Hotel and restaurant are beautiful as well as outdoor large patio. Area was safe and sunny and walkable. Our room overlooked the street with a sunny balcony which I loved. The toiletries placed in our room saved us as our baggage was lost for 2 full days. Only off things were that the day bed had no blanket (?) just a mattress pad and mattress cover, so son slept on pad with mattress cover as blanket, and some of the reception staff were warm (a nice guy) and some were cool/aloof and not very helpful (a girl).

Hidden little gem

This hotel is a hidden little gem close to the marina, the metro and the train stations. They have a very cute restaurant patio. Only thing was there was no where to fill your water bottle and the restaurant/bar has limited hours.

Great location, easy to get to. Close to the beach and easy to get into the main city. Breakfast was great value for money as well as evening meals, that were prepared by fantastic chefs and delivered by wonderfully helpful staff. The room was perfect for what we needed, clean comfortable with all amenities covered. Would definitely stay there again.

Horrible management - Avoid this place

The location was great, our room was updated but that's were the compliments of this place ends.
The washroom smelled like sewage, they have a cockroach problem - seems like there is a nest in the property.
When advising the staff that we could not stay here due to health concerns (cockroaches laying eggs in our luggae/clothes) we were told 'that's the way it is in Spain'.
I refused to accept that so we checked out the same day we checked in.
Management refused to refund us for 3 unused nights as well.
AVOID this place at all costs.

Oh and by the way the next place we stayed at did not have a cockroach problem. So much for that being the case in Spain.

The rooms are on the small side, but since we spent most of our time exploring the city, this wasn’t a big issue for us. We primarily needed a place to sleep and shower, and in that regard, the hotel delivered well. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It would have been nice to have a few extra hooks for towels and clothes, and maybe a chair to sit on, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker. We also appreciated that they provided soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes

The standout of our stay was the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable.

The only hiccup we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work in our room for one day, so I had to head to the lobby to get some work done. T
The cafe in the hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. I do recommend exploring the local markets, cafes, and bars nearby, though.

The location of the hotel is excellent—close to the beach and a train station, yet the area is quiet and safe. We had no issues walking around, even at night, and always felt secure.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely fell in love with Valencia. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with fantastic staff, this is a great option!

10/10 stay. As a solo traveller on this stay, the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was better than expected and the hotel has a boutique vibe to it. Easy transport from the airport and to all areas in Valencia with very good restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay there, and next time in Valencia, I'd book there. Everything was super nice: big, clean rooms, a nice atmosphere, and friendly staff.
The hotel's location was really good, very close to the beach and also fairly close to the old town.

Cramped hotel in front of a building site. Area was quite unsafe and dirty. Staff are somewhat unhelpful - receptionist always looks confused. Restaurant service was poor - long waiting time and average food and staff forgetting we were there Decent drinks. Ground floor room looks onto street so strangers peering into the rooms. Room was clean enough. Asked for more towels as only 1 was left after a room clean and was questioned profusely by staff as to why I needed them as though I was accountable to them and had to justify my towel use - ridiculous. Staff were rude and not particularly welcoming to tourists or locals. Staff were not very well trained and had poor communication.

This was my first time in Valencia and I booked this place because of all the good reviews, but it was very disappointing and I would not recommend to stay here. Lindala Rooms is in a residential area. 30 minute walk to the beach and and hour round trip to the city center does not feel like good location to me. It’s not a hotel, but rooms attached to a restaurant. The restaurant is supposed to be good, but it was closed during my stay so I wouldn’t know. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs. The staff, with and exception of one really nice guy is pretty rude and unhelpful. Our room’s window overlooked the hallway and people walking by, so I don’t consider that a window at all. Maybe if I paid €50 a night this would be ok, but at €180 it felt like a scam, and there is no worse feeling when you’re on your vacation. The morning we woke up with bug bites all over our bodies we decided to leave and asked for a refund of the remaining booking, but they refused.

We took the larger double room option and it was very spacious, clean and had thoughtful storage space for luggage etc. The bed was really comfortable. On the down side, there was a lingering musty smell, particularly in the bathroom. The room was on the ground floor so this could have been rising damp or a plumbing issue.

Its a gem in the middle of a neighborhood. Close enough to transit, beaches, and the city of science. Dinning options are great and all within walkable distance. The room was great. Clean, spacious, comfortable overall and a great bathroom which is difficult to find in Europe. I Personally would love to give a shout to Omar at the front desk, talk about amazing customer service my man went above and beyond.

Lovely simple stylish hotel, very friendly staff, very high level of cleanliness (so well done to the housekeeper). Fantastic shower. Eco toiletries. Great location in a residential area, surrounded by great transport options and one can walk to the port and beach in c 10 mins. The building is old so sound proofing isn’t very good from the street but its a residential area so quietens down. We ate at the sea but the restaurant looked very good and highly rated by locals.

The location is great, the staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was large , comfortable and quiet.
Only minor issue was breakfast. Limited choice and the breakfast hostess was not as friendly as the hotel staff.

The staff were very accommodating, understanding, friendly, and helpful. It really says a lot about a place how they react to mishaps and complications. The staff helped me sort mine out in a kind and generous manner. The site (including the lobby, restaurant, and the rooms) were very clean and well maintained. The courtyard restaurant is beautiful (very cute!) and was probably my favorite part of the visit. The beds were clean and well made, with a nice shower and bathroom. Although, the rooms are small, with thin walls, and more like an upgraded hostel room. There was no coffee available in the hotel room itself, which was disappointing. But of course there was coffee in the restaurant below.

The staff was consistently very friendly, and the location of the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and well-maintained – nothing to complain about there.

However, my first impression was a bit confusing: from the outside, the entrance looks more like the way into a restaurant than a hotel. For guests visiting for the first time, this can be misleading. It would be helpful if the photos or description made it clearer that the hotel entrance is shared with or located through a restaurant.

Another issue was the smell: when the windows were open, there was often a strong odor of cooking oil, likely coming from the restaurant downstairs. That was a bit unpleasant.

Also, I missed having a hook or bar in the bathroom to hang up towels after showering. It’s a small detail, but would definitely improve the experience.

Overall, the stay was still enjoyable – mainly thanks to the cleanliness and the friendly service.

O Líndala Rooms é um excelente lugar para se hospedar em Valência! A suíte que ficamos era muito espaçosa, com cama boa, chuveiro, produtos de asseio pessoal e serviço de quarto. Além disso, fica Próximo à praia, supermercado, farmácia, estação de metrô, ônibus… o staff do local é muito receptivo e cordial. No local ainda existe um Restobar onde servem excelentes refeições!

The reception is unmanned at 8-9 without any forewarning being given at check-in. In addition, my keycard stopped working a few times during my only three-night stay.

In fairness, the staff was mostly very accommodating, with few exceptions, and in general I expect a sincere apology when having stood outside in the rain for half an hour because the keycard was not coded to the front door as I had been told it would be.
