I was dubious about this hotel based on other reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how mice it was, especially for the price. The rooms were immaculate, the reception staff were very nice and helpful and the overall hotel was very modern. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is lovely and staff were nice enough (didn’t go the extra and help at check in about the local area etc). Room was very clean, but bed was small, fridge was not cold but overall was lovely. One downside is having to ‘book’ the swimming pool which is always busy and not relaxing. Also you need to have footware for poolside.

Staff are rude- they make you feel stupid for asking simple questions. Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you put a tag on the door which we were provided in our room. Used the spa facilities and there were only 3 changing cubicles which men, women and children were allowed to use. Also, no clear signs to tell you which way is the spa in the changing room so I watched a man walk through the women’s showers in hopes he would end up in the spa area. One of the steam rooms was not working. To top it all off, the reception staff rang our hotel room telephone to ask us to return the wristband for the spa. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was done with some common sense- they rang after 9pm (after the spa has closed) to ask for this wristband. Baring in mind, we were running on 3 hours of sleep, spent all day walking around the city and just wanted a relaxing evening in the spa before we headed to our room to go to sleep. Did not need to call us and wake us up for a wristband they didn’t need until the morning after. And not to mention, there were far too many people let in at once into the spa for it to be classed as ‘relaxing’. I’d say it was organized chaos. There was a trolley for dirty dishes by the lifts which had the same dirty dishes on all weekend round. I would not recommend anyone coming here, you’re better off spending the same money in a much nicer hotel. This hotel presents itself with luxury but it’s just a glamorized premier inn. Simply, don’t come here.

I didn't have a charger so they charged my phone for me. The staff when I got there seemed a little cranky but after they left the other staff was very nice and even called a taxi for me. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fabulous. It was probably the best I have ever had.

What’s great hotel , brilliant location as about 10 mins walk to old town. Hotel so clean and tidy , great rooms with air con and very comfy beds. Staff were great and we were able to check in at 11am but they have lockers or a luggage room to store stuff . Lovely pool next door which you can book for free for an hour each day . We didn’t pay for breakfast but always looked busy and good . Will stay here again for the price when we return to Gdansk

Came for the Christmas market, perfect little gem of a hotel, 8 minutes walk to market, lovely clean rooms, spa linked to hotel with 1 free use per day pre book required. Paid for a full body massage in spa so cheap at £42 for 50mins. Pool area was beautiful and tranquil. Staff extremely helpful, asked or extra coffee in room no problem, definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had breakfast and also ate two evenings in the hotel restaurant, food was great and reasonably priced. One thing, if you are staying at the weekend it is advisable to get up earlier for breakfast as it gets very busy and queues form for tables. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic five-night stay here. Despite initial worries due to some reviews, our check-in experience was smooth, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bar and restaurant, though quiet, had plenty of offerings. The location, while in a \"quiet\" part of town, felt safe and was just as convenient as the other Grano hotel nearby. The only minor complaints were the dated shower with a detachable head, which wasn't the most comfortable, and the WiFi, which didn't reconnect automatically. Additionally, our room thermostat didn't seem to work properly, and despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise great stay. We'd definitely visit again.

Good location, 10min (flat) from the tourist centre. Very clean and spacious rooms. A fridge in the room would be nice but not a huge deal. Spa was nice and easy to make a booking. Would have preferred 90min/day than 60min but we really appreciated how the numbers were regulated. Much better to use the spa early in the morning. No discount for the hotel guests for the treatments which were rather pricey.

The hotel is in a great location, within walkable distance to many attractions Gdansk has to offer. But I truly think this property is overrated. The pool isn’t in the same building and you have to make a reservation to go. Pool closes early. The room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge. The shower had was either broken or there was very little water pressure entire time we were there. Customer service was ok. I will not choose to stay there again while visiting Gdansk.

