Since our arrival, the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. We had such a great experience overall. Highly recommend this place for the amazing customer service and peaceful atmosphere. Huge shout out to Antonio and the rest of the staff for making us feel so welcome, and taking care of.
Everything exceeded our expectations, to pool, bar, places to eat and relax, the clean and comfortable rooms, toiletries , mirrors, and especially the bedsheets were all amazing. The food was great, shoutout to the chef ! the atmosphere was peaceful and it’s definitely the perfect place for a weekend getaway or even a longer state. We will definitely be returning very happy and honestly shocked by how amazing everything was!

Overall, the resort is very well maintained, seems like the whole facility runs with two guys Anthony and Giovanni, both of them all overthe place making sure you have all you need while in the resort, from towels, drinks, coffee, hot tub, etc, etc. Let them know wjat you need and voilà it's there.

Amazing property, Anthony our host was extremely helpful. If you are looking for an extremely quiet romantic retreat this is the place. Fauna Restaurant is very close to the property, and that's about it, so bring snacks. The pool is very clean, not heated, but swimmable on warm days. Also, the pool has a good amount of in water seating with a very nice swim up bar. The pool jacuzzi is heated and very clean. Great place for couples or adults because there are no televisions in the rooms which makes it more relaxing. The property is very clean, and landscaping is very well manicured. This property is close to La Chetto winery, Viñedos de la Reina winery and of course Bruma wine resort. This property gets a 5-star rating from me! I will definitely return!

Cheers to the good life. As their website says, it’s truly a place unwind. Their infinity pool creates a waterfall that you can sit next to and just listen to the water splash down. Had a great time pool side while the bartender made me some yummy drinks!

This resort is not like others in Valle where the amenities are all sprawled out everywhere. The features of the resort are all walking distance but spaced enough to not feel cramped. I loved my cabin, I stayed in cabin #7 which was next to the restaurant and my deck overlooked the pool area. Coming back soon in the summer.

Absolutely loved this place, attention to detail was placed at this resort. The day was slightly cloudy so I decided to go for a hike in the morning, the staff suggested a path that leads to a staged table with chairs to enjoy the scenery but I felt adventurous and took a different route. Was able to see the resort in its entirety from a different perspective.

O2 Resort Valle was such an amazing stay. Super private, peaceful, and perfect for just relaxing and unplugging. The staff were incredible—so friendly and attentive without ever being too much.

The food was a huge highlight too—the chef is amazing and every meal was delicious. And the overall vibe and ambiance? Just beautiful and calming.

My friends and I were very surprised at this gem of a place hidden in Valle. We had an amazing time from the moment we arrive. The staff was on point by carrying our luggage to our room, then giving us a tour and offering us a drink. The views were amazing, the pool beautiful, and the drinks were delish, the oyster shot is the best shot I have had, and I don’t even like oysters! 10/10 recommend and planning a milestone birthday later this year and renting the whole place out.

My wife and I recently stayed here. The staff and service was great and the grounds are beautiful . The entire place was very clean and the views of the night sky are killer. My wife booked a message at the spa and she loved it. The infinity pool and spa was a great touch. Food was awesome and they even had a coffee educator that came and talked to guests about Colombian coffee and had a coffee tasting with it. We will be returning for sure.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! From the time you arrive, to the time you leave, the O2 Resort makes you feel like the place is just for you. Their staff is always a there attending to their guests needs. The room was super nice with a comfortable bed with all the amenities you would get at a nice hotel. Their food is amazing! Breakfast! Lunch! And Dinner! There wasn't a thing on the menu that we didn't enjoy. Their oyster shots were CRAZY GOOD! They have horseback riding and hiking trails for guests who enjoy a little adventure. Their spa was nice as well. The pool and poolside bar were very refreshing considering the warm weather in the area. At night, they have firepits all throughout the grounds where you can have a glass a wine while sitting around the fire with family and friends. You wont regret staying at the O2 Resort.

The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The food was delicious and chef's menu had great options. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Amazing Experience in Valle de Guadalupe

O2 Resort Valle de Guadalupe exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The cabins are modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, offering privacy and luxury in a stunning setting.

The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. The pool area, food, and overall atmosphere were excellent. It’s perfectly located near wineries while still feeling like a private retreat.

Stayed at O2 Resort Valle and honestly had a great time. The place is clean, modern, and super chill- perfect if you want to unplug and relax in wine country. The cabins were comfortable and well designed, and waking up to vineyard views was a solid bonus. The hot jacuzzi was clutch, especially in the afternoon with bar service right next to the pool, and the fire pits at night made it easy to kick back with a drink and good conversation. Staff was friendly and helpful without being over the top. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax, enjoy some drinks, and slow things down for a couple days. Would definitely stay again.

This place is secluded so there is no road noise nor city noise to be heard. as you come in the friendliest of service is already meeting you as you park. and then you immerse yourself into a true vineyard village the rooms are detached from one another so you don’t hear neighbors noise either. The beds…. The beds!!! a cloud-like softness hugs you into nirvana and immediately feel at peace. That alone did it for me, but then there is more! the food services are catered to wherever you desire inside the complex. The drinks are endless. Absolute bliss! give it a try for a weekend and you’ll come back for more.

Great hotel, I came here for three nights with my Brother and we had the best Tomahawk Steak ever. The chef makes really good food. The best spa massage and the pool has a bar connected to it which was awesome. The mattresses are really comfortable and the resort is very nature like. Thumbs up

Hermoso hotel en el valle, super recomendado.
Fui a pasar una noche con mi esposo y nos tocó clima cálido y pudimos disfrutar de la alberca, relajarnos en las hamacas que tienen entre las viñas.
Comimos delicioso y en general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Gracias al staff por sus atenciones y al dueño que pasó a saludar y asegurarse que las estábamos pasando bien. Excelente servicio.

I recently stayed at O2 Resort in Valle de Guadalupe and it was such a relaxing experience. My friends and I had an excellent time at this resort. We were blown away with the staff and their attention to every detail and need. The place was immaculate and well maintained.
At nighttime it was chilly but the rooms had heaters and we also sat around the fire pits with drinks and had a great time under stars. The pool was nice and heated and the breakfast chilaquiles were delicious. We are already planning to return!

I rarely write reviews, but O2 was exceptional. My wife and I could not have enjoyed this escape from city life more. The grounds are amazing and authentically Mexican, with friendly helpful staff, an amazing infinity pool/hot tub, great food and drinks, and cozy, clean rooms. We really enjoyed our time by the fire pit, talking the night away in the valley having totally forgotten about all life's worries. Highly recommended, and we will be back.

El resort es un lugar nuevo y todo está en perfectas condiciones. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, modernas y bien cuidadas, con un ambiente realmente relajado.
