This was a great place for our family of five. All had comfortable sleeping situations and plenty of room in the condo itself. Having a kitchen was a BIG plus witha family of 5 and numerous meal requests. The property was well maintained and family friendly. We come to the desert often for weekend getaways, we will definitly be returing!!

We absolutely love this resort! From the beautiful property to the welcoming atmosphere, every stay has been wonderful.

A special shoutout to Claire, the lifeguard at the pool. She is professional, friendly, attentive, and truly exceptional at her job. As a parent, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was there keeping a careful eye on the pool. I was able to relax and enjoy our time because I trusted that she was watching out for everyone’s safety, especially the kids.

Claire takes her responsibilities seriously while still being approachable and kind. Team members like her make all the difference and are a big part of why we keep coming back. Thank you, Claire, and thank you to the entire resort staff for another fantastic stay!

My son checked in to the second room that I had reserved and he got there after 4 o’clock by the time he got up to the room, unloaded and went down to the pool to take my granddaughter to join us. You guys already had the slides closed off for the day. I wish you guys could keep those open longer. You know some of us check in remember after 4 o’clock it’d be nice to have that open a few hours longer. Just so the kids can enjoy it..

Had a really bad experience while at the pool. Placed an order for food, and was told that staff would bring to us. A staff member delivered our food to another group and the group said it was not theirs, still the staff member said, jist keep ot then. After co tinuing waiting for over an hour i went back to the bar to ask for an uodate and apparently it was delivered to the group that claimed it wasnt theirs and I would have to wait again for the food. Reallly unpleasent experience.

Nice little getaway with the family. We were accommodated with early check in and welcomed by staff. My son loved the pools and was convenient having our room on same floor as it. Only downside was hearing the footsteps from the upper floor. Other than that, great place!

There are two things that I would like to see be done with your resort and that is the kid pool lifeguard situation. I would like to see it be left open longer maybe the lifeguards being on duty to at least 7 PM shutting down the slides early kind of was a downer. The grandkids wanted to go on them and they were closed when we came down at 5 o’clock and the other thing just a suggestion that may be in the kitchen add some tongues so when we’re cooking, sometimes the forks don’t help.

Staff was nice, but the hotel could use some updating and more attention to cleanliness. Our room smelled musty, as well as the hallways. Also, a Keurig would be great rather than a coffee pot. Cell service is also terrible so be prepared to connect to the Wi-Fi. On the positive side, the room was spacious.

We had a fabulous time! The pool cannot be any better for young kids, our four-year-old gained so much confidence in the smaller pools And is now a swimmer! The room was a one bedroom suite and was extremely large and comfortable! Would definitely go back!

The check-in process was great. The only down side was the pitch to sign me up for a timeshare presentation. I told him no and I went merrily on my way. The gym is one of the better ones I’ve encountered. I like the dumbbells. The pool and slide is excellent. They have lots of pool chairs and they just replaced about 80% of them. They provide life vests for kids and a few foam noodles. The laundry was great. Pretty new machines on each floor of the building. They were free to use and provided free laundry soap. The staff was all around friendly and helpful. I love it there.

Room and the bar and food svc at the pool.
We started going to Palm Cyn Resort because of the pool slides for the kids. It’s been over 8yrs. It’s our Mothers Day weekend tradition. Since Hilton took over, we hv experienced a remarkable difference.
The pools are kept clean. We enjoy our stay with friends and family. We like the amenities in the room and how you offer from studio, to 1,2 and 3 bedroom suites.
Never a problem with parking. The Hotel is close to great restaurants. We love the Thursday Main Street fair. It’s fun to see what all the vendors bring. Truly a fun stay.

The resort didn’t allow for floties in the pool. You could hear people stomping above us and yelling beside us - there was no signage around to mind your neighbours or respect the space your occupying - also noticed that there is no convenient store on the resort to even buy water - nothing offered for kids to do - Hilton could do better.

had an amazing stay at the Palm Canyon Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the entire resort had a relaxing and fun atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it feel like a perfect getaway.

The pool area was definitely one of the best parts of the stay..it was beautiful, well maintained, and great for both families and adults looking to relax. The resort also had great amenities, and everything was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Palm Springs.

Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation spot in Palm Springs.

