Located in the centre of Nuenen with the Vincent Van Gogh museum nearby and ample opportunities for dining. As a result, the area is noisy with bar and restaurant guests being present in early mornin hours. The noise reduction inside the hotel was also minimal.

Good location budget hotel

The hotel’s location in the center of the town is excellent. The restaurant and bar area has a lovely ambience, but food is a little expensive. Our room was basicit was the cheapest, but it was clean and perfectly adequate. If we came again, we would bring a hairdryer the one that was there was virtually useless, and the plugs are on the opposite side from the bed so an extension lead would be useful if you want to have the phone charging by your bed. The town itself has some great shopping and is of course very close to Eindhoven.

I assume a \"deluxe double\" in Dutch means a small twin bedded room ! Breakfast from 0730 to 0900hrs only and minimal choice. Noisy cleaners started hovering the immediate hallway at 0800hrs.

The hotel suited us because of its position and concienience for our stay. The accomadation was what you should expect for a hotel of this grade.
Unfortunately we had an issue with our first use of the lift.We were given our room keys and told to use the lift.Four us entered the lift and pressed the button for the first floor.We exited and couldn't see our rooms,so I looked around and went to open a door thinking it might lead to our rooms.The corridoor was dark, and as I went to open the door, I fell down a step that I hadn't seen because it was dark.I crashed through the door and landed on my right arm.I shouted out in pain and looked at my right hand. Someone had now switched the lights on and I could see that skin was ripped back to my nuckles and I could see the bones and veins of my right hand.I was helped up by my wife and daughter and they sat me down on a chair. It wasn't a corridoor it was a conferance room.Somone had shouted to the receptionist and asked for help.The receptionist came down some stairs which puzzled us because we thought that we were on the FIRST FLOOR.I had seen my daughter's partner push the number 1 on the lift so we all thought that we were on the first floor. In fact we had gone down to the basement.Eventually two Paramedics arrived and cleaned and dressed the wound. We then found our rooms and went to bed.
The next morning one of our grandaughters came and put a bandage round the dressing because blood had seeped out during the night.

Located in the heart of Super quaint town (Nuenen), walkable to many shops, restaurants & bars. The rooms were clean but on the small side, only 25 rooms so very quiet & cozy. Great A/C but small TV. Shower gets messy with water going everywhere and risk of setting off smoke detectors with steam. Wi-Fi was free but very spotty (kept failing), informed staff but no improvement.

Enjoyable little hotel, we booked in for two nights, the hotel is located in a very picturesque area. We found the room to be clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Bus line is nearby and drops you directly at eindhoven central within 20minutes

The main reason for choosing the hotel was because free parking was offered and I had a classic car. The parking was on street, or in the local supermarket, would not have booked if I had known. Check in was quick and staff were pleasant. the Luxury Double Room was quite small, with 2 single beds pushed together and made up separately too. No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Hotel closes (reception, bar, restaurant) at about 10pm, so you need to go out for entertainment. Location was great, right on the green, surrounded with bars and restaurants.

It was a great hotel and had a wonderful attached restaurant. The food was very tastey! However, there were a couple minor things I wasn't fully satisfied with. I don't mind the double beds. But they kept splitting apart too easily. The bed frames need to be heavier if they're not going to be bolted to the floor. Also, a lot of the doors slammed too easily and were very loud. Adding some new door stops would help to slow down the doors and adjusting the strike plates would help to make sure the doors will shut. Besides that, the room was clean, shower worked, toilet and sink worked, beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly.

We stopped there on our route and enjoyed it a lot. It's a bit out in a very quite neighbourhood. The only bit missing was a refrigerator in a room which was mentioned on Expedia website and we had some food we wanted to keep fresh. Also the booking says that taxes are included but you still need to pay town stay tax. Overall worth it as it's a lovely well kept place. They also offer food but we did not eat there so cannot comment.

Stayed with my 21 year old son on visit to Hamburg Uni - Hotel staff very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Dinner was superb but breakfast was very expensive at 17 Euros each. The locality was charming and the public areas were very pleasing. Amazing for the price of the room. Very pleased and would visit again and have recommend to friends. Am slightly puzzled why they all thought we were American. Also,the locals in Nuenen were very friendly! What a charming place!

Great alternative to staying in Eindhoven

Great little hotel in a small village not far from Eindhoven. I arrived just before 9pm and the kitchen was closed but the bar open. I had luch the next day which was good. The bedroom was well thought out with a coffee machine, free wireless, a good TV and they supplied dressing gowns.
Next time I have a meeting in Eindhoven I will stay here again.

Located in the centre of small town overlooking park and a pond. Good place to be with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel restaurant looked good but I didn't use it due to late arrival.

Staff very freindly and helpful. If you plan to stay out late you need to get a night key from reception as it closes around 1130pm.

Rooms are clean and modern and fittings and decor seem new. Free WiFi in each room but no tea tray. Mini bar in the room was not stocked for use.

Temp. in rooms can not be set it higher than 24 on the digital thermostat, which is fine , but they are not working properly and need maintenance because they just blow liitle warm air unter 18C (recorder with my digital thermometer)

Das Hotel ist gut im Zentrum von Nuenen gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist prima. Die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas veraltet, aber die Betten sind bequem. Die Fenster verdunkeln nicht optimal, daher haben wir eine Schlafmaske benutzt. Insgesamt eine prima Wahl für eine Übernachtung.

Good hotel in a sweet little town

We stayed here for one night while passing through and were very pleased with our stay! We brought our dog, which was no problem and the hotel is situated just next to a park/city square, which was lovely.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help.
Room was large with comfortable bed and everything needed. No door to the bathroom in the suite, which was a design feature, but something I would have liked.
There is parking outside, but very unclear how long and when you can park there (especially for us as foreigners).
Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back!

Wir bewohnten mit Hund die Luxus Vincent Suite für eine Nacht.
Leider hat die Suite nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.
Das Zimmer und Bad waren ausreichend groß gestaltet. Der Bereich zwischen Zimmer und Bad ohne Tür. Da sich auch die Toilette in dem Bad befindet, ist privatsphäre ausgeschlossen!
Es gab zwar Bademäntel für die Gäste aber im Bad selbst nur eine Halterung mit Duschgel an den zwei Waschbecken und in der Dusche. Keine weitere Pflegeprodukte. Da das Bad ebenfalls eine Wanne enthielt, fehlt dort ein Produkt. Zudem wäre ein weiterer Handtuchhalter an der Dusche hilfreich. Das Boxspringbett war hervorragend. Leider fehlte hier auf beiden Seiten eine Steckdose. Auf der rechten Bettseite klaffte eine offene nicht isolierte Dose. Das Personal erklärte uns, dass das die alte Telefonbuchse sei. Machte Sinn, denn ein Telefon gab es in der Suite nicht! Warum man diese offene Elektronik nicht abdecken kann, ist uns ein Rätsel. Das Zimmer war sauber, dennoch gab es auf Ablagen Staubschichten. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Die Kapseln waren bei Bezug nicht aufgefüllt, wurden aber nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Der Teppich im Zimmer wirkt sehr unhygienisch und nicht sauber.Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Aber in 200 Meter Entfernung befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nahm die Kritikpunkte an und verwies auf eine anstehende Renovierung im nächsten Jahr. 138 Euro sind ein stolzer Preis!
