The property is centrally located near the port/marina stores and restaurants. A short bus ride to ladies beach!

Smoke filled property. Even the front desk guys were smoking with the doors open so the smoke wafted up into hotel. We had 2 rooms and my washed clothing still reaks of cigarette smoke. It's posted no smoking, but clearly people were smoking in their rooms. It was gross. There are 2 Hotel Ilyad's only a block apart. This is the one next to the coffee roaster. The other one seemed much better and smelled good inside. I know because we accidentally checked into that location and they only realized and moved us later that evening when we were having dinner.

The room is very clean and cozy. It is very well-located. There are many restaurants available nearby. Staff are very friendly too. Only downside is that the bed is too soft.

Great visit. We got a surprise room upgrade, which was lovely. Definitely pay for the Sea View rooms, as the back of the hotel faces a rather ugly parking lot. That said, parking is easy and cheap (60 TL/day).

Breakfast was substantial with lots of healthy options. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll never live in this hotel again .

I stayed three nights in this hotel , when I arrived no person came with me to receive my room , no Free water in the room, the room was very small and the shower looks like small refrigerator, but on the next day I found an insect dead on my bed, when I was angry for that the reception agreed to change my room with another room bigger, more clean and sea view , so I was so happy and felt comfortable.

Booked through Expedia and was told basic room. Ok - I've stayed in a few basic rooms in Kusadasi but this one was tiny with hardly any hanging space and just three hangers! Not happy. Asked for upgrade which cost an extra £330 + . I could have gone to their sister hotel which has more facilities for the price I paid.
Upgrade was lovely but only two small mirrors, bathroom & dressing table, and very dull lighting which was frustrating. I have always stayed at Derici hotel and their rooms have balconies. Derici for me next time.

A perfect place to stay. This hotel is in a perfect location with a view of the sea, many restaurants and Bars close by. The neighbourhood comes alive at night, so it is a little noisy, but not enough to keep us awake. The hotel is close enough to old city part and 10 minutes from the Bazar. Our Room was very big, clean and comfort with ocean view. Breakfast was great and various and is situated on the top of the building (Terrace) with ocean view.

Ilayda is in a fantastic location, with a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to a swimming area. It is within walking distance of the main street, old town, and the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The staff were fantastic! The front desk staff were so helpful and lovely, and the waiters in the restaurant were also friendly. They all helped to make my stay comfortable and pleasant, and were the highlight of the stay.

This hotel is in a perfect location with a view of the sea, many restaurants and beaches close by. The neighbourhood comes alive at night, so it is a little noisy, but not enough to keep us awake. Our only complaints were that our bed did not have a top sheet. After I called to get one housekeeping brought one that was very damp. I also had emailed to request an airport shuttle and thought that it had been arranged. The email said that a seat had been reserved and someone would meet us inside the airport. No one was there to meet us. Since the hotel is about an hour from Izmir airport it was a hassle at 11:00 pm. We ended up finding a last-minute travel agent that put us on a shuttle where there was another woman with a similar experience. That shuttle was the same cost as what had been discussed in the email.

I had a really good stay! I've been upgraded to a sea view room and it was magnificent! The room was big and we had windows on two walls so it was really bright. The breakfast was on the rooftop and it was nice. The location was excellent! It was in front of the sea with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, right across the road from the water and walking path along the waterfront. The breakfast was very good and the patio where we ate was beautiful, overlooking the water. The room was somewhat noisy at times as it overlooked the main road but was not a huge problem.

Breakfast was great and various and is situated on the top of the building with ocean view which is great. The location of the hotel was perfect but my airconditioning was not working in my room for the duration of my stay, so i was not happy about this. Also the noise from the restaurant/pub next door staying going until sometimes 4 in the morning. I would not stay in the Ilayda hotel again.

Great location if you wish to be in the centre of town. The rooms have been renovated and are comfortable, but a very small. Putting two suitcases in your room would be a challenge. The breakfast was your standard Turkish fare (which we enjoy). The staff are okay, but not overly welcoming.

Wonderful surprise

For the price of this hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was great! We walked form the ferry dock to the hotel very easily. There are plenty of really good restaurantes close, and the hotel restaruant was really good too. Our room had a really nice view of the water. We spoke to others who were not as pleased, due to noise and the size of their room. But ours was roomy, very clean, the shower was hot with glass doors (not very common on our journey), and the staff went above and beyond to help us with our next destination. A real plus was their english was very good. (thank goodness)

Daughter's birthday in Kusadasi

The Ilayda is located right on the water and is very convenient to many of the night life scenes. But what I will most is how the staff work to make my daughter's 16th birthday a success. We showed up late in the afternoon and within a few minutes the staff had arrange a great seat at a restaurant and a cake decorated for my daughter. It was a great evening. Thanks to the staff.

Duş başlığı saçma bir şekilde etrafa su sıçratıyor, kaçak var. Ayrıca kireçten simsiyah olmuş. Hijyenik görünmüyor. Su da bi sıcak bi soğuk, stabil değil. Teras manzarası fena değil.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade man ist fußläufig direkt im geschehen drin, öffentliche verkehrsmittel sind auch gegenüber der Straßenseite. Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer es war leider für 2 Koffer (große) viel zu klein, da es auch kein Abstellfläche gab mussten wir über die Koffer springen, das war etwas nervig. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber im Bad liefen Ameisen rum.

Das Hotelfrühstück war gut.

Le prix exorbitant pour vue sur mer avec un service pas à la hauteur, on a dû partir. Personnel ne parlant pas ou peu anglais, on demande une ampoule pour la chambre, elle n'est jamais venue, on est obligé de payer un parking (18€/nuits) rendant le prix de la chambre encore plus exorbitant. Et quand on annonce que l'on s'en va, ils ne veulent pas nous rembourser , nous devons passer par Hotel.com.

Samosa geçiş için bir önceki akşam tek gecelik konakladık. Sabah kahvaltısını hızlıca yapıp feribotumuzu yakaladık. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temizdi. Çalışankar güler yüzlüydü. Konum olarak zaten tam sahilde. Tek kötü yanı merkezde olmasından dolayı doğal ortamındaki kekolar yüksek sesli müzik, abartı egzozlarıyla geceleri size senfoni yaşatabiliyorlar. Buda zaten otelle ilgili bir sorun değil eğitimsiz kekoların durdurulamamasından kaynaklı. Bir daha gitsem bir daha kalırım. Restorantı en üst katta manzarası muhteşem

Bem confortável, só não gostei do chuveiro pois o box era escorregadio.
