A reasonablel place to stay for the economically minded. The breakfastl was listed as a 'Contionental' offering but was really lacking in this regard (only coffee, heat to eat pancakes, yogurt, & some cereal) didn't see any rolls, bagels, bread, jellies, butter juice or other condiments.
Room was realitively clean, confortable although the room AC never cycled (running constantly) and the door did not fit well in the jam (light showed due to prior damage).

It’s a great hotel if all you want is a clean room and comfortable beds. We slept well while staying here and the staff was friendly. No extra bells and whistles. Coffee and free breakfast was bland but we didn’t really need it anyways. Hotel is half the price of the other one in town so very worth it! I’d stay here again.

The room was very run down. Security catch at the door was broken. The two chairs for sitting on were a desk chair and a kitchen chair. Beds were saggy and very uncomfortable. Bathroom door had a nail poking out the bottom. The coffee pot was dirty. There was no breakfast that we could tell, the coffee at the breakfast area was so old and strong each day we had to throw it out. We had to go to a fast food restaurant to get our coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I would NOT recommend this place of rest. Very uncomfortable accommodations.

I received a message through expedia on our way to the motel. After talking to the desk person at the motel and tell him we were on our way. The message said they had tried to run our card and it was declined the canceled our room even after choosing the pay at property option. When i called them they said they were full and had given away our room. After complain about the customer service they did call back witg a room.

Room was okay, furniture was all scratched and had some nicks in it. No bugs so that was good. Overall, it was decent enough for what I needed. Breakfast could have been better, pretty slim on the pickings.

At 1:30am the door it seemed as if someone tried to open the room and then moved on.

It's on the outskirts of town, but if you have reason to stay in Bonham, it lives up to the name of America's Best Value. Clean, comfortable beds, good service, a fridge and microwave, and for cheap. I stay there whenever I am in the area.

The rooms were not as pictured. The cabinet below the television was falling apart, the bathroom door would stick if you closed it all the way and it was extremely hard to open. The fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane was taking off. I am not sure how much longer it will last. The floor tile had some pieces missing. The lamp above the desk did not work. I ask for a replacement bulb and after replacement, it still did not work. The \"Continental Breakfast\" was nothing more than some yogurt, some dispensed cereal with a gallon of mild that was open and shared by the public. They also had frozen waffles and pancakes that were in open containers that could be accessed by the public. I am not sure about the health concerns with that one. The coffee maker was not filled for two days. I had to ask one of the employees to check it and she said it was empty and someone would fill it. I never went back to check. I will say that the staff were friendly and quickly helped us out with clean linen, even though some of the towels had holes in them.

It literally trickled out of the shower head. Secondly there was no body wash in the dispenser. Got trapped in a town called Whitewright while on a business trip in DFW and needed a place to stay overnight. Not expecting to find anything in this general area i was amazed to find this location just 12 miles from where I was at and the incredible reviews. Sure enough it turned out to be a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend this motel.

This place is an absolute dump. The desk clerk barely spoke and when he did he was rude. The entire property falling apart, like a broken down ghost town. The room was disgusting, the lock broken off the door, dirty surfaces. If I hadn't paid for this already, I'd rather have slept in my car.

I know I booked a smoking king size bed for 11/21/23. But i didnt realized that the smoke smell so strong that it gave me a bad headache. So I called the front desk for them to give me another room a non smoking room and they told me it was all full and booked and there is no cars in the parking. The smell was so strong that I had to sleep in my car even though I paid for the night. Then I asked for clean sheet and blanket and they told me no they cant give it to me. and I woke up with a alot bed bug on me. Im so upset about it I want to money back please. I know I wont be coming back to this place ever again. The service were so poor.
