Staff slow and the service is pretty bad. We boomed a two beds room and we got a double one with a sofa white we had to make by ourselves. As we didn’t pay for it

Regresar sin duda.

El hotel es realmente bueno, la gente muy amable, solicité un favor en recepción ya que regreso en 15 días y necesitaba dejar en depósito unas cosas, fueron muy atentos y mi necesidad resuelta. Volveré sin duda siempre a este hotel.

Probably the best option in Apartado

Hotel overall was pretty good, good size room for an Ibis, friendly staff. The only negative comment, and I know it is because of the Covid situation, the line for breakfast is really slow they should have more people in the restaurant, one day it took about 25 min in line to get my buffet breakfast. I called the reception to let them know my desk light was not working, they did nothing to fix it.

The hotel is like every Ibis around the world. However I found beds a bit bigger. The only disappointing moment was with the girl at the reception counter, she was not helpful at all. She told me that without my passport I cant stay at the hotel. Ive always shown my ID from my country (accepted in the Andean Community). After 20 minutes, when I was about to leave the hotel, the manager came and solved the issue immediately.

Very nice Hotel, the equipment is very nice and new, my only complain is how hard the beds are!!! to be honest who ever chose those mattress must sleep in a bed of rocks!!
I liked the breakfast, very good and tasty!!

Correct

Hôtel correct, bien situé en entrée de ville à côté du terminal de transport. Petit déjeuner type buffet convenable. A regretter le manque de service dans la chambre pour un Ibis.

Excelente hotel pero con problemas de servicio

Todo estuvo muy bien excepto el desayuno porque eran las 7:15am y no había nadie atendiendo. Se había acabado el Café y algunos de los alimentos no parecían frescos.

¡Tuvimos que acostarnos con hambre!

Lo más deplorable fue llegar a las 10 de la noche con hambre y encontrar el restaurante cerrado y que en el bar 24 horas sólo hubiera lasañas Sofía de Zenú. Sugirieron un lugar para domicilios y lo más rápido que podían llegar era una hora. En conclusión, tuvimos que acostarnos con hambre

reclame porque había un perro en el restaurante a lo que la subgerente me dice además de muy despotamente que en ese hotel los perros podrían estar en cualquier sitio, pregunté porque no se nos informaba para no ir y me dijo que estaba en la página lo cual no es verdad.
conclusión: no volveré ni lo recomendaré
