The Olympia was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple of days in Valencia. It was a 2 min walk to the metro, so we were able to park our rental and get around without the car! Staff was very helpful! The hotel itself is a little worn, and could use a little paint, but the room itself was clean and the bed was comfy, except for the pillows. We did get a couple more, so that helped. It is a non smoking hotel, but our room smelled of smoke. We discovered that our window opened to a little “courtyard” and saw another patron smoking out their window. Other than that, it was the perfect location for us to get into València easily!

It would be good to have a kettle, tea cups and complimentary tea and coffee in each room. Our just a kettle and cups. Restaurant is not also open so would be good to make a hot drink in your own room when you want. Most basic hotels in the UK have this.

No offer of help with luggage (2 disabled guests) and the lifts often open not level (dangerous step).

The rooms have no coffee/tea which I think is unheard of in a 4 star hotel…. and the wifi was terribly slow and cut off all the time…. I ended up just buying an unlimited 1 week data sim!

The breakfast was fine except they don’t separate the pork/bacon products from everything wlse for vegetarians, Muslims, vegans e.t.c…

Swimming pool was always too busy to use, I was told I had to book a time??? Plus it smelled bar which put me off going in the end.

Definitely not 4 star, more like 2-3 star at best…. I’d never go back for the price I paid.

The hotel exceeded my expectation I was with infant by myself we loved pool for babies.
Gym was not only for hotel guests and I didn’t like it and I couldn’t go there with baby.

The room didn’t have a good air conditioner and we couldn’t sleep because we were sweating. They offered me $97 if I wanted to move to another hotel and I paid $989 for two rooms. I couldn’t use the pool because they have a restricted schedule, they use the pool for trainings. Expedia didn’t want to solve my problem and told me to get the $97 to move or just stay over there. This is unacceptable from a company that you trust to book your trips.

This hotel was terrible. I stayed here because it was recommended by the camp my son was staying at, but I was very disappointed and left after a couple of nights. It was very old and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner. It has a pool and spa, but hotel guests could only use it at certain times. It was also a separate facility so you had to share it with the public so it was very busy. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. The neighborhood smelled and didn’t have much to do.
The only positive was they let me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay.

Too much noise in the halls, small bed for two, hard pillow, only one pillow person, a false fire alarm at 3:30AM woke me up ! No apologies. The breakfast quality could be improved... asked for 30 minutes extension and absolutely no flexibility. The area is ok,but not for tourist, its safe. They have a events business, not sure if those caused fireworks well pass midnight. My sleep was defficient. Even though i asked for a quiet room, they seem to not understand my petition.

Okay hotel, clean and spacious room but didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.
I am a seasoned traveller and this is the first time a hotel could not provide and iron and their ironing services take between 12-24h. So if you have an event in less than 24h, you'd better bring your own or buy one.

View was of another building, there was a constant noise throughout our 4 night stay which i assume was connected to events or the spa.

Overall an okay stay since we were in the hotel only at nighttime but saying it's a 4 star hotel is a bit of a stretch

Not the worst but far from good enough.

The best thing about this hotel was the room air conditioning & power from the shower, the shower that had no curtain, screen to prevent the water going all over the floor & causing me to slip when getting out even though we had put towels down, it was awful. The breakfast was a good selection but the hot Buffett was cold! The bed linen absolutely stank of damp, there was no cupboards to put clothes away. The vicinity was good, only a short metro ride into the city so quiet in the evenings apart from some noisy guests which the hotel can’t be held responsible. Some of the waitresses were excellent at breakfast, my partner has a strict diet so they did what they could to accommodate.
If you’re planning more than two nights stay I wouldn’t suggest this hotel.

The pool and gym facilities are shared with the local community. So be ready to have limited access to the facilities as they kids and adults swimming classes.
The breakfast buffet is limited as in not a lot of food variety. For a 4 star hotel the cleanliness wasn't great on hoovering the bedroom floor and sheets.
The room was very small and the mattress gave me back pain. Also no iron available for clothes.
We rented a car and the hotel parking is payable per day even if you're a guest a the hotel.
Very poor experience overall.

Staywd there for 4 nights, booked because wanted indoor swiming pool for kids. Qhwn arrived was told swiming pool only open at special times. If i knew i would not be staying there. Staff ay reception was so unhelpfull and so rude. Any time i asked anything i never gor any help.
Hotel is very dated not 4 stars at all. More like 2 stars. Everything is very old.
Towels were not changed not even once. On our last night i went to reception and asked for fresh towels and again they were so rude. 2 hours later still no towels. My husband went again and only got towels after an hour. Bedding also was not changed in 4 nights. I could not wait to leave the place. Felt so not welcome there. Would not recommend to anybody.
Staff need to learn the manners simple as thanks and hello. Horriable place.

The pool was not really want for hotel guests. It’s a gym pool with swimming lanes and classes going on all the time. Not family friendly.also the WiFi was really unusable in the room. We had Togo downstairs to lobby to get decent service.

The staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly but the rest of the staff were not. The hotel stay does not include use of the spa and the buffet breakfast and dinner were very poor. The food was not hot and it was very bland and tasteless. The good thing is that the hotel is very close to the metro which is good for getting into central if you don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle. It’s also one straight train to the airport.

Hotel with pool in the outskirts of València

I stayed for one night only. The hotel is located in the outskirts of València and it has some bars and restaurants nearby. I especially enjoyed some late afternoon working at Horchateria Daniel”s terrace.

The hotel”s style is a little old and I would recommend some minor renovations, especially the TV. Other than that it is a good place to stay. I love the breakfast and the pool access.

Servicewise, the personnel is very helpful and did all possible for accommodating my needs.

Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. Hotel is located about a 15 minute Metro ride and 10 minute walk from some of the main tourist attractions in Valencia. Price is good, but I probably would not stay again. This hotel is an important part of this community. Thanks

This hotel had a great buffet breakfast, the rooms were a generous size, as was the bathroom but it was too far out of town and too far from the beach. The swimming pool was part of a leisure facility open to the public and the client use times were not convenient or fun! Great hotel for business users. Also only one restaurant (apart from the hotel) in walking distance. It was a very good restaurant but would have been good to have a choice.

Moden clean multilevel Hotel with an attached spa, pool, restaurant. For a low price hotel, let me assure you, you will be pleasantly surprised. They do have free WiFi and local phone calls. Breakfast was a large buffet at around, €9. They have an ok dinner, but didn't feature any of the local Valencian fare I would have chosen. Room service is available. Parking garage available for around €9 per day. On street parking space is there , but highly unlikely. Very quite rooms and enjoyable facility. Metro across the street and that one goes directly to Nord train station and the airport. There is also a shuttle bus between Nord station and the new AVE train station Juaquin Sorella. Bus service and taxi is another good opition.

Very good but let down in ONE major area

The hotel and friendliness of staff was good, they spoke good enough English to get by especially for us who didn't know much Spanish. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, rooms were tidy, bathroom was nice and we were lucky to get a balcony opening, as not all had these on the side our room was on the hotel.

The only issue we had was when we booked the hotel we were not informed about the pool closure due to maintenance. Only to find this out when we checked in, unfortunately our luck the maintenance of the swimming pool was ongoing just before we arrived to just after we left, so we weren't able to make use of the pool, which was a big deciding factor of the hotel.

Other minor issues was the wifi signal is not strong on the top floor and the double bed consisted of two singles pushed together to form one. These things however didn't ruin the pleasant stay we had. It was a shame about the pool though, a few days into our stay we did decided to see if the website showed anything about the pool closure and it did, but just a little to late for us

Awesome full blown professional gym and lap pool belong to the hotel. That as the best part for me. It's also about 10 minutes driving distance from the beach only.

Hotel is 2 minutes from zone A metro station, might have to wait for a train for 10-15 min but will get you to the centre 10 minutes. Also can walk to next station (10 min max) and get Valencia Bike. There is bike route to the centre and you are best to cycle to the Oceanarium and Science museum or explore the old town by bike.. The SPA seemed very popular between locals, but the city was so exciting we never actually made it to the professional deep pool or relax area.Room was large, clean and housekeeper did excellent job every day.

The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the metro and it's a direct line from the airport, which is a 30 min journey. 15min journey takes you to Xativa, one of the stations in the town centre

This is a good hotel with well appointed and exceptionally clean rooms. We had wi fi in our room although no kettle!! A problem with a wardrobe door was dealt with promptly and all staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Food was excellent and good value.
The only negative is the location of the hotel.; it's necessary to get the Metro to the beach and to get in to the city.

Valencia.......love it!

The hotel really was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although slightly away from things, it was only a quick metro trip in to the centre. Valencia is absolutely beautiful and if you take the time to walk like I did (I went for a 6 hour walk and saw pretty much everywhere I wanted to and more) it's definitely worth it. I would recommend this city without a doubt....gorgeous! : )

Hotel excellent , location of hotel good distance from city centre but metro connection very convenient cheap and easy to use. Parking on street free, charge for hotel parking.

Pictures misleading

Room was clean, staff friendly. Swimming pool is part of gym so only available to guests at certain times and you must wear a swim hat, ad did not reflect this...

Great Cheap Hotel, but smelly in some areas

I will be very specific. The hotel is more than good. everything is fine, parking available for free in the street and also private parking for 9 Euros a day, very good price. The ONLY problem with the hotel is a bad sewage smell which you can smell sometimes in the lobby and all the time in the parking. It was very bad thing from this nice hotel.

A sporty hotel!

The hotel is pretty decent in most respects. A slightly rundown suburb of Valencia, but easy metro access to the City. We availed of the excellent gym facilities included in the hotel rate. The place even has squash courts. The room was standard hotel fare. The bed not the most comfortable in the world but the rate made up for that.
