I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.

The receptionists can’t speak English, my room is tiny. Bathroom is small. Only standing shower. No place to put my toothbrush, hairspray, hair gel. My room is only enough for our bed. I hit my suitcase when I go to the bathroom sometimes. Please don’t call VIP this hotel… I was do exciting and I will have a nice trip, but the hotel made me disappointed.

Horrible hotel - my room had continuous blinking neon lights from the outdoor hotel sign - the wifi was spotty and unreliable- when I complained to the reception desk, no one spoke english nor was interested in solving the issues

About the hotel
The room was really good and very comfortable. The only problem was the people on the hall speaking out loud for almost 2 hours. I am not sure, but I believe they were Argentinian because they were speaking Spanish and a lot of Argentinian tourists visit this beach at this time of the year. The breakfast was ok, I expected more of it. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. The indoor pool was really cool.

O quarto estava limpo e assim foi durante a estadia, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, chuveiro bom e quentinho, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Não tinha mais vaga no estacionamento do hotel (R$50,00), porém ficou em estacionamento próximo, no valor de R$40,00 (um manobrista levou e buscou).
Nos foi servido uma taça de Champagne na chegada e ao chegarmos no apt, fomos surpreendidos com um bolo de aniversário para nosso filho, que completava 17 anos. Café da manhã delicioso e bem servido.
Recebemos também um voucher para o Cristo Luz, o que nos permitiu uma visita sem custo.
Para nosso filho faltou uma sala de jogos, mas tudo certo, já que atrações não faltam na cidade.

Luz da fachado do predio passava pra dentro do quarto pois a cortina nao vedava tudo fora que ja tinha a luz doa ar incomodando. Piso horrivel, geladeira enferrujada. Llegados no tenían la habitación de dos camas , no cumplieron con ningún beneficio por ser vip de expedía, siempre tenían un drama , la piscina mal cuidada parece que entras y es moco los azulejos amarillos de la mugre ; la predisponían del personal nula. Recomendación no vayan es un hotel malo para el turista y me dirán que es temporada , sí pero el trato tiene que ser bueno todo el año , pague 140 dólares la noche por un mal servicio … totalmente arrepentido , lo elegí por las bondades al ser vip access y no dirigió de nada

Fechamos nossa estadia baseada nas avaliações e fotos, mas ao chegarmos no hotel, logo de cara, já tivemos uma decepção, o quarto, apesar de bonito e decorado, o ar condicionado estava com defeito, além do barulho ensurdecedor de uma obra ao lado do hotel, e também no próprio andar onde estávamos, e o pedreiro ainda ouvia música alta no celular com a porta aberta. Resumindo, tivemos que trocar de quarto por duas vezes, já que o segundo quarto que nos colocaram a cena era de filme de terror, cortinas quase caindo, chuveiro e luminárias enferrujados, piso descascado, um quarto frio, em total desacordo com o que fechamos.
Só fomos ter um pouco de sossego no terceiro quarto, mesmo assim já havíamos perdido a tarde toda nessa manobra.
Nos hospedamos com a nossa cachorrinha, que apesar da “taxa pet”, não teve nem tapetinho higiênico no quarto, tivemos que comprar fora.
O café da manhã é deplorável, sem higiene, coisas sem gosto, e algumas estragadas. Funcionários grosseiros, ficavam reclamando de tudo. Até chegar ao ponto de sofrermos homofobia por uma funcionária do café, um crime, só pra reforçar. Esse, além de todas as outras coisas, foi o ponto auge, que nos fez desistir de tudo e sairmos antes do final da nossa estadia.
O ÚNICO ponto positivo foi a funcionária da limpeza do quarto, Adriana, profissional educadíssima, atenciosa e de alta qualidade.
Não recomendamos e não voltaremos nunca mais.
