Deixaram em nós em um quarto com um monte de escadas para chegar. A noite sem iluminação adequada, e as escadarias sujas, quartos com pouca infraestrutura e sujos. Não é um Resort. Possui duas piscinas e 3 hidromassagens.

Foi a nossa 3ª vez no hotel e adoramos muito a experiência. O hotel fica bem distante porém oferece restaurante aberto o dia todo para nos atender e também pizzaria aos finais de semana. Dessa vez a pizzaria estava em reforma, mas já fomos e é muito boa. Todos os quartos têm vista.

O hotel é bem isolado, para chegar até lá tem-se que passar por alguns trechos de terra, buracos e uns pontos bem estreitos. Fim de semana é o ideal, para acessar a praia é preciso fazer uma trilha e a praia de acesso não da para se banhar, pois só tem pedras. Para lazer tem que usar o que o hotel oferece que é a piscina e a jacuzzi, se estiver frio só a jacuzzi pq a piscina não é aquecida. As refeições precisam ser feitas no hotel mesmo porque não há nada próximo, o café da manhã é fraco para um resort, o restaurante é de alta gastronomia, porém tem que desembolsar um valor razoável para as refeições, fora os 10%.

Nossa estadia no Refúgio do Estaleiro foi praticamente perfeita. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excepcional, sempre muito simpáticos, nos tratando com muita cortesia. A estrutura do hotel é magnífica.
Tanto o restaurante, quanto a pizzaria são ótimos. Os preços são um pouco salgados, mas todo o ambiente e o atendimento compensam o valor gasto.
O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do banheiro do quarto, inclusive quando do check-in. Durante a estadia foi arrumado o quarto e o banheiro não foi limpo, apenas as toalhas trocadas. Fora isso, não há observações.

É necessário ter ou alugar um carro para poder aproveitar o hotel, caso se queira ir para praias. A praia mais próxima (do estaleiro) fica a ~5 minutos de carro. Para chegar ao hotel, há um pequeno trecho de estrada de terra bem preservada.

O local é muito bonito, a estrutura é muito boa e o serviço/atendimento excelente. O único detalhe é o acesso, de estrada de terra, e a distância das praias (precisa se deslocar de carro). De qualquer forma, há um excelente restaurante, pizzaria, e estrutura que dispensa a necessidade de deslocamento frequente.

Melhor vista de Porto Belo
O hotel é perfeito para quem quer sossego e uma vista deslumbrante. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, com piscina, jacuzzis (coberta e aberta), dois restaurantes e pessoal muito simpático e eficiente. A única dificuldade é pra chegar, o caminho é bem estreito e grande parte é em terra.

sem acesso à praia, vc tem q sair de carro e a praia mais próximo fica a 1 km acesso por trilha não acessível para quem está com bebê ou com bolsas. Para relaxar dentro do hotel na piscina, à vista é linda, mas não tem muitas outras atividades, a não ser que vc vá em um grupo para aproveitar sinuca ou quadra de tênis. os pontos fortes do hotel são à vista, a natureza, a simpatia dos funcionários (Bruno, e Estevan) e a comida. Não recomendamos se vc deseja curtir praia.
