When we arrived at check in there was no staff, had to wait around for at least 10min after a bit the restaurant staff went to search… Was told that he was in the toilet, but I suspect he was watching the German football game. Also I had understood that the parking was included, but maybe I got that wrong, anyway we had to pay €10 and then drive it down the road to a parking house, not very convenient with suitcases and dog etc. Appart from this the hotel was lovely and modern, in a very nice and convenient location. The only real complaint I have is that the windows are very old and that you could hear everything on the street, I was woken up at 04.45 because of seagulls making noise!!!

I like the location. Everything is in walking distance. The shower is excellent even for Europe. No A/C can be a problem. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small. No fridge.

Good bits - but annoying additional charge.

Generally good stay in a nice hotel.
Tablet in the room is loaded with loads of useful and interesting information.
Room did not have a kettle and when I asked about one I was told that there was no housekeeping on at that point. I was told to get a jug of hot water from the bar - I WAS CHARGED €5 for this jug of hot water…only to find that there was a kettle sitting on a trolley in the corridor outside my room for the entire night.
It might seem petty - but I think that was an expense that really wasn’t required.

Everything fine except the climb.

The lift only went up to the second floor, so we had to carry all our bags and suitcases up (and down) another level on a rather narrow and twisting staircase. This was quite an effort and even a little risky at our age!

Godt hotel med atmosfære centralt i Flensborg nær havn og gågade. Maden i restauranten er varieret, gedigen og velsmagende - byder på lidt andet end klassiske schnitzler, indisk, italiensk på byens tema-restauranter.
God morgenmadsmenu med fx rugbrød, røræg og bacon.
På værelset skal du være opmærksom på, at der kun er instantkaffe til første dag, men ikke refill med i prisen, hvis du bor der mere end en dag. Det synes vi selv var skrabet og \"træls\". Så husk om nødvendigt at medbringe Nescafeen i kufferten. Der er elkedel på værelset.
Vi parkerede gratis på Exe-udendørsparkeringen 15 min gang væk.

Personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt ook mooi centraalm met een parkeergarage op steenworp afstand.

Ik zat in een kamer op de 2e verdieping. Om hier te komen kun je met de lift naar de 2e etage en vervolgens moet je met een trap naar de 3e verdieping. Voor de betaalde prijs valt mij dit tegen. Hetze;lfde geldt voor de gordijnen op de kamer. Die dekken alleen de zijkanten van de ramen af. De rest moet met lamellen gedaan worden, maar dit werkt dus niet. Om 6 uur 's ochends was het daglicht al volledig zichtbaar in de kamer. Kwma mijn nachrust zeker niet te goede.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung.

Sauberkeit ok bis in Ordnung, Handtüchter waren leider nicht vollständig und im Bad war ein Silberfisch vorhanden.
Leider war bei dem Föhn kein entsprechender Aufsatz vorhanden.
Frühstück ist für die Qualität und Auswahl -viel- zu teuer, Brötchen waren bsp. Aufbackbrötchen, Aufschnitt wurde spärlich nachgelegt, ca. eine Stunde vor Frühstücksende waren die Aufschnitt-Platten so gut wie leer.

Generelt et godt, moderne og velholdt hotel. Modtagelsen i receptionen dårlig, måske havde den kvindelige receptionist en dårlig dag. Øvrige i receptionen venlige, imødekommende og servile.
Vi valgte et comfortværelse, da jeg hader værelser, hvor man skal bruge skohorn for at komme rundt.
Morgenmadsbufeen var pæn med et godt udvalg af pålæg og ost. Dog var det svært at få brød og rundstykker, hvis du kom 7.30, da personalet ikke var på \"forkant\" med adbagning og opfyldning. Der er morgenmad fra 6.30 til 10.30.
Jeg mangler skriftlig information om praktiske ting, som åbningstider i restaurant og morgenmadsbuffet.

Fin indtjekning, men vi havde hjemmefra krydset af i feltet med, at vi har en hund med, samt skrevet i kommentarfeltet, hvilken slags hund det er. Da vi ankom til indtjekning, sagde hun, at vi ikke havde skrevet om hunden og at det kunne blive et problem. Vi fik et værelse trods alt, men hvad mangler vi så at krydse af? Meget pænt værelse. Dog ingen varme i gulvet på toilettet. Det tændte vi selv, samt radiatoren, da der var køligt på værelset.
Morgenmaden er ikke 20 euro værd. Der var ingen glutenfri muligheder ved brødet, og jeg skulle spørge efter havredrik. Ingen mælkefri yoghurt eller andet muligt. Jeg blev meget skuffet over udvalget. De vendte heller ikke tilbage med, om der var mælk i røræggene.

Det var et fantastisk hotel, fine værelser, meget sødt og hjælpsom personale. Et hyggeligt loungeområde med en fin bar det eneste der manglede var ild i pejsen.
Vi spiste i restauranten en aften og virkelig god mad.
Hotellet ligger i kort afstand til shopping.

Der var meget koldt på værelset. Ingen mulighed for at lave kaffe/the. Man havde egentlig ikke lyst til at opholde sig på værelset. Vi har været på hotellet flere gange før, men nogle år siden. Synes tidligere det har været rigtig godt.
Vi fik et classic værelse, trods det vi havde bestilt et comfort værelse og også betalt for det…
Så det var nok vores sidste ophold der.

What a fantastic, centrally located hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient located.
When you book a hotel like this, do expect a bit of noise from the street - especially the police and ambulances which we heard a couple of times. Not a big issue for us, but a thing to be aware of before booking.

Fungerar bra med rullstol

Fungerar bra med rullstol. Även om det var en del backar och tunga dörrar inne på hotellet. Vi bodde i ett anpassat rum som var onödigt stort. Särskilt badrummet var som en balsal.
