They were very chill about having our working German Shepherd there.

Our room was clean, the staff was very nice. The entire hotel needs upgrades pretty badly, but would we stay again? Yep. It's not fancy, but all I really want is just that. Rates were excellent.

Their house keeping banged on the door at 7:30 am and tried to enter the room when I didnt answer quickly (we were asleep) There were 4 people in our room and getting more than 2 towels from housekeeping was a chore, they were also very rude in demanding the used towels. The bathroom walls were not clean at all. We were unable to park in front of our room as other guests were camped out in the open parking spots at our door with grills set up, they were also extremely noisy all night our last night right in front of our window even as late as 1 am and even after multiple calls to the front desk nothing was done (I had children trying to sleep) we also paid extra for breakfast and wifi, there was no breakfast and the wifi kept saying unable to connect

Room was clean, I loved that we could park and or room was right outside so entry was easy. Check in seamless, she even made sure we were on ground level as we head been traveling all day!

First room we were assigned had a short so there was no electricity but the manager moved us quickly. Dead roach in the tub, tub didnt drain and had to call for a plunger and toilet required us to manually fill in order to flush it. Only reason i gave then 3 stars was the staff was polie and quick to help. Definitely not worth 100.00. But i guess they can charge that since there are only 2 hotels in town.

Jennifer at the desk was very helpful during my stay during the inclement weather. I am an essential employee, and the room was clean and it was quiet during the day while i was sleeping. Room stayed warm in the extreme temperature drop

Couldn't even understand the staff tried to figure out a problem and couldn't because they didn't know what i was saying and i didn't know what they were saying had to just shut the door and wait till they got the \"manager\" thought i paid for 2 nights but ended up only paying for one also the ceiling was peeling and it looked clean but dingy

They need to update their photos. The pool is dark green and doesn’t look like it has been opened in years. The room they gave me was dirty. Sheets were splattered with some substance and the paint on the walls was peeling. We did not stay on the room. Instead, we went across the street and stayed at the other hotel in town, which was much cleaner.

Needs a deep clean!

Budget hotel. Only 2 hotels in this town. We usually stay at the other one but it was booked up. This hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It wasnt filthy but definitely could use a deep clean. There was paint peeling off the ceiling hanging down. Dirt in the corners of the rooms. The ice machine wasnt working. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. It's in a great location for food, gas, big box store & the ball field. We play here a lot in the summer time. Besides the cleanliness & ice machine it was fine for a budget hotel. But for $221 I think it was overpriced.

The bed WAS FAIR. AIR CONDITIONER WORKED. THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT THE POOL WAS A SLIM GREEN MESS, UNUSABLE. IT WAS THE REASON I PICKED THAT MOTEL. I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. PROBABLY WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY AMERICAS BEST AGAIN IF I DID NOT HAVE TO, WAS TRAPPED IN A TOWN WITH NO OTHER MOTEL. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE A POOL. TAKE THEM OFF THE LIST. THE EATING AREA WAS NOT CLEAN, BUT THE WAFFLE MACHINE DID WORK. THE OWNER WAS GRUMPY, NO APOLOGY FOR NO POOL EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERISED THEY HAD ONE!

I liked that they doing some maintenance. I have stayed in this hotel off and on for years. What i didn’t like was someone had a dog that barked for hours. Luckily it would stop before I went to bed. I booked a non-smoking room but people stood outside my door for hours talking and smoking. Cigarette butts were all in the parking lot that you had to walk through to get to the room. They did have breakfast this time which is something they didn’t have a few months ago when I stayed there.

The front desk person was very friendly. We had a nice conversation and checkin was quick. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel. There wasn’t any shampoo but there was a soap and lotion dispenser by the sink. Great stop on our moving adventure and I will make sure to stop there for the night if I’m ever in the area again.

It appeared the service staff did well with what they had. The facility could use freshening up but for a clean bed, a shower and a roof, Ive stayed in much worse. Only one towel, two hand towels, two wash cloths and one floor mat would be only compkaint. And couldnt get a hold of anyone in morning.

Which is an end up staying and I would really like to get my money back I got there I called them and told them that my car was broke down it was being worked on he told me there was no problem I said now I need a handicap room he said oh okay I get there at almost 9:30 and we have a handicap room upstairs on the second floor with no elevator and then he proceeded to tell me I can't have my money back because I have to go through you so I would like to get my money back because I had to pay money to go to another hotel to stay the night

There's only 2 choices in Sheridan, this one seemed to be the \"newer\" of the two. We've stayed twice now, same room each time actually. The location is fine, it's quiet and clean. This place needs to be updated though. I could feel every single spring in the over bouncy beds, pillows were flat and almost non-existent, and the shower could use some TLC.

The location was good. The room was clean with the exception of the legs on the shower chair. The front two were moldy and black. There had also been a water leak under the vanity sink that needed attention. The bed was fresh and clean but very, very firm.

The room was clean. The breakfast was horrendous. We went down to eat at 7 am. The gravy was literally water and the biscuits hard as a rock. I also got mold in my apple juice.
