One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities.

Top Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen

Geräumige Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, leider ohne Kühlschrank.
Bett/Matratze war sehr angenehm, Bettdecke für die Jahreszeit viel zu warm
Zum Frühstück stelle ich mir in einem BW Signature Hotel einen Kaffeevollautomaten und keinen Filterkaffee vor.
Auch Lachs dürfte in der Hotel Kategorie gern auf dem Buffet zu finden sein.

Tolles Hotel

Tolles Hotel und super Preis/Leistung.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sauna und Pool sahen recht neu aus. Da ich erst nach 18 Uhr angereist bin, waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Mir wurde ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe empfohlen und auch das hat super geklappt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

-Das Deluxe-Zimmer war klasse. Noch nie hatten wir vorher ein so ruhiges großzügiges Zimmer.
- Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sehr angenehm groß. Dusche ebenerdig - sehr gut.
- Das Bett war unfassbar groß und die Matratzen super - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen!
- Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee vorhanden.
- Kühlschrank und Safe vorhanden.
- Tasche mit Bademänteln, Badeschlappen und Handtüchern im Zimmer vorhanden.
- Das Schwimmbad war herrlich groß und gut temperiert.
- Der Saunabereich sauber, es gab Tee oder Wasser.
- schöne Ruhebereiche-
- Einen Außenbereich mit Wasserschlauch und Eimerdusche.
- Toller gesicherter Abstellbereich für EBikes oder Räder. Es gab dort sogar einen Schrank mit Steckdosen in den Fächern zum Laden der Akkus. Individuell mit Zahlencode einstellbar.
- Das Frühstück war klasse, gute Auswahl und es wurde immer aufmerksam nachgelegt!

Nicht soo optimal:
- Die Handtücher waren für die Sauna zu klein.
- man sollte die benutzten Handtücher im Spabereich lassen, leider hatte es der Roomservice nicht drauf dann auch wieder genügend frische Handtücher im Zimmer zu hinterlegen. Gerade wenn man auch keinen täglichen Roomservice angemeldet hat.
Das war schon lästig, dass man dann jedes Mal an der Rezeption nach Handtüchern fragen musste :-)

Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Die Lage in Anklam, der Wellnessbereich, die coole Bar und das tolle Restaurant sprechen allesamt für sehr für das Hotel. Darüberhinaus stimmt die Preis/Leistung, weshalb ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Greifswald sicherlich wieder auf das Hotel in Anklam zurückgreifen werde. Top!

Mycket fint!

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse, bra pris för ett mycket fint hotell. Vi kan lätt återkomma. Hotellet ligger i en mysig by med flertalet restauranger i närheten. Det ända minuset var att det var lite kallt i poolen. Men överlag var vi riktigt nöjda när vi körde hem. Tack.

Het kan zo makkelijk beter

Prima ontbijt, personeel over het algemeen wat onpersoonlijk, te afstandelijk, op een paar kelners na. Je moet zelf aangeven of je de kamer opgeruimd wilt hebben en nieuwe handdoeken wilt hebben onder het motto Mileubesparend. Ik zie het eerder als kostendrukkend, en dat voor een Hotel van dit kaliber. uiteindelijk 2 keer zelf handdoeken moeten gaan halen, ondanks de melding. Er zou op bed een kaart liggen waar de instructies op staan. Maar ik ben gast/klant, dus ik wil geinformeerd worden en niet s'avonds op de kamer komen zonder handdoeken. Overigens lag de kaart niet op ons bed, (zie foto). Ik moet niet alles hoeven lezen, ik ben te gast. Problemen met de douche, heet, koud, heet, koud. Dit werd door de monteur zo goed mogelijk verholpen. In zo'n hotel verwach je een Thermostaatkraan. Door deze irritaties viel ons het verblijf tegen tov prijsklasse. ( Wij reizen veel) Wel een prachtige Wellness- en Zwembadruimte. Stevige bedden, maar dat is persoonlijk. Goede kwaliteit restaurant, al was de personele bezetting mager, waardoor de aardige ober zich zwetend door de ruimtes werkte en daardoor voel je je als gast opgejaagd.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit Restaurant. Rezeption nicht so freundlich wie es zu erwarten wäre. Wollen für Parkplatz 10€/Nacht. Habe deshalb auf der Strasse in der Parkscheibenzone (Mo-Sa von 7.00-18.00 jeweils 2 Std.) geparkt. Wer bis um 9.00 Uhr das Hotel verlässt und eine Parkuhr hat, kann dort kostenlos parken.

Schönes Hotel aber inakzeptabler Service

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Anklamer Hof und erneut sehr angetan vom Ambiente, den modernen Zimmern, sowie einem komfortablen Bad. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich waren sauber, modern und insgesamt ansprechend.
Massiv beeinträchtigt hat unseren Gesamteindruck der Service des Hotels. Es fing noch ausgesprochen positiv mit einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung beim Check in an und insgesamt waren die Damen der Rezeption wirklich entgegengekommend und freundlich. Ansonsten aber ist der Begriff Service im Restaurant und insbesondere beim Frühstück ein komplettes Fremdwort. Die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets war nicht überragend, aber insgesamt in Ordnung, der Service aber erschreckend und in Teilen zudem unfreundlich. Besonders negativ stach vom ersten Tag an der offensichtlich in leitender Funktion dort tätige Mann mittleren Alters hervor, für den Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen ganz offenkundig keine notwendigen Kategorien darstellen. Diese negative Qualität konnte er an unserem letzten Tag, dem Ostersonntag nach der Zeitumstellung ganz besonders ausleben, nachdem er bzw. das Hotel kurzfristig und ohne angemessene Ankündigung die Frühstückszeit um 30 Minuten verkürzte (wir erfuhren am Morgen durch einen unscheinbaren Aufsteller davon) Mit dem Ende der verkürzten Frühstückszeit wurde nicht nur das Buffet gnadenlos und lautstark abgeräumt, sondern auch die Gäste an den Tischen zum Räumen angehalten.
Unsere Buchung für den nächsten Jahreswechsel werden wir eher nicht aufrecht erhalten.

Wir waren das zweite Mal da und wieder zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr erholsam! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, jedoch schwierig mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Wer mit Hund anreist, kann nur ein paar Tage bleiben, da dies sehr kostspielig ist.
