Great location near restaurants, public transportation and Kings Cross / St Pancras train station. Good price / value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Full kitchen. Fun “take a book / leave a book” library. Great communication before arrival. Need to empty rubbish bin inside sleeping room every day. No A/C and hot weather made it difficult to sleep.

We booked last minute as somewhere cheap and cheerful near King's Cross for a football match. 4 bed dorm was perfect for the 3 of us.

Bunks were pretty comfy, noise was as you would expect on a main road running past a train station

Clean room - perfect stay for catching the Eurostar train early in the morning - 5 min walk to St Pancras station. I don’t normally stay at hostels anymore but was truly pleasantly surprised and impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality. Would certainly recommend it and I would stay here again.

Decent enough for the price but what was irritating was how cramped the room was. They packed so many people in the room that you could barely move if everyone was there at the same time. And a lot of the amenities were out of order or to be worked on. It was frustrating because you’d have to walk down a few floors in order to shower. On top of that the room was always hot. Not sure if I stay here again. Location was probably the best part of this hostel.

The room was like sleeping inside a freezer, no exaggeration. The temperatures were in the minus outside and the room felt colder. I’m not sure how but somehow stepping outside the room felt warmer than being inside. Terrible 😞 terrible feeling. Although, it made me try out the Whim Hoff breathing 😮‍💨 technique, it may have worked idk.

Reception were helpful and clear at check in. I booked a Pod dorm and was the best experience of any hostel dorms I've stayed in. It was reasonably comfy and felt very private once inside. Other guests were quite respectful with noise. The only minor is that I had Pod 13 which is next to the sink and the person didn't move when I wanted to get out so had to squeeze past and wait until they were done until I can get to the locked drawer underneath.

I didn't use the facilities but their common areas are quite large, along with basement kitchen. The staff send messages out with meet ups for any travellers which is good.

The bathroom and showers seem to be kept clean regularly too. Would definitely book here again when travelling alone.

I had a private room, but it didn't have a curtain and was overlooked by an office (let alone the need to make the room dark to sleep in). I managed to cover these up myself, but not sure how you can rent out a room like this.
Bed was comfortable and Kitchen is great, but no curtains spoilt the trip.

Quite good, very convient area! Only gave a top sheet for the mattress which slid around and there was a bit of a stain at the end of the bed on the mattress. They could consider mattress covers or fitted sheets but I did not mind much. Everything felt fairly secure in the lockers and all that. Overall a decent experience.

6 bed room are very small so we 6 people in and every had a small suitytgat can not fit in the narrow lockers under beds it was crowded. Window had to be open all night as other you can't breathe which means you get all the street noise in. Luckily, I had my eye plugs so it wasn't too bad. Beds are comfortable and showers reasonably clean. It's super convenient to Kings Cross station. I would recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful. 👍

Just a 5-minute walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, the location was excellent. It’s one of the most convenient areas in London to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, and it’s a great choice for young travelers on a budget.

If you’re on a top bunk it’s unlikely you’ll get a nice sleep, as there is a skylight which means if another room turns their light on it shines into your eyes. Coupled with this, is etiquette from other guests is poor. However the staff who work there are excellent.

Enjoyed my stay. Booked a pod bed, felt super private and cozy. Well lit inside and outlet was right there. Staff friendly and helpful. Towel rental not expensive. Locker big enough for small carryon and bag. Quick walk to train, bus stop right in front. Probably got lucky with other guests in the shared room - everyone was quiet and respectful. Only issue was substandard wifi. Would book again.

The hostel is about a 5 min walk to St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking to and from the stations and hostel. There’s a small co op right beside the hostel and a costa coffee on the other side, a Salisbury grocery is only 3 minutes walk away. There are a lot of dining options within a few minutes walk from the hostel.

I stayed in a 4 bed female only dorm. At 5ft 10 the bunks were too short for me and the mattresses were absolutely terrible. Huge divot in the middle of the mattress. Very tight space. There was a ton of hair all over the floor when I first checked in. I’m not sure if that was because I was first to check in and did early check in and the housekeeping staff didn’t fully clean it?

Slightly run down but all in all it’s not terrible. If the mattress was even halfway decent I’d have given the hostel a higher rating. Good atmosphere.

I stayed in a pod and it was one of the better hostel experience i had. The pod provides a lot of privacy and ample sound proofing. The pod is also large enough to fit me (188cm, 6'2'). The common facilities could be cleaner. the bathroom and the showers are quite cramped for a large person like me. the area is very convenient located next to king's cross station.

This was a late night booking where I needed last minute accommodation.

I appreciate that hostels have a time limit for check-ins, but if that is known, why allow the booking to be accepted?

Paid for the room but was not allowed to check-in due to it being late at night; I accept partly that's on me, but was anxious to find somewhere and not be left in the cold. Staff were sympathetic, but couldn't let me stay.

Not impressed with the site at all and lost my money.

Extremely limited personal space.

Good: great desk staff, and amenities like washer&dryer, toiletries and snacks for sale. Great location near St. Pancreas/Kings Cross.
Bad: You can barely fit your body between the rows on beds, back to back. If you are on a bottom bunk, you cannot even sit up in your room. Bathroom is so small and the shower is always dirty (from heavy use.) Literally no place to put on clothes or sit down to tie shoes. And very crowded even in October. I’m a 50yr old female who stayed in a mixed gender room. It basically smelled like feet, mostly from young men.

I have stayed at many many hostels throughout my life. I don’t mind sharing space, but I need enough room to turn around and sit down. This hostel doesn’t meet that requirement. I will not stay again.

Very public if you're on top bunk.
Very hard to get into top bunk, when someone is, it shakes the entire row of beds.
Sounds wasn't an issue with plugs.

Great stay in a fun and clean hostel environment. Clean common areas including bathrooms and showers, free luggage storage when we left on a side trip for a couple days. We, as 2 adults and our 10-year old, stayed in the 4-bunk private room during both stays. The room was cramped and we kept hitting our heads from the lower bunks, and it didn’t have AC (did have a fan). Regardless, I would stay here again and look to stay at more hostels in the future.

Nice service. Friendly atmosphere. Pod gave me good intimacy, however, the bed was a bit hard and pillow too thin. A better air conditioning system is needed as it tends gets too hot in the pod in the summer. Shower floors were a bit dirty as well

This might of been my 4th time staying at this hostel. Its very convenient place if you need to catch a early train. The station is only about a 2min walk from the hostel. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants close to the hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hostel is really affordable for the location.
