The hotel is in the center of Verona and very walkable. It also had a limited parking garage which was very helpful, but make sure that you make the reservation ahead of time. There was lots of noise at night and we couldn't sleep till 2:00 AM when the music was finally stopped. I don't recommend the hotel for the family or the one with little kid. We won't recommend the hotel for anyone that want to have a good night sleep. It is impossible to sleep with all of the outside noise. If you are the party crowd the hotel is for you :)

An absolutely incredible experience! I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Verona. The Staff were exceptional, polite, friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room which delighted my wife and made the stay that much more spectacular. Easy walk from the train station and to the old city centre.
The room was very modern, spacious, clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, great quality and variety of food.

We've booked for a family of 4 for 5 days and been offered upgrade to a apartment around a min walk from the hotel. The room was big with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. However the drains at both toilets were very smell. We couldn't sleep if doors weren't fully closed. Even you closed them you can still smell them. Both shower area were slightly run down. The glass shower doors came off a few times. We didn't want to make a complaint so just put up with it. No coffee/tea at the place and the kettle are full of limescale with the lid couldn't be openned. Not even one channel of English TV so kids were bored.
The staffs at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was good, it's situated between station and the centre. Breakfast didn't have much choice, very small selection but with 2 children it was easier to have smt to eat before went out.
We have to put our suitcases at the last day after checked out. They charged €5 per suitcase/locker. If you asked me if I would stay again, unfortunately I wouldnt. There were a few much better apartment in the area when I made the booking. We paid €850 for 4 nights. I was thinking we are going to stay in a hotel not apartment.

Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use.

We had a reservation for the opera in Verona and my husband was hospitalized the day of the performance. Hotels .com tried to help me ask for a voucher for this hotel as the reservation was not able to be cancelled. Totally understood, but the hospitalization wasn’t planned either. They offered an insignificant refund, less than 1/3 with a complicated. Very unfortunate that they could
not see beyond a ‘policy’ . At first they said it was “hotel. Com” issue but that was not true as hotels.com was very responsive but said they could not get the hotel to agree. There are many, many hotels close to the Arena and I would urge another choice with more humane management.

I decided to stay here last minute to visit Verona. I appreciated being able to check in at 2pm. It was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena where a lot of the tours I booked were scheduled to meet up. I didn’t book breakfast at first but you can just tell the front desk and they’ll add it to your bill at checkout. 6 euros was convenient. Other reviews had mentioned that there was no kettle in the room and agree that would have been convenient, but I got my coffee from the breakfast. I was able to check out in the morning and keep my bags in the lobby. It felt a little weird that the bags were just out there in the open but the front desk staff were always there. My bags were there when I got back :). It was a 15 minute walk to the train station. Super convenient! Recommend.

Room was impeccably clean, modern, there were plenty of towels & the air conditioning works well. Only negatives were the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the safe was underneath a shelf on the floor so difficult to access and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Hotel Verona. Pleasant and courteous staff. Our room (235) was on the quiet side of the hotel and had a nice balcony. Buffett breakfast had lots of tasty options at a reasonable price featuring freshly brewed cappuccino and other made to order drinks. Hotel is within easy walking distance of train station and old town. Several excellent restaurants just steps from the front of the hotel. Great value for the money in Verona.

Having to haul our luggage after elevator stops on the 5th and room is on the 6th. Totally unappreciated for senior customers.
We had booked a superior room and hauling baggage up one floor should not be considered as superior room, more like the cheapest ones!

It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! I requested and paid for a room with two beds, and upon arrival i was given a room with one bed. When I talked to the staff they said i did not request this, there is nothing they could do to fix this mistake, and it was my fault. I showed them my booking confirmation that showed I requested two beds, and they continued to say there was nothing they could do, they never received this request, it’s not their problem, etc. Only upon request of a partial refund for this error did the staff offer to add a second bed to my room. I had also paid for breakfast accommodations online, which the staff stated they also did not receive, and asked me to pay the addition of breakfast again.

This is a fairly standard hotel - you get what you pay for. The bedroom is very basic (bed, hanging rail, open plan bathroom) as is the breakfast facilities. But if you want a simple hotel to explore the city and aren't too fussy about here you stay, this is fine.

Smart art deco hotel conveniently located in the centre of Verona. Super friendly staff and the dog stayed free. Clean, efficient, friendly and convenient.

Overall, good property. Great location, close to central Verona. Bathroom is modern, but not good for privacy. Didn’t do breakfast on property. Was happy about that. Cafe right outside is wonderful and CHEAP. Four coffees and a chocolate croissant was 8 euros. And they’re open ALL DAY. Fridge in room didn’t work. Window blinds were great keeping out noise and light. Don’t pay 18 Euros for parking structure. Use street parking at night.
