Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . It has Starbucks inside the hotel . I hope I could have book more days here . So A++ for awesome

The lift, 1 of 4 broke down throughout my stay. The amenities in the room, one day I had slipper, the next day did not provide, one day I had face towel, next day none and no shower gel, had to ask 3x to refill. In addition, the laundry they left at receotion and forgot totally.

The hotel was fine. Rooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Not the nicest area of Riyadh, but everywhere is safe in Saudi. It was quite cheap but service wasn't great. Trying to get my company address on the invoice was too challenging.

A bit worn out.

The hotel is really dated, with lifts not working properly and the room showing its age. For instance there were no power outlets next to the bed but instead on the other side of the room. But the rooms themselves were comfortable and the wifi worked well. Staff were friendly enough, but the place looked a little bit understaffed.

It is an older Hotel, with Friendly staff. I requested an Airport pick-up and drop-off as well as late check-out. The Hotel is good there are no other amenities nearby to go out in the evenings. Very good for business trips

Four Points Sheraton

I was there for a business stay. Its a good hotel if you need to be in the south of Riyadh. It is a bit difficult to get there with all the metro construction works going on. 2 Out of the 4 elevators are out of service, so the waiting in the morning can take a while. Overall good hotel and a nice breakfast and value for money, especially in Riyadh.

Very poor neighborhood and awful check-in&out syst

Stayed twice every year. Overall it's a good hotel even before Sheraton took over administration (before Mena Khadia Hotel). But you might expect any difference(better) after new management, but there's none. If not for my biz I would never want to stay here, although hotel itself is very comfortable but neighborhood is crazily boring, it really kills me. For my recent trip I encountered the worst nightmare ever and really doubt the service of this hotel staff: Even until I left the hotel I still don't know exactly going on, the staff (from different persons/job function) called me almost everyday and several times a day saying the nights i stayed are minus one from my booked days. Even everytime I explained and they said they are correcting the system but at the time I checked out it still appears I stayed an extra day and they have to consider the extra day as complimentary (which I actually paid for). This is ridiculous and really very unpleasant experience.

Too far away for me

When I booked the hotel it was at the last minute and because the website advised it was 7 miles from the Granada Oasis Business Centre. It is in fact over 28 km's from where I was working and the worst traffic journey you could imagine. It was also in a district that my driver said I should not walk around alone.

That being said the hotel staff were very helpful, the free internet was limited for my work needs, the room windows were not well sealed and the street noise was bothersome (ear plus were needed), the beds and pillows were comfortable and the food as expected for this standard of hotel.

It was unfortunate due to the location in the 5 days I was there I was unable to leave the hotel to explore other eating options but the food in the hotel was adequate for the visit and they had options that were low fat for the diet. They also accommodated my need to serve breakfast very early in the morning to enable me to make the trip to the office at 06.30 each morning to beat the traffic

Good value in old downtown Riyadh

Spacious clean new rooms. Great breakfast.
Good fitness facility.
Still under renovation.
Some sites say this property is 1.2 miles from Granada Center. It is not.
It is close to the old center of Riyadh. Expect a traffic jam when coming and going.

Slow lifts, unreliable service

April 2014 - a colleague and I arrived on separate flights and neither hotel transfer car arrived despite several confirmations. The hotel is under refurbishment and only 2 lifts are operational which makes them very slow when there are more than 16 floors. The gym consisted of one cross trainer in a room with poor a/c. Food in the restaurant was good, internet was quick and the hotel staff were pleasant but there were issues with fulfilling room service orders in one go. By no means a terrible stay but we wouldn't rush back.

Great hotel but (mostly) terrible front desk staff

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and great value for a 4* hotel. The room was just as good as (and much bigger than) a more expensive Sheraton room.
Unfortunately my stay was spoiled by inattention and laziness by the front desk staff and whoever is responsible for answering the \"Guest Services\" phone (I spent over half an hour waiting one afternoon!!).
The lifts are currently being refurbished and two out of 4 are out of use. The remaining two are old and very slow, so just use the stairs if you can!

Nice hotel in the heart of the old city

Conveniently located in the heart of the old city, the hotel staff are very polite & attentive to the needs of their guests.
The room is clean, spacious & bed is very comfy thus after a long day of either business meetings or shopping, it is great to return to the comforts of your hotel room.

Bad hotel location and un professional hotel manag

The hotel location was in congested and bad areas in reaction to other important points of interest.When i looked the hotel i specified in Olayia area near my meeting place but the location was in difference district far from from my meeting place. I tried to canceled the second night but hotel management was not helpful and reused.The room is small and not to the standard of Sheraton hotels.
I was very disappointment experience and i should get a refund for at least one night. The stay put alot of stress on me because of the hotel location and ,room and staff.The Saudi staff were excellent

Good choice for Riyadh

This is a good hotel. The staff are friendly and I even had a bonus when my room was upgraded. The room was clean and spacious. However, the TV was not clear and I had some issues with the AC. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was also good and the staff provided good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the better business hotels in Riyadh

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious, nicely designed, comfortable, food is good (breakfast/lobby), services also good. The impressive interior look of the hotel and rooms doesn't carry through to the quality underneath - walk in shower looked really good, but delivered only a very 'gentle rain', poor wiring on tv meant it switched itself on an off (prompt maintenance fixed it) and one of the electrical sockets had a similarly poor connection. If you need to be in this part of town, however, then it's a good choice, and good value.
