Well the property is ancient and hotel is next to Baniyas Metro station. Nothing fancy about the property you get what you pay for . A place to stay.

This bengali Customer service representative was extremely kind enough to check us early we were extremelytired from a long flight.

My friend and I only stayed two nights, cez it suited the needs we had and things we needed to do were stone throw away.

Wifi connection is moderate which was annoying, but i had E-sim connection aswell.

Area around is very crowded, I had zero issues , its mostly african community in the neighborhood. cheap shopping local restaurants are nearby. There are some Bollywood styled beer bars and musical places for your entertainment.

It was a bit too noisy, the door bangs when someone goes out or in in their room and you can hear the people chatting in the corridor when they make their way to their room. The shower wasn't powerful enough. Luckily the personal was nice. They let me check in my room at 12:00 instead of 14:00 even though I arrived around 10.00am

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!
I was looking forward to my stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The room was filled with cockroaches, the sheets were stained with blood, and the staff was incredibly rude. I had booked for three days, but I couldn't stand it and left after just one day. I filed a complaint with the Department of Culture and Tourism, providing photo evidence of the conditions. I hope they revoke their permit and shut down the place ASAP!!!!

Very tired and run down building and in very poor condition. The interior smelt musty and damp. The sink in our en suite wouldn’t drain and also leaked all over the floor. There was no hot water. The kettle didn’t work and we were on given 1 towel and 1 cup in a room booked for 2 people. The restaurant was closed on our arrival and there was no availability of food. We paid the extra for breakfast, but had to leave the hotel before the restaurant opened and once again no other food was available. The sheets were clean, but everything else was covered in dust or dirt.

Worst place in uae and k don’t think this place should be in uae. Bugs cockroaches are everywhere washroom and even in beds

First room was even worst they had gutter water coming in washroom and they couldn’t fix it so I went to other room.

The property need to get professional help regarding the cockroach infestation in some of their rooms. When I reported it to the front desk about the issue they sent one of the staff with roaches spray to my room and they tried to spray it which did little nothing. The issue needs professionals help.

Landmark Plaza is a fabulous address whilst in Dubai - opp. Baniyas Station, it's really a landmark with easy access after a long exhausting day exploring the city.

The experience at the hotel was very poor. The bathroom was very dirty worn out and cracked it also looked like it was burnt in the cracks there were filled with small cockroaches and because we couldn't bath so we went to my cousins place to bath and i also had to bring my children and they were disgusted and shocked because we always booked here to stay and the state of the room took my family by suprise there was no hot water in the bath as well. when we were phoning them to help at first for a long time nobody picked up the phone. But only the location was good and everything else was bad. Thank you and please improve landmark plaza hotel.

Not a good experience. The hotel is pretty old and badly maintained. There is no parking available and the city parking close-by is always full. Takes 30-60 mins after reaching the hotel to find a free parking spot.
The rooms are not as shown in the photos. Please don’t confuse with Landmark Hotel, which is at a stone’s throw from the Landmark Plaza Hotel.
Bathrooms are stinky and poorly maintained. There is mould and the flush water supply knob was broken. Out of the 3 rooms booked, only one was in good condition. The other one had mould in the bathroom, and broken knob. The 3rd one had a broken window handle leaving the window unlatched.
The staff was good and responsive but they could not do much as the hotels is as is. However, they tried their best to be at your service whenever approached.
All the rooms had unclean curtains.
Not booking again.

The curtain in the shower room was too short and the water spills overall when taking shower.
We asked to change the room or fix the issue. We did that 3 times until they came changed the curtain.

They cancelled my booking and would't keep it even when I emailed them. I tried calling internationally form Ethiopia and they wouldn't answer. So when I sent over a friend here in Dubai to pay cash to keep my booking, their only answer was a straight sorry but we can't retain it its full.
So I had to check in last minute at city star hotel, Salahudin road.

The gentlman managing my check-in on Nov 4, 2019 around 3:30pm, I recall his name is Rakesh or similar, is a rare expatriate worker who is knowledgeable about Dubai and the emirati culture. Most of the expatriate workers I met in Dubai are lacking in knowledge to explain to tourists beyond their narrow scope of work.

we alway go to this hotel for more than five years cause of it location to the metro and it basement.
One of it,s three lift had not been working some years now and in pick hours only one lift dose work only.

Amazing time

My stay here was great. Everyone there was nice and they always made sure u are helped when u have any issue. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves a 9 out 10. The location of the hotel is located at a perfect spot. From there you can easily visit landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and ease to Jumeriah beach. Had a great time there and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. It's cheap as well.

First of all our first room was in a shocking states. The bathroom was filthy, the tiles were broken and it was dirty. The view from that room was literally a wall. We then requested another room, but we had to wait 2 hours for them to clean the room we requested. After having wasted the whole day, we settled in into the new room. Even this room was dirty, it was full of flies and the tiles looked they were filled in. The WI-FI was intermittent, and the connection was quite poor. Then upon check out the staff told me that i had switched the bottles of water that were in the mini bar, I didn't even touch the drinks in the bar, even before the check in for the hotel i told them to empty the mini bar, which they refused to do so. Therefore they tried to charge me for something I didn't even use. Overall this was the worst hotel i have been to in Dubai, and i do not recommend it to anyone.

Firstly they charged us alot to check in early when they had plenty of rooms and I mean plenty, the bed had blood on it and seemed like all other changes had blood on it too (disgusting), there was only one power socket for the whole room, the hot ater was brown and the breakfast selection well there was hardly any selection. I am one not to write bad reviews but thoes who want to know i feel it is worth while. For the money you pay it is not worth it.

Being next to metro station & close by to so many restaurants is the best part! Apart from that the hotel is decent, service was good. I stayed for 11 days. Every morning around 6.30-7am I'd call the reception and ask them to send 2 bottles of water, and every time I'd have them received with 3-4 mins. The TV shows hardly 2-3 English/Hindi channels put together, rest was arabic, and that was something I wish they had taken care of.

Simple and Clean Hotel

We booked a triple room for a four-day stay. The room was small, but adequate. We had three twin beds, a couple of chairs, and a vanity. The hotel was cleaned daily and kept up. Breakfast was simple, but good. There is a metro station directly across the street which made traveling very easy. We did not spend much time in the local area, but there was some shopping available. The staff spoke English very well. We enjoyed our time.

The Metro station is just across the road. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was good. No complaints whatsoever. The staff was also very helpful. The person at the help desk came to us and helped us find good tours and deals.
Their check in time was 2pm, we arrived early at about 10am; they gave us the room instantly without making us wait or charging extra. Great stuff.
The reception guy told me calls within Dubai are free; I made a few phone calls and saw a charge at checkout. He tells me that only landline is free, and I called mobile phones that's why. Just an FYI for all of you out there.
Otherwise I had a really memorable stay here with my wife.
