Clean hotel, nicely furnished room although a little shy on outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was typical Italian which is good! Parking is tight, anything larger than a small car would be difficult to get in through the tight turn and steep slope. Another potential downside is the location. We're seasoned Italian travelers, so we've seen a lot. Many might not appreciate the walk from the hotel to the main square in the evening although we had no problem negotiating.

Hotel was where we and guests stayed for our sons wedding in Volturara. We also hosted a reception at hotel in the restaurant for 25 friends and family. Some were unhappy with having to pay for parking since we reserved so many rooms.

Construction drilling all day and into the evening. Awful. Scratchy blanket. Please get some white duvets and micro fibre soft blankets. You also need double pillow cases for hygiene. Back of toilet, under the rim was dirty. Otherwise, rooms were clean, spacious, clean floors. beds were fairly comfy but a bit too hard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good variety. Includes capaccino machine. Breakfast over at 9:30. Needs to be 10:00. Nice coffee shop - great cappacino. Would stay again with a few improvements but NOT during construction.

Mediocre hotel. Was having construction work done so our window was completely covered whuch meant we couldn't open our window or see outside . Plus workers talking loudly right at window at 7am ; Horrible.
Breakfast was so poor we only ate first morning then didn't bother . Honestly don't have anything great to say .

Check in was quick and efficient. It was nice that I was able to communicate in English . Room and bathroom were a good size and the bed size was a queen as described. The only request would be to have better signage to the entrance elevator for heavy luggage or mobility but maybe this is common in Italy . Cut through the lovely cafe . Breakfast had a nice selection of food and beverages

The room was very small and not very modern or attractive but it was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was good. However reception were not particularly friendly and you have to go through the coffee shop next door to enter, taking two elevators to get to your room. Breakfast was ok and they did provide soy milk which was appreciated. We didn’t bother with the covered parking and parked a few minutes away.

Nice clean modern hotel, with everything you need.

It's a lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are friendly. The food in the restaurant was nice and I enjoyed my meal I felt like i mattered. The room was well equipped, had a mini bar, although one thing laking was information on whether there was room service, what time the restaurant was open, taxi numbers and so on, which I think is essential.

Good place to stay as a base. You have all you need within the hotel for breakfast lunch or dinner options with a restaurant and cafe. The finish of any work carried out to update the hotel could have been done to a better standard. The layout of walk in wardrobe made no sense with the mini fridge and safe inside it, and the way the door is placed made it difficult to get in and out.

great hotel if you don't drive vehicle

This hotel should be rated a solid four star. The cleanliness and very supportive staff. The breakfast staff above and beyond to make the start of your day very easy. The reason for three star is the parking situation. One morning after coming back to the hotel was told that there was no room in garage or parking lot and instructed to park on street at the blue line location. Two things that irked me. One, if it was free parking why there was no room for my vehicle? Two, why wasn't told that if the meter wasn't paid by 8AM , I would get a ticket. If the breakfast staff didn't tell me there would have been a ticket on the vehicle. In the morning spoke to manager and was advised it was a first come first serve on parking spaces and apologized for the possible ticket.

GREAT LOCATION!! HOTEL... NOT SO MUCH!!!

Not great. Hotel is under renovation, bit just getting started right at the beginning of tourist season--NOT very good planning. Also, front desk upon checkin gave us incorrect info regarding bus transportation. Checked again later in the day day... Just to be sure and LUCKY FOR US--TITTI was working the front desk. We had been given the wrong information, but had time to go purchase the CORRECT TICKETS for the next (very early) morning right then (another trip to the ticket office). No WIFI, plus additional cost of 2 incorrect tickets resulted in a much more expensive hotel stay than planned.

Clean, very affordable, but outdated

A clean hotel if you are staying in Avellino. And at a very good price. Beware: if you are coming in from the train station, there are no taxis in Avellino, and it's 2 miles away from the hotel! Otherwise just fine.

la prima foto del banco con i dolci non è dell'hotel ma della pasticceria, la colazione proposta non è nemmeno accettabile, la pasticceria è un altra gestione e di qualità eccellente ma non possibile che con questa risorsa vicino l'albergo propone qualità industriale. Camera buona sistemazione, attenti alle politiche dell'albergo non hanno minimo interesse del cliente.

Hotel pulito con parcheggio a pagamento.
Nello stesso stabile una pasticceria ed un ottimo ristorante. La camera mi ha un po’ deluso per gli spazi.. anche se è una Superior per andare alla scrivania si passa davanti al Letto andando a sbattere contro il televisore 😂. Il bagno è piccolissimo..😣La colazione è servita nel ristorante e visto la pasticceria ad un metro mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.. ed anche un cappuccino servito invece c’è una macchinetta che fa un cappuccino squallido…non è un buon servizio..L’accoglienza al check-in è stata super e professionale solo per questo do una stella in più altrimenti sarebbero state 3.
Ci ritornerò? Si..ma chiedendo una stanza dove una persona possa muoversi..sperando in una colazione con un buon cappuccino e della pasticceria migliore…”le sfogliatelle sembravano imbevute di acqua”😣 alla prossima sperando di dare un giudizio migliore!

Hotel carino stile business. Camere standard piccole ma confortevoli solo per soggiorni brevi. Frigobar vuoto e colazione non disponibile. Fortunatamente sotto l’hotel c’è un bar pasticceria ed un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria. Accesso all’hotel scomodo per via delle scale all’ingresso. Appare necessario qualche intervento di ristrutturazione alla struttura e agli arredi, piuttosto datati. Personale gentile, ma la reception chiude alle 22:00 per cui durante la notte non c’è assistenza. Giudizio tutto sommato positivo.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo il parcheggio attaccato a l’hotel. Unica cosa negativa : non si può fare la colazione al ristorante del hotel. Si fa al bar di fianco a l’hotel al volo, in piedi. Non è proprio il massimo. non l’ho fatta e sono andata via con stomaco vuoto. Invece Cena al ristorante top. Lo Staff molto gentile e veloce ,niente da dire. Camera poco silenziosa che sentivo parlare alle 2 del mattino la coppia di fianco .

Viaggio molto spesso ed ogni volta che vado ad Avellino e Napoli soggiorno in questo hotel, mi trovo sempre bene, tutte le comodità, garage privato e coperto, buona colazione, pulizia e personale sempre gentile e disponibile, aggiungo la comodità di avere a circa 100 metri la biglietteria ed i pulman che fanno la spola per il centro di Napoli che è diventato proibitivo per accedervi in auto. Prezzo/qualità eccellente, lo consiglio senza riserve.

Friendly, serviceminded staff, there is a café and ristorante in the hotel as well.good food. garage ok if you have a small car.
Clean and tidy.
Walking distance to the city center
We took the car down to the Amalficoast and it took us about an hour to Salerno.
