A good place to stay for your Mt. Rainier NP trip. Spacious room and beds. Very clean and nice room. Complimentary breakfast. Though it has only two floors, really wish it could have elevator as me and my families had several luggages (maybe adding a luggage cart for folks who stay on the first floor would be nice). Overall a good choice for your Mt. Rainier NP Sunrise base.

Everything was truly just “okay.” I’d say this is very much a budget hotel, but it’s slightly elevated from that. The room was clean enough — but nothing remarkable. The property is older and has a slight rundown look to it. The staff was okay — like not friendly but not at all rude, either. Great location and the Mexican restaurant attached to it was tasty. Definitely the two highlights.

We stay at this motel whenever we visit my mom in Enumclaw. It is generally just OK, but it's the only game in town as far as we know. This morning we went down for the \"continental breakfast\" at about 9:00 AM. There is a waffle making machine, however the waffle batter was empty, so I asked at the front desk to replenish it and was told, \"Oh yeah, we're out, sorry.\" The staff was nice about it, but this is not the first time that some food item or items was either in short supply or not available. Dissappointing.

The room is clean, quiet, and functional and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing and lacking. They were not able to fix non-light in bathroom (we used a flashlight), and the mattresses were upside down (meaning, there was only one useable side and we had to turn them over).

For the price I did not expect torn fabric on the chair, chipped finish on all wood furniture. Bathroom grout had visible dirt and anything below the toilet looked like it had been mopped with dirty water. Floor trim was disgusting.

At first I thought I was at a Mexican restaurant until I walked in and seen a front desk. What an amazing place to stay not only can you just walk out your room to the lobby where there is a door that has a restaurant excellent idea. I would stay here again and I do recommend this place 100%. Great size room and cleanliness. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did not like the bedding on top of the sheets and questioned its cleanliness plus it wasn't warm enough. The heat unit was noisy and difficult to keep the room warm without the unit loudly running. Everything else was good and adequate.

There was a lot of noise outside, maybe a group of kids it was really early in the morning maybe around 2am. Our refrigerator in our room made load noises when it turned on. I would like to see instead of a continental breakfast some scramble eggs, bacon, sausage would be nice. I think for the price we paid I will stay somewhere else. The people who work there are very, very nice.

Needed a blanket, was very cold. Had to run wall heater all night which was miserable. Only had sheet and light weight bedspread. No extra blankets in room. Room was very clean.

Hair dryer was broken & I hadn’t brought my own, counting on hotel.

Still the best hotel in town. Next time will ask for extra blankets and check that hair dryer works on arrival.

The person that stayed in the room we were in left behind belongings and trash wasn’t emptied in the bathroom. How do you miss that when you clean a room. Everyone was friendly except for the front desk person on the day we checked out. I walked up to check out and he just stared at me waiting for me to speak first. I finally said I would like to check out and his response was good. He continued to just stare. I then asked do you need anything like my room number or anything. He said no.

Quiet small town. Very relaxing. Great food at the restaurant.
Hotel staff not very friendly, or efficient. First employee admitted to being new, not knowing the system. I dont think i was checkin properly. I had wanted to change the credit card from the booking card. Still dont think that happened

Really cute motel. Would stay here again.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and plenty of free parking.
Good location for going to Mount Rainier Sunrise. Also many food options nearby (Pie Goddess is across the street!)
Breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary.

Pet friendly. Very clean, nice hotel. The only bad thing was theres alot of bars and other business's very close, there was ppl laughing, yelling and just being loud outside until late. I couldn't hear them in my room but when i was walking my dog late, they were outside being loud.

Great Experience

We needed to check in early and the friendly staff were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and surroundings were quiet. Not a great continental breakfast, but Tim’s Kitchen, a block away, had a good reasonably priced breakfast.

Run down but is still a winner!

It served its purpose, but is somewhat run down. Don’t skip the Mexican restaurant, it’s the best part of the hotel. It’s a 10 minute drive from the Amphitheater which is the main reason for booking

Used but clean.

We travel with a dog and suspect we had what we term a \"dog room\" ... one designated for those who travel with a dog. While the room had seen much use and wear and tear, it was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location for hiking Rainier from the Sunrise side (45 minutes to the park). Lots of restaurants nearby (they have a Mexican restaurant in the hotel). Easy to walk or drive to things and get supplies.

I lost my ID there and they called me and mailed it to me. Thanks!

This was a very average hotel for the amount we paid to stay. We came to Washington for eight nights traveling across to all three national parks and this was the most expensive place we stayed and by far the most average - it was clean but breakfast was your standard yogurt, cereal, toast coffee and banana choices for continental breakfast.

Great location - can walk immediately into downtown with cute shops, etc.
Onsite Mexican restaurant is very good too.
However, for a $200/night rate, it was not very clean. Bathroom sinks and bath faucet needed deep clean (not just stained). One side of guesthouse faces Mt. Rainer and one side faces parking lot and park (which had multiple unhoused people and men changing clothing in back of their pickup trucks as our view- traveling with two young kids). And there was a hole in our window (from a BB gun).

The breakfast is good, but bring your own protein source as there isn’t any eggs (scrambled, hard boiled) typical of breakfast options elsewhere.

For the condition of the room, I would have expected to pay no more than $100 nightly.
