Absolutely lovely studio apartment!! Everything was clean, very modern and had everything needed to fix your own meals. Very fast Wi-Fi. The building was always very quiet. I also loved the fact that there was a grocery market right scross the street.

Easy check in, the manager is helpful. We booked room Junior suite and the room was clean and huge. Full kitchen access but we cant feel any heater at all, according to the person in charge in reception it was set on 21 celsius, the heater. The hotel is perfectly situated on bus to airport and city bus stop just 3 mins walk. There is a lot of dining options within walking distance. Hotel is infront of groceries and shopping mall, that it makes your stay more convenient. Affordable hotel, good service, to enjoy your Stockholm trip.

This an excellent long stay hotel. Excellent communication before and durinh the visit to avoid misunderstandings. They could offer ro educate other hotels in this. That's how good they are.
Also, for the price range, the rooms are equipped and offer a comfort level that is well above par. Good beds, fresh and clean rooms with modern kitchen appliancies and a cozy feel makes this to more than a hotel. It becomes a hone away from home. with a fridge, inductuon stove, pans, chef knives, and what-not, you'll easily fix a hotel breakfast both cheaper and better than your usual continental breakfast.This is the best longstay hotel I've found so far during all my years of travelling at this price range. Bonus is restaurant (sports bar) in the building, low price food store across the street (100m), and several restaurants and a lot of service within a few minutes walk.

I loved that it is so close to public transportation. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge, hot plate, and dishwasher. Dishes and pots and pans were also provided. The room was very clean. It was also nice to have laundry facilities on site. Lots of cabinet space. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication from the hotel was excellent, and the whole experience was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only issue was that I could not get the wifi to work during my whole visit, even following the directions to reset it. I didn't even attempt to ask for help though, so that's on me.

1.5 rolls of tissue paper is not enough for a 3 persons family which has been informed no refill. Tableware and cleaning facilities are excellent.

You hear hotel music in the nights inside of you’re room.
My wife forgot card in the hotel, we were 2 people that got only 1 card.
They tried to make her pay 1000 sek for opening her hotel room, sickest thing I have seen in Swedish hotels.
There is no document control whatsoever.
Anyone can go to hotel and they have no idea what are those people.
I payed extra comparing to other deals to be close to both Stockholm and Arlanda, after trusting good reviews
But it was a mistake to trust only 35 possibly fake reviews and book long stay there.
No cleaning whatsoever in the hotel.
Even if you book for 28 days.
Extremely strange hygiene routine, I think in Sweden they must have it at least once a week to prevent serious hygiene problems.
I could write more, but I think I described well enough level of that place, can’t call it hotel.

It was my first stay in the Arkaden hotel due to my regular hotel being closed down during the pandemic.
From the moment I walked in , it was just a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the manager, who showed me to my room and explained everything to me . I also had an upgrade on my room which was quite nice . The apartments have a fantastic size , they are very clean , and the bathroom/ shower room was very clean , and had a good size .
I will definitely come back , thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel .

I really liked the fact that there is a bar/grill downstairs along with a Chinese and Lebanese restaurants.

I stayed at Arkaden many times, both short and long stays, and I must say that the hotel is quite wonderful. The hotel is rather new and has everything in excellent condition: the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and very bright (with tall and beautiful windows), everything is spotless clean, the hotel is quiet and very safe. It is close to many shops and restaurants. Moreover, it is very easy to get to the airport and Stockholm, as the bus stop is right across the street and the train station is within walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Sofiene Ellouze, is very professional, very welcoming, and always available, either by phone or in person, to make your stay more comfortable. He sent us complete directions for an easy self-check in, which was very convenient. I will definitely return.

No contact on arrival, you pick your key up from a lock box with a code.

The hotel manager is available should you have any issues and are Very keen to help you if you have any issues.
Plus you have anything you want locally. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars all within stones throw.

Renter was very nice and accommodating. We got some aministies in the room like toilet paper, dish washing soap, few packeta of shampoo. Restoking is the tenant's responsibility as well as cleaning. Also, parking is extra fee. Overall the equipment was in very good condition and was fully stocked with dishes, stove top, fridge, electric kitchen machines, and cups etc. The room had a couple of closets and towels. The heater was brought to us upon request and the owner was nice.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – der öffentliche Nahverkehr sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen!
