Great hotel! Location was beautiful, accessible to many restaurants and cafes, right next to the beach area. We were able to walk to a lot of different places and it was relatively quiet and peaceful in the evenings. There were also a nice restaurant and lounge within the hotel as well, so that was a nice addition.

The overall rating for this place was fair. The only bad experience was the quality of food and service at the morning breakfast. The staff were also rude and didn't care much for the manager's directions. As a result the food was cold, coffee services were absent, and the staff made sure to make us feel uncomfortable so that we leave 30 minutes before the end breakfast hour. I wouldn't waste my money at any lounge or bar in this hotel.

Location and price of hotel was reasonable. Ocean facing accommodation in Hamdeok beach. Great location close to restaurants and pub food like “Roll Tide”. Parking was convenient in garage attached to hotel. Directions are easy to find to the location. Breakfast available in the hotel however it was not fresh or appealing. Ac was cut off during my stay. I was told for the season. The front desk did have a fan to borrow however my room only had one plug in to use. No plug ins existed in the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready in the morning. If simplicity is what you are looking for and location then it worked for the stay. I was gone most of the day so I just needed accommodations to sleep. There is a DJ set up down in the restaurant at night so it gets loud in the room. Everything extra - breakfast, jacuzzi, etc is an up charge.

I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea.

This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop

A good place to stay.

The hotel is steps awayvfrom the beach. A lovely place to stay with a lot of freebies such as breakfast and coupons to have a couple of beers. We stayed in a room with twin bed since it was my adult daughter and I. This hotel had the firmest beds I have ever slept on and I need something a little softer otherwise we enjoyed out stay.

View from the sea view room was fantastic -- really a beautiful, unobstructed view! Basement carpark was helpful too. Room might be a little small for 3 adults, but was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials :) Buffet breakfast was great too. My favourite was its proximity to the sea/ beach, as well as alot of restaurants in that area. Staff were polite and helpful.

Everything was great. Room was bigger than expected and I could see some of the beach from my winodw even though I booked a city view room, so that was a nice bonus. Got some voucher for a free beer and breakfast.
Breakfast wasn't that great but I didnt pay for it and it was an add on so no complaints. Location is spot on!

Clean and comfortable, on the beach, with excellent service and great food. Extremely easy access from airport bus, music on beautiful rooftop roomy lounge, jacuzzi had 6 easy fit, provided free Bluetooth speaker, and champagne with cheese, fee, but good time overlooking bay and 30+squid boats on the horizon, we would return!

The hotel was nice and situated on the beach. We had a city view, which was fine. There aren’t balconies for the beach view rooms, so not sure it’s worth the extra money to have a beach view. We found it absurd that the charge to use the top floor got tubs was about $100/hour. We were also initially under the assumption that breakfast was included. This was not the case, though we received vouchers for two people for one breakfast buffet. We also received one draft beer ticket. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for us, despite some frustrations/misunderstandings on our part.

We paid for the most expensive room other than the family suite and were very disappointed. A tiny room, that we paid extra for the sea view. Other cheaper rooms have balconies - that you cannot see from the photos. The spas on the rooftop come at a cost. 100,000 for 1.5 hours but you get to choose some food package to go with it. That is the highlight of the hotel.

Convenient location to restaurants and steps to the beach. Our first room (Japanese ondol) was uncomfortable due to the thin and soft futons so upon request, they changed our room pretty quickly to one with beds. Great service and good breakfast buffet options/value. A/C was turned off for the season so the room was very hot and stuffy. (Due to the very poor air quality outside we were unable to open windows.)

Hotel was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to family friendly beach. Their customer service spoke English so that was a plus. Hotel has parking garage and overflow lot but FYI finding parking can be difficult at night due to number of guests and popularity of beach at night.

객실내 시설관리는 조금 더 신경을 써야할 부분입니다.
에어컨이 침대 바로 위에 있는데 물이 떨어져서 도움을 요청했는데 개선이 안되었고 TV도 작동이 안되어 도움을 받아야했습니다.

음 일단 유탑쪽은 온돌방이 있어 여수도 이용하고 했는데 여러 후기들처럼 1층에 라운지펍이 있는데 24시까지 쿵짝쿵짝ㅜㅜ 온돌방은 대부분 2층.시끄러워요ㅜㅜ 그점이 매우 아쉽. 해변과의 거리는 가까워서 참 좋아요. 서비스는 무난합니다.

냄새에 오션뷰 장점 다사라짐

오션뷰는 좋습니다. 함덕 에메랄드 바다가 안좋을 수가 없잖아요? 위치도 괜찮고 주차도 그냥저냥 걱정될 정도는 아닙니다. 다만 객실 냄새가 퀘퀘한 노총각 삼촌방 냄새 농축시킨게 납니다. 청소가 안된것도 아닌데 냄새땜에 있기 힘들정도였구요, 슬슬 모기가 나오는 시즌인데 모기향에 약이 하나도 없었습니다. 장단점 명확한 호텔입니다. 평일 가격치고는 주변보다 높아서 괜찮겠지 했는데 이정도 컨디션이면 주변 저렴한데가 낫겠어요

Hotel structure and location are the only positive points.
The room had a really bad smell.
The staff were unfriendly.
Also, the bar/restaurant is terrible. We order a pizza, to eat there, and they quick us out.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am wunderschönen Hamdeok-Strand. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und geräumig, das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück lecker mit guter Auswahl an korenischen und westlichen Speisen. Der Grund dafür, dass ich bereits zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel war, sind die Jacuzzi auf dem Dach mit einem autemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer.

함덕 해수욕장 바로 앞이라서 수영하고 들어오기 너무 완벽했습니다. 호텔에 투숙객들을 위해 모래 씻을 수 있는 곳도 마련되어 있어서 더 좋았어요.

숙소에서는 덜마른 냄새? 같은게 나서 처음에는 불쾌할 뻔 했는데 수영하고 와서 수영복 말리다보면 그런 냄새가 나는가봐요. 가격도 너무 저렴해서 가성비는 정말 최고인 것 같아요.

조식도 22000원이면 비싼건가? 싶었는데 숙소당 1인은 포함되어 있으니까 계산해보면 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요. 나름 종류도 다양하고 빵종류, 과일, 샐러드, 쌀국수, 연어까지 있을 거 다 있어요.

숙소에서는 씻고 잠만 자는 용이다, 해수욕을 잔뜩 할거다. 하면 정말 최고에요.

수건과 침대시트에 피? 인듯한 얼룩이 많았고 침대는 한쪽으로 기울어져 있었어요. 복도나 방의 카페트에도 얼룩들이 너무 많았습니다. 욕실 실리콘도 말해 뭐합니까… 하지만 직원들의 친절도는 좋았고 해변 근처에 있는 숙박업소라 길거리도 지저분 한걸 감안했을때는 깨끗한 편이라고 볼 수 있을것 같아요.

위치적 장점을 보고 선택해서 위치적으로 만족합니다. 바다전망이라 전망이 아주 멋집니다. 청결한 편은 아니라는 후기를 봤기 때문에 감안했습니다. 샤워가운에 털이 붙어 있었어요.. 사람은 많은데 코인세탁기 두 대 밖에 없어서 실망했고, 드라이기가 고정형이라 놀랐고, 바람세기가 약하고 아님 많이 뜨거운 편이라 불편했습니다. 에어컨 바람이 머리쪽으로 많이 와서 저는 조금 그랬네요.
