It was clean but just a very older outdated property. I felt icky, couldn’t relax. Also we were there for a ball tournament , I tried to check in at 145 as wouldn’t be back until 930 that night. I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule. I waited in line behind others checking out and got off the interstate several exits from the tournament when all that could have been avoided and not a waste of my time.

Ladies at the front desk are really nice but that’s about the only thing that’s nice about this hotel. Rooms are outdated, smelled like wet dog. I found a hair in the refrigerator.You have to hold the shower head in order to shower. I do not like to give bad reviews but I expect more for the price.

If you need something in a crunch it works. I wouldn’t say family friendly as the pool was not working and the breakfast was minimal. Our room was clean and had not smell issues. The TV wouldn’t work but I didn’t call about it bc we were there for sporting event so wasn’t a huge issue.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower faucet handle came off and water leaked around the sink faucet. Breakfast was just ok. We tried it once and decided to eat the rest of our breakfasts at IHOP. I love the close proximity to the restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and we felt safe going from our car to the hotel. We come to Acworth often so we will probably stay there again. Overall it is a nice hotel and the rates are reasonable.

Room was clean and all was in good order but when we went for the morning breakfast down at the lobby, they didn't have any eggs or anything else on the hot side, so you have to show up as soon as breakfast starts cause if you arrive 2 hours late they ran out of the hot food side, luckily across the street their is several other businesses for food to have but its not part of the hotel so you have to pay your way.

Great location, close to interestate.

Overall stay was not bad. The air conditioning didn't seem to work through out the hotel but it did work inside the hotel rooms so we didn't mind. We understand things happen. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. This hotel shares the same parking lot as the waffle house which is also great. I would stay again.

We were told they just closed the pool for renovations. Upon further reading of reviews, it seems we were lied to and it’s been closed for months. Should not advertise a pool. Our room smelled damp and musty. We got in late and left early because of the smell. No one was in the lobby or at the desk to complain to. I would not recommend this property.

Our room had a couple issues. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Our cable box was missing so we couldn’t use the TV. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was so low you had to get really close to the shower head or take a colder shower. The price was affordable but I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was great though!

Desk clerk couldn’t find reservation but I’m sure he could have found a room for an additional cost if I had been unable to produce a confirmation email. Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

I don't think the gentleman who checked us in actually said a word to us. Extremely unpleasant or indifferent. Carpet in room had a lot of stains. I called ahead and asked for a 1hr later checkout, which they confirmed, but our key card to the room locked us out at the regular checkout time.

When I arrived my room was not cleaned and my son had to get ready in the car for his basketball tournament. In the room after it was finally ready my son sit on the edge of the bed and the bed almost flipped him off in the floor because it was broke. The washer and dryer were $3.00 each and the dryer took my money. I reported it and never got my $2.00 in quarters it took back. I was told by staff its a 3rd party problem and then asked me if that was their fault too. They were very rude. I would not recommend this place.

Many of the channels on the guide aren’t accessible - limited options for small children. When I came in, I was told the coffee wasn’t good and I should go to Waffle House instead. The vending machine was out of order. Not worth the $100+ we paid.

More like a no tell motel!

Don't stay here! Its worth it to pay more and stay at the Hampton. We were in town for a wedding and figured we just needed a clean place to stay, no frills was fine because we would not be in the room. But we did expect AC and a clean room!
Our first room had no AC when we returned at midnight. They did not want to give us another room because they were \"full\". Finally, after calling a manager they got us another room that was disgusting. The beds were clean, the bathroom appeared clean but it literally looked like someone threw coffee at the tv, wall and lamp! There was a hole in the wall that was unrepaired but at this point we were ready to sleep in preparation for the wedding the next day. NEVER will I stay here again!

It was supposed to be until 10 am from the website and ended at 9 am every day. The fitness room only had one treadmill and a stationary bike with a few hand weights. My keycard stopped working and it was fixed without asking to see my id which was worrisome.

Good stay overall. Really no big issues. Staff only got 3/5 because of the issues below. Friendly otherwise.

Had an issue with a pet charge. They said it was $30 USD on the phone, but they told me $40 USD when we arrived. I said I was told $30 USD so they told me they would discount it down for me. Seemed a bit unusual though.

Asked for extra pillows and they never arrived.

You get what you pay for. Not a bad stay but just keep what I said in mind.

Hotel would not lets us eat lunch or dinner in dinning area because the on shift employee said and I quote “I don’t want to clean it after so no”. We had to use the stairs as the in operation elevator hadn’t been inspected on schedule due in 2022. I didn’t feel safe knowing this. The bed had hair on in it from previous stays.

Hotel is a zero star. Traveled thru the night and day. Get to hotel at 2;15pm, the guy sitting in the lobby, tells us to go back n our car and check in is not until 3. But they were at our door at 8;15am to see if we were ready to check out. Hmmmm. The man who checked us in said absolutely nothing other than ID, then just put the room key on the counter. If you do t speak English, then Don’t work the lobby! . Breakfast is a waffle and there is 2, and I mean only two pre wrapped tiny apple donuts out for an entire room of people. The pillows in the room are little tiny squares, not even close to a standard pillow. The breakfast area has eight tables but there are only 5 chairs.
This place definitely needs new ownership/management.
I forgot to mention, the guy who checked is in walked the floors a lot, which I thought was very weird. Should have been up front.

Rooms are smelly, back entry door didn’t lock, lobby restroom was filthy toilet had not bee cleaned the whole five days I was there. Room wasn’t vacuumed, had a toilet leak reported not repaired, wall outlet need replaced (cracked) sit on bed light plug falls out. Lobby furniture stained. Smoking was going on in rooms and pet should be limited to designated rooms for those that have allergies of animals.
