This was very terrible very dirty The night I stay with no AC I have to move out and mainly I go down and come in with them. They don’t do anything. They cannot change the room need my money back. I have all the evidence I tried to contact Expedia. No one respond me back yet this is terrible customer service. I need someone contact me soon as possible. I drove a lot. This is the first time happened to me. I go with family eight people or my kid. We have to move out in the midnight 1 o’clock in the morning

Terrible !!

Not a place to stay with family. Ants everywhere in the room. Also on beds. Beds very uncomfortable.
It was like a jail cell.

Location is amazing . Great restaurant downstairs . The room could have been more clean . The bed sheets didn’t seem thoroughly washed , dirt and garbage under the beds , breakfast cups and plates were not well washed . Breakfast was just toast and butter / jam / peanut butter and only 3 stools to sit down at for the whole hostel , so crowded and not very comfortable . Overall we weren’t too impressed with this place but it is doable for the location if you can get a good rate

Location good and convenience Downtown line and bugis MRT within walking distance. The set back is the air conditioner position blown directly at you if you sleep on the upper bunk.

Very happy family stay (11 people)

Excellent location. Clean room (airconditioned) and bathroom (with hotwater). Helpfull frontdesk staff.
Only cons is that the common area tends to be crowded during breakfast time, unless you can wake up early.

So-so stay.

I stayed in a cramped 8 bed dorm. It was ok, but not great. There was no common area to hang out in, and the advertised continental breakfast was just white bread toast with peanut butter, jam ,etc. Nothing exciting. the location was good though, right in a colorful area of Little India. I thought it was overpriced.

I paid EXTRA for a nice upscaled room with a view, I was put in the dungeon, with no windows at all...outside of my room is the breakfast and otherwise eating area, they provide a nice fridge for common use... but since eating in the rooms is not allowed, there was noise till very late at night and some loud hindi family made excuses when I said what time is breakfast, I guess those sorts of folks don't care that others are not early checkout...the promised lounge is \"under renovation\". thankfully I had been traveling for 3 days and was exhausted so just crashed, but these loudmouths this morning, last straw...I went to complain to the front desk about not getting the room I HAD FULLY paid for in advance...then I asked about the breakfast and wondered where the halal breakfast option is, she said that is all, and so I asked if that is margarine (it was obvious) or butter, well she said margarine, so I cannot eat it as it is not halal, then I tried the fruit spread and it is SALTY>>.obviously fake also...other than that, it is a GREAT hostel for many in a room, and the location is REALLY great, close to everything and tons to do and see in walking distance.. the folks were also very nice...but they SHOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN away MY room....right? as a result not so happy, oh and even one towel has a rental fee....and finally that picture is NOT the hotel....it is of a different property nearby...oh well...