We arrived at 11p after a 5 hr. trip delay and would have loved a drink and some dinner. It didn’t ruin our stay though. Hotel stay itself was great. The restaurant on-site served decent food. However, the hours for the kids' slide were too short, ending at 5 pm when families may want to use that feature in the evening after a day of activities. Also, the Hilton's vacation timeshare group got ahold of us and asked us to participate in a presentation. We chose a 9 am time slot on our last day there. Upon arrival, they had no record of us, didn't give us any of the promotions offered over the phone, and since we didn't have any other time to attend their presentation, basically just cancelled us. It messed up our whole morning because we could've planned other things to do and some of those other activities couldn't happen since we had blocked off time for Hilton. Very unprofessional and left us with negative impression at the end of our stay, despite the hotel itself being great.

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Springs and overall had a great experience. The kids had an amazing time, especially in the pool and indoor play area with the basketball half court—it really made the trip fun for the whole family.

The suites were clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.

The fitness room could use some improvement, as it lacks a variety of exercise machines, but it’s still usable.

The only real downside was parking—if you have an SUV over 6 feet tall, you’ll likely need to park on the street since the garage clearance is limited.

Aside from that, everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication was excellent through texting with the front desk. The pool was huge,clean,fun slides for the kids, good lifeguards. The splash bar and grill had excellent food and beverages, well staffed. The workout gym and basketball room was very nice. We had early check in and late check out. No problem. Nice large balcony and a god air conditioning unit! Everything was perfect and we will be back!! Loved the professionalism of the entire staff. Clean, great dress code, excellent communication and guest service.

The good: The staff is lovely and is doing the best they can with what they've got. The pool area is wonderful and clean. The pool bar/grill is nice and serves great food for an onsite option. The location is decent and pretty close (driving distance) to the downtown Palm Springs restaurant and shops.
The bad: The resort rooms are very dated and the property isn't doing much to maintain them. The carpet is older and stained, the room doors are all dented, the hallway smells strongly, the toilet shifted when you sat on it, the tub side was coming off and was poorly repaired, the kitchen sink was all banged up and damaged, and the rooms are very dark and almost depressing at first. No ceiling lighting in the whole place makes it very dark! This is a timeshare property (we didn't know that when booking) and they will hit you up several times to try to get you to sit through a timeshare pitch. It was too many attempts in my opinion (especially for a property that isn't maintaining their rooms adequately).
Final Thoughts: Despite the bad, our stay was still very enjoyable and the staff, cleanliness and pool made the trip. Even though the resort is in need of some major repair, the linens were clean, the people were kind and it was a nice stay. We had so much fun at the pool (pool was very clean... one of the cleaner pools I've experienced) and we would probably stay again (maybe) but just be aware going in that it isn't a nicer room like we were expecting.

The pool was the star of this resort, it is big with two waterslides and the kids loved it. The apartments were a little dated but spacious, the kitchen is quite small which makes it difficult to cook. The air con was really noisy, very difficult to sleep with it on. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. We had the best time in Palm Springs and loved sitting by the beautiful pool- would definitely come back!

Good staff, great lifeguards and perfect family fun pool. We have been coming for 20 years. Rooms are hit and miss . We had alarms going off and on two days of the stay. Security tried to find out what was going on.
Halls smelled of weed and fried food.
It’s the pool and size of the 2bdr villa that keeps us coming back.

This is my go to spot when golfing in Palm Springs. It's close to multiple nice courses, dining and shopping.

But what I appreciate about this property is that I can truly make myself at home. The rooms are all well appointed and comfortable. I usually stay in a 1 bedroom, which is huge. It has a full kitchen and a large bathroom with a soaking tub.

The pool area is great but can definitely get over run with kids during peak season. But I do love grabbing a bite from the poolside eatery and just relaxing there....

The pool and slide were amazing. The suite was spacious and it was lovely to have a kitchen and balcony. The staff were super responsive and helpful. The lifeguards did an amazing job keeping the kids safe, especially Claire. The only thing I can say that’s constructive feedback is that there are not nearly enough lounge chairs at the pool. Guests are lined up at 8am when it opens and line 90% of the chairs with towels/belongings by 8:15am. If you come to the pool at 9, there’s nowhere to put your things. We had to take cafe chairs to just have a spot for our things, other than leaving them the ground. Once we figured out what we had to do, we also got in line at 8am to get a chair but I really wish we didn’t have to do that while on vacation. I love lazy mornings but realize that’s not possible here. Other than this, we were very happy at this resort. We will definitely be coming back!
