Don't go over 100$/night

It was okay i guess since it wasn't expensive at all with a great location in naha. The AC was working great wich is for me a very important criteria in okinawa.

for the bad part, the hotel was a bit old with a weird smell in the elevator and the hallways (possibly mold since the floor is carpet in a humid environnement)

The room was decent clean but the mattress wasn't comfortable

I have stayed here before. This hotel has a fairly large hot spring facility with various types of baths and saunas. This is free to use for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from Miebashi monorail station.

Good Location and helpful staff. Has a natural onsen Rikkarikka-yu just next to it but need to pay ¥1,050 each per visit for Hotel Guests which made it different from most other Hotels and Ryokans which we visited in 43 other Prefectures so far. At least a 30-50% discount for Guests of the hotel would be better. Otherwise, would have given it a 8/10 or 9/10.

The room was rather cramped for 4pax but nonetheless able to put 4 single rooms. However the bedsheet was stained and there’s also no complimentary water given to guests. The hotel staff are mainly non English speaking and it will be better if they can at least put some English speaking personnel. Having said that, the hotel is indeed located on a strategic location but take note that you need to walk 5-10mins in a quiet alley which is near to their public carpark...

This hotel was great. It was close to everything. Room size was not large, but definitely sufficient for two people. Room was clean with all needed facilities. Air Condition was super cold. Even the water boiler of such a small thing to mention, was Zojirushi brand. Towels were cleaned. Water pressure is great.
We booked the hotel with breakfast option. Breakfast was very good with sufficient items and both hot and cold coffee (and other drinks too) offered.
Staff who worked there were very nice and helpful.
One front desk clerk would walk up to my room immediately to set my air conditioning because I could not understand the Japanese manual.
I would like to extend my whole gratitude to the whole hotel crew. A job well done . Will definitely book again.

Very nice large hotel right in the heart of Naha City. Short walk to shopping, dining and public transport. Room was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with Washlet toilet and luxurious rain shower bath/shower combo. Comfortable bed and premium linens. Enjoyed using the attached onsen/spa. Staff was helpful although there is virtually zero English spoken which for this caliber of hotel that attracts international guests I find unusual.

Overall great to stay near downtown

It was great to have a room for 4 beds (Usually it's hard to find it in Japan's usual hotel) for family of 4. We liked the location sooo close to downtown and subway station. We liked the breakfast.. but the receptions were hard to communicate in English even though they were all nice enough. And using onsen in hotel is limited.. wish all the ppl staying can use facility without extra charge.

Really nice hotel at the heart of Naha. Close to the shopping area and many restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were helpful, but would have been much better if they had been more fluent in English. But the hotel facilities and cleanliness were great. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely come back again if I get a chance.

観光で利用しました。国際通りに近く、とても便利です。飲食店コンビニ、イオン系のスーパー、スタバ。。。徒歩圏内で足りないものはありません。お風呂も素晴らしく、夜と朝と入って堪能しました。入れ替えだったので比較すると、お風呂の広さや備品の新しさに差がありすぎ。

日ごろから湿度の高い沖縄のホテルは、部屋の中が多少カビ臭かったり、多少は覚悟をしておりましたが、シャワールーム内のシャワーカーテンについては、ある程度のカビが繁殖して消えないのであれば、なるべく早く新しいものに取り替えた方が良いと思います。
見た目が少し不衛生に感じました。

しっかりと指導、教育してほしい

チェックアウトの際に、フロントの研修の子がやる気がないのか元気がないのかわからないが、特に挨拶もなく朝から何とも言えない気持ちで出発しました。

アメニティは最低になった

長く常宿として利用してきたが、質の低下を痛感。
経費削減が宿泊客に一目でわかる露骨さ、特にアメニティ(歯ブラシ、カミソリ、スリッパなど)は最低レベルになった。

過去10回以上宿泊しているにも関わらず、初めての宿泊ですか？とフロントが質問することはがっかり。今回の部屋は冷蔵庫のモーター音が非常にうるさいので滞在中は電源を抜いた。
また、冷房設定がデフォルトになっており、
久しぶりに沖縄も寒い日が続いているが、暖房が入らず、予備の毛布もなく、今回は最悪の環境だった。

次は泊まらないかな

私の部屋だけだったのかもしれませんが、ジメっとしていてカビ臭かったです。
エアコンも動作音が大きくて夜中に何度も目が覚めるほどでした。
国際通りに出やすく、立地は良いと思いましたが、もう少し離れていても綺麗なところに泊まれば良かったです。
人には薦めないと思いますし、次回は泊まりません。

温泉があるのはよかった。チェックインしてホテル入って綺麗だなと思ったらエレベータは古め。部屋は寝るだけの部屋って感じで、部屋のスリッパがなくフロントに聞いたら、清掃担当のミスでと持ってきてくれた。ペットボトルのお水等のサービスはない。冷蔵庫を開けると前使ってた人が買ったチュウハイ缶があり、清掃が雑だなと感じた。部屋着はセパーレートになっていて着やすかった。駐車場料金は1泊1500円と高めだったが、次の日の国際通りを回る際車をホテルに置かせてもらうことができ親切であった。

No next time

Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in.

Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action.

Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included, parking service is bad.

compare with my hold trip, this is the worst hotel in my trip.

部屋は清潔にたもたれており、狭いながらも快適に過ごせました。ユニットバスは小さく、毎晩併設された温泉施設に行きました。とても快適でしたが、宿泊者料金がもっと安いと助かります。

全体的できれいでまだ新しい感じで気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、ドライヤーを部屋で使うにしても鏡を見ながら使いたくても鏡のそばにはコンセントがない、他のホテルには当然のようにある、水のサービスがない、等いまいち快適に過ごせない要素もあったためそこが残念でした。

美栄橋送迎あり

ゆいレール美栄橋から送迎もあり国際通りからも近く便利。部屋は暖房もあり良かった。喫煙スペースもあるが椅子でもあると助かるかと。

&SPAという表記なら、当然、大浴場がついた料金と思いこむ方々が大半だと思います。正直に、大浴場は、ホテルに隣接しておりますが、別途、タオルなし料金て、安く利用できます。というふうに書かれたら、いいかと思います。集客に大変なのは、わかりますが、国際通りへの立地もいいので、多くのお客さんは、納得すると思います。大浴場料金プランとか、表記があれば、わかると思います。

朝食や、施設のメンテ、すっきりした建物、喫煙客利用可能のお庭、喫煙しない客が、利用可能かどうか、曖昧なですが、

あと、送迎は、国際通りに面しない、美栄橋とか、書かれていれば、初めてのお客さんへの配慮も有難いかと思います。

コロナ禍、先が見えない大変な状況ですが、がんばってください。

朝食は、毎日、少しずつ、違うものをアレンジされているので、よかったと思います。

経営が大変な中に、一部スタッフのしんどさを感じましたが、場所も国際通りに近く、周りにも飲食店は多く立地は、いいので、十分、アピールできるから、そうされば、隣に、天然温泉付きだし、他のホテルに、十分、対抗できると思います。

静かで快適でした。

チェックイン時間より早く着きましたが、部屋の準備ができていたとのご好意で入ることができました。2泊快適に過ごせました。
今回コロナ期間のため、りっかりっか湯など共用部分利用は自粛したのでいつかまた利用したいと思います。
