Area was safe and secure, easy parking, great check in even late at night. Room was very clean but the floor was kind of slimy from maybe too much soap in the mop water and the ac worked ok but the room was extremely humid and moist which is why I feel the floor was “slimy”. Would stay again though.

If you read other 1 star reviews, believe them. Dirty coverlets, rooms smelled like smoke, smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping… The only bright star was the night manager who tried to move us to a less gross room. There just wasn’t one. They are all gross. Run.

Check in/out was ok. No coffee in lobby or room, room had cobwebs in corners, floor needed a better cleaning, refrigerator made loud noise, gnats in room. Back side next to woods so understandable. Bed okay, a/c okay, t.v. okay. Low price= low standards.

I was pleasantly surprised as motel six is not normally my first choice in a place to stay. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but it had all the necessities. I would have liked to have seen some thicker towels, but this was Motel 6 after all and not the Hilton. The parking lot was also well lit, which is great from a safety standpoint. The motel was sandwiched in between a Wendy’s and a waffle house, which was great for a quick meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning. My only dissatisfaction was checking in due to the clerk, who smelled like he bathed in a gallon of smelly, chemical -smelling cologne. I could barely breathe when I walked in the office to check in. These people and these strong, horrible colognes need to really get a clue.

I stayed for one night traveling through and because I used my Hotels.com cash rewards, they turned around and charged a $25 charge, in addition on my credit card. It’s nonsense just because I didn’t pay full price, I feel that they felt like they could do that and get a way with it. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO INCIDENTALS. I am the most clean, tidy, professional traveler. I go to Airbnb’s and often times pay zero cleaning fees because I leave the places better than arrival. I stayed a total of 8 hours and didn’t dirty or even touch much at all. So… look out for these scammers. I demand my $25 refunded to my credit card immediately. Travel date: Wednesday Sept 24, 2025. When my refund is completed, I’ll rate you a better star, stop playing games.

The room was clean and ok. The staff on the other hand were mad at everything and everyone. My girls showered right before we left and had water foot prints on the floor and they refused to give me my deposits back. Qhen i asked for a mop to clean up the floor he siad your still not getting it back. No it was not large amounts of water. As they did dry off before leaving the shower room was literally just foot prints of water, nothing more then if your feet was sweating and you took off your socks. A few other locals said they never give back the deposits. So if you dont mind paying for the room and losing your deposit and dealing with the mad at the world staff, oh ya and dont interrupt the desk staff phone time because thats why he was mad to begin with because he had to check me in and get off his phone to do so. its a ok place to stay.

Access to the second floor was roped off. After I went to the check- in office, in addition to being told I had to walk around to the back of the building for access, I was accused of having four people sleeping in my room instead of the two I confirmed three times upon check-in. After a few choice words from me, and bringing my guest into to verify, I asked for an apology. The staff did apologize and said he had me confused with another guest. He had originally said \"my son\" told him there were four people in my room.

The bed is absolutely horendous, ive never had a more uncomfortable sleep, if you like sleeping on a rock then it would be perfect. The front desk attendant wasnt very friendly also make sure you bring cash cause if you dont, they charge you a convenience fee to put the deposit on your card and you dont that fee back. Our TV wasnt working and the phone in the room is just decoration so after googling the number and finally getting ahold of someone she was very prompt in fixing the tv. The shower was less than appealing. Very glad it was only for 1 night.

We absolutely hated our stay. From the start they couldnt run my husbands card for the deposit even tho he was right there with me with His ID because it was booked in my name. We booked a double bed, nonsmoking & got put in a smoking room with a king bed with our kid!

Woke up the next day to bug bites all over my husband, kid & myself. When getting our deposit back my husband had told the service desk and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Avoid at all costs. They charge a 50$ cash deposit on arrival and find silly reasons to keep the money. I brought a cat. Told them about the cat. They kept my deposit because there was cat hair on the bed. This place is horrible in all aspects. Homeless people sleeping outside upstairs. Just awful.

Horrible stay. Argumentative staff over every every single thing. A/C did not work in room they argued saying that’s how it works in every room. Nope. Stayed 5 days they never sent housekeeping then kept my deposit over REGULAR DEBRIS THAT WOULD BE ON GROUND AFTER FIVE DAYS. staff also argued over towels! i guess you’re expected to use the same towels for 5 days straight. Absolutely disgusting. horrible people.

Horrible stay would not recommend. First room they had us in the A/C was barely functioning. After two days we asked for another room and they tried to argue with us over how the A/C was working and that any other room would be just the same. Finally they gave in and we got a different room. IMMEDIATELY notice the difference.
room 204 a/c not working correctly.

They never come to clean and they argue with you over TOWELS. they expected us to use the same towels for 4+ days.

Room was dirty when i arrived and when i left they kept the deposit because the room wasn’t clean.. Never in my life have i heard that i must clean my entire room last time i checked that’s what housekeeping is for. it was neatly stacked bags of trash and they still argued and even called police. Staff was nasty, yelling and argumentative.
staff did not provide “policy” that says i must sweep mop and throw away all trash bags from room? beware if you stay here and have children, they do not care and will do anything to keep your money.

Polite staff, bed and chair in room were very comfortable. Updated tv with plenty of channels.
The dog walking area is covered in broken glass and trash though, and there were areas in the room that don't get cleaned enough (like thick dust below the sink counter).

Be aware that you're required to give a $50 Cash deposit at check-in.

Our bedroom door hardly closed, big gap in it and you can tell its been kicked in plenty of times. Beds hard as a rock, pillows were comfy. The door to our first room was broken. We were moved to a different room. The TV fell off the wall. The shower would barely drain water. The mattress' were thin and hard. We asked for an extra pillow and were told that there were no extra pillows anywhere on the property. Definitely would not stay there again.

Didnt want to return my deposit back for some dirt that came with my work boots. Only cleaned room once out of the 5 nights i stayed. Didnt even mop or changed bed sheets the whole week. Plus i tooked out the garbage my self every day.

It is a descent place to stay for the price. The people there are nice and it is very clean. I wish there was a way to make the rooms darker, but that is my only real complaint. I will definitely stay there again.
