It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better.

Found a used condom next to the bed. One of the light switches were out & worn out walls. We were offered a room switch which sounded ideal. Unfortunately, although the second room was clean and looked nicer, it was freezing. Although I set the thermostat to 78 degrees. The room never became warmer.

Ive stayed here 3 times the only bad experience was my second time staying there and the front staff late night was not helpful. Its like he didnt care how i got in my room that i was locked out of unexpectedly. So they placed me in an tiny room for the night which was crazy cause i didn't pay for a bigger room where all my luggage was in to be place in a dorm room without my belongings cause i had to wait for early morning housekeeping. The bathrooms are weird, you damn near can shower and poop at the same time.. the sink was clogging and taking its time to drain.. just crazy

Temperature could not be controlled, room has no windows, was very small (-10ft by 8ft), no shower- was attached to sink. You had to stand at the sink and the shower was directly overhead. This also resulted in water getting everywhere including into the room. Not for claustrophobic people, not for more than 1 person. Mold in bathroom.

I loved the window, absolutely huge. The shower being separate from the toilet with the sink in between. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We went to the Ooo bar and Lounge. It was pretty lively in there and we had a lot of fun. The Bartender (Chelsea) there was amazing and took really good care of us.

While the rooms appeared satisfactory, three out of four experienced significant fan noise issues. My room specifically lacked heating for three days until Monday, when staff explained the issue was due to a neighboring unit's air conditioning, which I found illogical. Additionally, the hallways consistently smelled of weed, and music from the rooftop club, located on the 8th/9th floor, was audible from the 3rd floor. On my final night, after finally being relocated and purchasing air fresheners, I finally experienced a comfortable and odor-free sleep. The perceived lack of customer service/refund, attributed to my booking through Expedia, was regrettable.

My only issue was calling twice in advance to ask about extra fees and being told there weren't any, but upon arrival, I was charged $100 for a fee… (even though the room was about $400) Great room, looks like pictures, just pricey.

The pictures on the listing are misleading, at least for the compact room, which is approximately 10x10 feet. The shower head is directly over the sink and shares a floor with the toilet. When you shower the water collects on the floor and walls. The glass walls around the bathroom are 3/4, so you will hear and smell everything that goes on in there. Cleanliness was okay, but there were definitely areas of the shower that could have used scrubbing.

Next door is a KTV, and it’s noisy even in the middle of the night.

The hotel requires the room card be inserted into card reader to have access to the lighting and fixtures inside the room like lights, electrical outlets, etc. It can be helpful since this reminds you to take the card before you leave the room. The AC was good in the hotel but weak in our room as well. There was no window so it was impossible to cool the room in another way. This place felt dirty - hair strands and damaged items. There was only one outlet in the room (outside of the bathroom) so it was impossible to charge my laptop, watch, and phone. The bed was meh, the pillowcases didn't fit. The fan was loud and noisy. And the chair at the desk was so low (and not adjustable) making it really difficult to work. I will not stay here again.

It was a little dated, but had everything you could need. I did have trouble with the shower, it is connected to the sink. I went to use the sink when I went to use it for the first time at night, not knowing it was set to shower, I have myself a fully clothed shower.l, so beware of the faucet settings.

Though it was confusing not seeing anyonr until i went around the giant wall to see check in. Check in was smooth, the room itself was beautiful although after some inspection, realized it might have been a room people hosted sex parties in. Really awkward stay for family. There was mascara on the pillow itself not case. The toiletries were used and had no idea how to work the lights for the first 20 minutes. There is no parking available unless you want to park on the street or a lot around the corner over night. First time in NY.

This hotel was pretty rough around the edges. Our first room had a very odd smell to it, as well as having a broken air conditioner. This lead to us making the choice to upgrade rooms, which had a dirty shower and a broken shower head. It was also evident the hotel was in quite a bit of disarray. The room didn't even have a window. And it was really loud all night from the nightclub upstairs. The room was also dirty and housekeeping repeatedly ignored our requests for new towels and soap. On top of all this the wall outlets and lights were all on a timer that would turn off in 2 minutes unless we had a key in a certain spot.
