Parking was phenomenal…
She upgraded me and my bathtub was solation! I have a bad back so it was perfect for me to get relief. All the restaurants were within walking distance… Thank you for a wonderful day.

Perfect stay for a family

Had the best day at this very clean, beautiful, and quaint hotel. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options for our entire family and how quiet the town was. It was a convenient drive to most everything we wanted to see in the area! Definitely recommend this location!

Unfortunately I was not aware that any country in Europe still supported smoking indoors. The bar area, central to the hotel was full of smokers and the smell wafted around the whole ground floor. fortunately each floor had fire doors which kept the smell away from the bedrooms. Other than this the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location really couldn't be any more central to Wattens. The food in the restaurant was fine though limited. Children may not be keen on what was to offer (unless they are used to local cuisine) so you may want to pop over the road to Pronto Pasta where the service was interesting and the food great.

For anyone visiting Swarovski its only 10 mins walk along the road and the town center is on your doorstep.

An amazing trip, wonderful hotel, celebrated my Second wedding anniversary, by walking the 10 minutes from Hotel to Swarovski crystal world.
Only a 30 minutes drive to Innsbruck, worth a visit too.

Enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to Swarvoski Crystal. Front desk very friendly and assistive. Great dinner, except service was slow at dinner time. We were seated right away and our order taken, then forgotten. Our order was delivered after everyone else in the restaurant had received their food. Other than that we had a great time.

Handsome hotel at the centre of town

Used this hotel as a two night stopover returning from Italy.
Hotel was impressive and the room provided was excellent and probably the best on our tour.
Did not eat here in the evenings so unable provide any feedback,
However did have breakfast which was a little disappointing.

Waren für 1 Nacht da auf der Heimreise - alles tip-top mit reichhaltigen Frühstücks-Buffet !
Auch am Abend hatten wir da zu Abend gegessen. Gute Qualität & netter Service 👍
Sogar unser Wunsch nach einem Kaiserschmarren wurde erfüllt- obwohl er aktuell nicht auf der Karte ist ; und er schmeckte vorzüglich 🙏 Also sehr Gäste freundlich ‼️

Tolles Hotel unweit der Swarovski Kristallwelten. Einzig die rutschenden Matratzen im Bett empfanden wir als unangenehm. Lattenrost niedriger stellen wäre vielleicht eine Lösung. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unübertrefflich. Mein nächstes dienstlicher Aufenthalt wird wieder in diesem Hotel, da es mir an nichts gefehlt hat. Großes Frühstücksbüffet, leckerer Kaffee und Säfte, Auswahl an Brötchen, Laugengebäck, Kuchen und Croissants. Zimmer und Saunabereich waren sauber und im sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Beide waren gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr schön.
Leider war es heiß und stickig. Wir konnten die Fenster nicht öffnen, weil es draussen wegen eines Massenbesäufnisses extrem laut war.
Sonst alles sehr gut.

Insgesamt ein sehr gut geführtes, ansprechendes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war leider absolut unterdurchschnittlich und passt in dieser Form nicht zum ansonsten guten Standard dieses Hauses!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in Wattens.Die Ausstattung sehr schön und zu der Umgebung sehr passent.Ein schönes,rustikales Land/Berghotel.Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sehr sauber.Die Käsespätzle sind sehr zu empfehlen und die Portionen sehr grosszügig.Gutbürgeliche Küche:).Einziger Wernutstropfen war das etwas überschaubare Frühstücksbuffet und dass man als Gast den Kaffe selber holen musste.In einem 4 Sternehaus hätte ich mir schon gewünscht,dass die Getränke dem Gast serviert werden.Jedoch kann man sagen,dass das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist.

Sehr schön Lage im Zentrum, trotz Bundesstraße nicht laut. Das Parkhaus liegt direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie auch das Frühstück waren sehr, sehr gut.

Sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, das bei uns keine Wünsche offen ließ. Lage prima mitten im Ort.

Kleiner Abzug bei der Sauberkeit: Spinnweben am Fuß des Sessels im Zimmer und viele Fussel auf dem Boden im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers.

Tout s’est bien passé, sauf que j’avaid Payé pour une chambre double avec baignoire. Le 1er jour j’ai cette chambre avec tout.
2 eme et 3 eme nuit ont été une catastrophe : la chambre qui m’a été changé avait effectivement une baignoire, mais sa bouilloire , ni réfrigérateur ce quia été très désagréable.nous avons payé pour ce confort et en changeant de chambre pour une baig’oire Nous somme retrouvés dans une chambre simple et je trouve ça déplorable.
Nous ne sommes pas plaint, parce que notre séjour était court. Dubois aurons exigé le même confort pour le prix.
Un autre point, nous avons trouvé le mr au bar , un peu âgé qui était très désagréable, lorsque nous avons demandé si on pouvait manger, il était presque 21:30, mais l’accueil de cette personne a été violente.
Son collègue, grand et f’un Certain âge nous a conseillé gentiment une pizzeria pas très loin de l’hotel.
3 eme point négatif, le petit bar ouvert le soir empeste ma cigarette et même lorsqu’o Est au resto c’est insupportable. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut autoriser les gens de fumer dans ce genre d’endoit?
Sinon les filles à l’accueil étaient très aimable.
Petit déjeuner pas copieux et à chaque fois, on doit demander quelque chose et ça arrive 10mn, omelette, bacon...
Le sauna est très bien,nous avons pu profiter de ce lieu.
