can document this info with pictures, for my husband was pretty severe to the point that esteroids were prescribed.

The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing.
The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely.

This hotel was worth every penny, I’d give it a solid 9/10. The location is incredible: it has so many restaurants, shops, markets and subway/bus stops within a walking distance. The breakfast every morning is worth the extra price, there’s plenty of variety and delicious food in a buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you’d like. The views are phenomenal too! The only thing that brought it down to a 9 for me was the pillows, they felt more like an empty pillowcase with a few cotton balls so they didn’t have much support or comfort. Lastly, since it’s in the middle of the city, it can be quite noisy at all times especially at night but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, this was the best possible hotel we could’ve found for our trip, I highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in town!

It's on Ku'damm in amongst top end shopping but the hotel is what you pay for. Room on front with balcony and view of square is a plus. The single room was small but enough for one. No coffee making. Breakfast is adequate but no \"English\" breakfast. Self service.

Would not recommend. I decided to stay at this place because they have rooms with balconies. Although I specifically booked a room with balcony, after being checked in, I found out they didn't give me a room with balcony. I was then told I booked a \"standard\" room. I showed them my confirmation which confirmed I was correct with room type At that point, they told me \"they don't have any rooms with balconies left\" (even though it was still possible to book this room type via their website). And then when I enquired about their Wi-Fi, they told me it wasn't working and I should go to the Subway next door. And, apparently, they couldn't do anything for the trouble (e.g., provide me with breakfast). The room was clean. The pillows and mattress were too soft. My room faced street and was a bit loud (Probably a good idea to ask for a room on the side facing inner courtyard). I decided to check out their \"breakfast buffet\" - I understand due to Coronavirus, they weren't doing a buffet but rather a brown bag that could be taken away or eaten on their balcony seating. The bag contained about 4 or 5 items that looked like they came from a vending machine but cost EUR 12, so I decided to skip and get a proper espresso and muesli from a cafe at the corner. The outdoor seating looked nice though. To top it all off, the guy at the front desk made me wait 7 minutes while he talked on the phone, later explaining, \"It was the boss.\" Clearly, the customer is not the boss at this establishment.

I found that the breakfast was very overpriced considering the options that were available. 12 euros for very basic and mediocre (at best) food. Considering that there were several places nearby for a much better breakfast, I found this to be all the more shocking.

Furthermore, I believe that there was some sort of mistake as I had opted for a breakfast included. Instead of trying to assist me or telling me where to call to look into this, the receptionist just said \"nope, no breakfast\". I found customer service to be very lacking.

One attendant was very helpful with directions and recommendations for places in the immediate area.

The location of the hotel is quite ideal if one wants to see the city centre fo Berlin and stay in a posh area. Given the nature of other hotels in the area, and my frequent travel and experience with hotels, I would opt for others if in Berlin.

The directions to the hotel were not exact. The reward for not finding the hotel was an excellent room with a stunning view along the \"Ku dam\" and the same view was also in the Breakfast room, absolutely stunning, so was also the buffet, clean, neat, and the staff friendly. Best points: excellent location for accessing public transportation with bus 109 from Tegel Airport stopping directly in front of hotel and only a short walk to the U bahn. Excellent value for breakfast especially if you reserve with breakfast.
Room was clean enough when we checked in. However, it had not been cleaned the next day by the time we returned in the early afternoon. The following day, we returned after 4 pm. Cleaning was haphazard; the empty box of tissues wasn’t replaced when we specifically left a note, and we had to ask for toilet paper.

Overall a good stay, the only bugbear was I had booked a superior room with two single beds and a sofa bed. When we got to the room it seemed to be a twin room with another single bed shoehorned in.
I was travelling with friends and we decided it would suffice, however if I had been travelling with my family I would have asked to move to what I had paid for.
Everything else was great, I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times and as usual the service was spot on and breakfast was great.

(+) The location was excellent. Plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants. Bus stop at front door and u-bahn station nearby. Easy to explore the city. The room is small but adequate. Morning reception was friendly and helpful.
(-) women night reception was horrible. We asked for a new towel as we dont know the hotel only changed towel every 3 days. We stayed 5 days there. She told us to pay 5€ and she wasnt happy when i said it was crazy expensive. She said she gives us a favour and change a towel for free. She doesnt know or understand customer service. I stayed in many hotels around the world and never experience rude ans obnoxious reception like her. I would never stay at this hotel again.

It was an amazing stay, the staff was able to help with all my necessities, I checked in super late, and checked out pretty early, and they were super attentive with it. Also the location is great, there are markets near by in case you want some water or even the hotel can provide it. The bus stop Oliver Platz is right in front, which bus M29 will take you to the center of the city, otherwise was an impeccable stay.

Great affordable Hotel in the heart of Berlin. Bus-Stop in front of building every couple of minutes to Bahnhof Zoo for S-, and U-Bahn-connection. Only 10 Minutes. Upscale neighborhood. Hotel has parking for only 12 Euro per 24 hours with in- and out priviledge. Spacey rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet in some kind of a pent-house, overlooking the Kurfuerstendamm. Syated there before and still like it. Only negative is minisized TV with tiny tin-speaker, need glasses and hearing aid for that, and limited TV-channels. Other than that, very good Expedia-offer for the business and tourist-traveller alike.

Well located property with easy acces to public transport and amenities. Confortable and clean rooms with safe in the room, TV, spacious bath and shower unit.
Breakfast and parking are an additional €12. Each.

Our Berlin stay

This is a roomy hotel within walking distance to the s-Bahn. My first impression wasn’t great. We booked a double room to find twin beds and only three rooms in the hotel actually had a double room. The city views consisted of a car pack. However it was nice to have space and big windows that opened and was in a nice area. It is older but in reasonable repair. So on balance I was happy with this place to stay and probably would again.

Good basic hotel if you want a base near a U Bahn and buses.
Very clean and a typical german breakfast. Only draw back very little wardrobe space so most of your clothes seem to be left in the suitcase. But not the end of the world. Staff very pleasant was our second stay here and would return.

Virkelig godt placeret hotel direkte på K-Dam. Værelset vi fik var lidt slidt men stort og velfungerende.
Morgenmaden blev serveret på 5. sal i et dejligt lyst lokale med udsigt og var absolut tilfredstillende.

Na ja , ich kann nicht sagen wo die Bewertungen her kommen bei diesem Hotel.
Es ist ein Hotel das die Besten Zeiten schon hinter sich hat.
In der Lobby sahen wir eine Maus die hier schon längere Zeit Wohnt und zum Sitzen ist es wie an einem Verlassenen Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer war so weit in Ordnung.
Frühstück gab es ja .
Das Personal ist willens aber na ja , man muss nehmen was man bekommt. Freundlich aber mehr auch nicht.
Der Preis für das Getränke in der Lobby ist allerdings für Berlin Top.

Die Busse, die wir wollten, waren über die Straße erreichbar, die U-Bahn-Anbindung war nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt - ideal!
Das Zimmer und die allgemeinen Flure mit Aufzügen waren sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt.

Joko hotellin ja Expedian välinen kommunikointi ei toimi tai joku muu ei toiminut. Teen tällaista ympäri maailmaa kun matkustamme ryhmissä ja aina on toiminut. Nyt sain kuitenkin maksaa tupla hinnan yhdestä aamiaisesta js kollegani sai maksaa vielä erikseen aamiaisesta.

La chambre était très pratique, le personnel a l’écoute (suite à une fuite d’eau dans les WC, un changement de chambre nous a immédiatement été proposé)
Petit bémol sur la literie d’appoint qui était un peu sommaire (lattes en mauvais état et matelas fort mince)
