The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses.

Good hotel in the area albeit some small issues

Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too.

I’ve stayed here several times

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 2 years while having my new house built 12km away.

The property looks good, it’s in a very walkable location. However, the property continues have have issues that shouldn’t be problematic at a Hilton.

1 - it continues to have a sewer gas leakage problem. This time we could smell it in the elevator. On 2 previous visits we could smell it in our bathroom.
2 - at 07:00 on a Saturday, the shower couldn’t maintain hot water flow. It was cold, then warm, then cold, warm, hot, warm, cold. Seriously, hot water supply for a shower shouldn’t be a problem, especially at a Hilton property.

Despite the issues, I continued to visit because the other options in the city are worse. I suppose that’s why Hilton thinks what they offer in Wiener Neustadt is acceptable. But, it really is sub par for a Hilton.

The house is finished, this was my last stay.

Beware of a huge construction project just next to the hotel. They start work at 7am even on Saturdays. The noise wakes you up and there is dust in the air. In addition, a COVID test station is right next to the hotel. Also, check in was not possible until the last minute at 3pm even though scores of people were waiting to finally get rooms assigned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

My preferred hotel in the area

The staff here are very professional and friendly. When there are any issues, they work with the guests to resolve them as quickly as possible. The property is in a very quiet location next to a city park and it is very walkable to the city center (leisurely 10 minute walk - 7 minutes in a hurry) with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. Aside from that, it’s in a nice small city that isn’t full of tourists - an Austrian city for Austrians (or permanent residents ;-)

Horrible smelling sewer gas in the bathroom

Staff is friendly, the restaurant is good, the room is nice. The really bad surprise on the 4th floor is that the hotel has a SEVERE problem with the foulest smelling sewer gas coming up the pipes into the shower. The smell is so horrible and sewer gas is extremely unhealthy to breathe. The problem was reported and the hotel said they’d do something, but they never did. Keeping the bathroom door closed keeps the gas from getting into the room, but I expected better from a Hilton property. I’m stunned that this hotel is permitted to stay open with a problem this bad.

It is a really nice hotel, recently built (in Febr, 2019), very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, with all the amnities you might need. Location is great, with free parking and it is pet friendly: very well organised, because the dog can stay on the floor !

Excellent modern hotel., centrally located, clean everything you need. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Had trouble sorting out boarding passes and a staff member offered help then stood by until completed. They even had cookies to take to bed. Bar and restaurant on site.

ウィーンの喧騒からほんの少し離れ、別世界のように静かな町でした。電車で３０分ちょっと。部屋も広く清潔。窓からはガーデンビューで目の前に人がいる建物とかは一切無し。遠くにオシャレな給水塔が見える。視線気にせずすごせます。三泊しました。清々しい快適さ。世界遺産ゼメリング鉄道も直接乗れます。ハイキングしてまたホテルにもどれます。ウィーンでこのクラスのホテルに3泊したら大変なことになります。リーズナブル、静か、快適。おすすめです。街も歴史的な城壁などが多々あり、趣きあります。

ウィーン観光と、ゼメリング鉄道、ウィーン国際空港への近さ、街の静けさを掛け合わせた結果、ウイナーノイシュタットになりました。ホテルがウィーンの街中より、かなり安く、安心と信頼のヒルトン系列にとまれます。快適です。静かな森の中にいるようです。遺跡にも囲まれます。日中はウィーンの大都会で過ごせます。清潔で素敵なホテルです。

Nach wie vor das beste Hotel in Wiener Neustadt, manchmal keine Zimmer frei, weil Hochzeiten oder andere Veranstaltungen stattfinden.
Besonders das Frühstück ist ein unvergleichliches großes Angebot.
Wer den nebenan befindlichen öffentlichen Parkplatz benutzen will, der sollte die Parkgebühr entrichten, es wird kontrolliert.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel, Staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is incredible.

You can get to the nice old town center of Neustadt by foot and right beside there’s a beautiful old monastery if you’re looking for some quiet time.

I recommend, also with children.

Struttura comoda al centro.
Unica cosa moquette da cambiare in camere o corridoi poiché macchiata.
Attenzione al parcheggio che nonostante ho parlato anche con il direttore è sempre full e non è prenotabile… però se vedi un parcheggio vuoto è riservato poiché prenotato😂. Dopo questa assurdità il direttore mi ha detto che per regolamento governativo Polacco non si può prenotare o riservare il Parcheggio.. anche dopo giorni…. Essendo con un polacco mi ha detto che tutte le auto che vi erano presenti avevano una sigla che erano del governo o esercito… comunque per noi cliente trattasi di un disservizio!

Ein Traum

Das Hotel ist ein Traum es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Vor allem das Frühstücksbuffet war ein absoluter Traum und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Ich hätte nur zwei kleine Anregungen. In anderen Hotels ists es gang und gebe, dass im Schrank noch eine zweite Drcke liegt. (Uns wurde auf Wunsch sofort eine zweite gebracht!) ich würde mir bei der Klima etwas mehr Spielraum bei der Temperatur wünschen, mir war trotz 19,1 Grad und Lüfterstufe 3 viel zu warm.

Sehr gemütlich, sehr nah dem Hauptplatz

Das Hilton hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist darum sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man das Auto sicher parken will, genau gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es eine Parkgarage, welche sehr günstig ist, vor allem wenn man ab 18.00 einfährt und bis 10.00 am nächsten Tag für die Garage verlässt.

Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut und modern. Zu den Zimmern kommt man nur mit der Zimmerkarte, Karte muss beim Lift genutzt werden um zum richtigen Stockwerk zu gelangen. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Stockwerke.

Zimmer sind gross und geräumig, Dusche sehr gross. Für 2 oder 3 Nächte ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet, bei längeren Aufenthalten hat man ein Platzproblem. Der eingebaute Kleiderschrank ist eher klein und es gibt (fast) keine Ablagefläche im Badezimmer, 2 Personen tun sich hier etwas schwer.

Klimaanlage arbeitet sehr leise und man kann die Förster öffnen und gut schlafen, da das Hotel in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone neben einem Park steht.

Preise an der Bar sind sehr moderat und man kann die Terrasse nutzen, welche zum Verweilen einlädt.

Hilton Standard nun auch in Wr Neustadt

Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Halle und Eingang sind hell und freundlich, Bar in der Halle serviert auch auf die angrenzende Terrasse. Lage sehr gut und ruhig, Stadtzentrum in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Parken beim Hotel ist kostenlos, genau gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich eine öffentliche Garage, das Parken dort von 19.00 bis 8.00 in der Früh um ca 2 Euro.