Room too hot and too bright to sleep

Tv didn’t turn off so lounge was always light. Couldn’t close bedroom door as room so hot, therefore light from lounge shone in bedroom making it hard to sleep. No matter how many times I turned air conditioning down, it always went back up to 22 degrees, making apartment uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep. Asked for room to be cleaned, just the once during our stay, only received new towels, but nothing else was done. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet roll, beds not made, bottles of water not replaced.
The hotel was clean and in an excellent position to get to everything

The hotel itself was very good, exactly what we were looking for. Great location for sightseeing, plenty of food options close by. The only let down for us was check in. We arrived very late at night after a full day of travelling, to be told we didn’t have a reservation. I showed the woman at reception my confirmation to confirm we did have a reservation, she then found it and told us she didn’t check the right system. We were then told that because they weren’t aware of our reservation that we didn’t have a room ready for us, she did manage to find a room that was ready for us, but after a very long and stressful day this was definitely not what we needed. We were also informed that we didn’t have breakfast on our reservation, which we paid extra for at the time of booking, which was very disappointing.

The accommodation give you access to the spa swimming pool, the pool was great! We had to make reservation for 1 hour use, once a day. The lady in the reception was rude, when we arrived at the reception desk, instead of checking us in, she started counting money. When we complained about it, she started arguing with us and finally she stop counting the money and checked us in. The location is close to the downtown but it a bit sketchy, specially in the night I would no feel safe waking to go for dinner.

Property was easy to reach by car or tram/train. Close to old town in Gdansk with the shopping an restaurants. Facilities were first class and the staff were superb . Rooms were spacious with a balcony and excessed by lifts. The breakfast was outstanding . Totally enjoyable stay an made use of the free indoor pool, jacuzzi an steam room. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Największym minusem okazał się fakt, iż basen znajduje się poza budynkiem, w którym mieszkaliśmy, co więcej z uwagi na duże obciążenie w okresie feryjnym trudno było się na niego dostać.

Poza tym hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, był czysty, do dyspozycji mieliśmy duży apartament z oddzielną sypialnią. Lokalizacja zaś umożliwiała szybki dojazd na Stare Miasto w Gdańsku.

A really lovely hotel. It’s close to the old town and the main town, about a 10 minute walk. Also less than 5 minute walk to the metro line which will take you anywhere in Gdańsk.

The room was spotless and comfortable with everything you could need. The bed was incredibly comfy and cosy. The room exceeded my expectations and was worth much more than what I paid! The hotel also provides a great breakfast, nice bar and food along with a spa, pool & gym.

Great place for families, couples and solo travellers as it has something for everyone. The staff were also lovely and very accommodating, spoke perfect English :)

For our needs being there in June it was the perfect fit. Bedroom sofa bed for the 3 of us plus small balcony and mini-fridge. Breakfast was delicious with various choices. Staff always helpful when needed. Pool size smaller than you would expect based on selling pictures but we chose first slot in the morning so it was not too busy. Times e.g. for the gym (gym from 9 am only) should be available earlier, there are many early birds out there 😀.

Lovely modern hotel. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed with a sofa and table too. Room cleaning was by request only so we didn’t bother as only there for a short stay. Nice pool and spa in the adjacent build which required prior booking for an hour slot. The pool was busy each time we used it at varying times. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are a work in progress, however it’s only a short walk into the centre. The hotel is walkable from the main train station and there is a direct bus from the airport to the train station. We took a taxi back to the airport which cost 77 zloty.

Clean and well presented hotel in a quiet area but only 5 mins from the main square.
At the moment you have to ask for the room to be cleaned. The breakfast is vastly over priced it worked out at 12GBP each and is not worth it. You will find far better and a lot cheaper in the cafes and bars. The swimming pool is next door and you need to book , opens a bit late at 9 am. Having said that nothing seems to open till 9.30 / 10 am. A sprinkling of cafes do open earlier for breakfast. Plenty of building work going off next to the hotel and in the centre. Takes about 15 minutes to get to airport.
