The location is great and my room had a great view of Mount Fuji. They also allowed me to use the onsen as a tattooed person but only from 11-12, which is fine. My bed and bedding were clean. The staff was also friendly but sadly everything else was bad. The place was filthy, there was a dirty hand print above the toilet as well as many other stains on the bathroom walls, the shower was moldy, the windows were not seal correctly and had mildew from condensation. The onsen was also filthy, a huge spot of soupy mildew was growing by the outdoor pools. The price is fine but not even worth it for how gross the place was. I might be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a shame, a deep clean, a coat of paint and repairs and this place would be so cute, but it’s not, it’s just gross.

The carpets in the room, halls, and entrance were discussing. Old stains, dirt, god knows what. The amenities in the room seemed clean but the carpets were terrible. The pillows were hard and weird- like they were stuffed with rice straw or something. I have never been in a Japanese hotel with such questionable cleanliness and lack of front office staff warmth. The hotel gets a lot of package tours- at least 4 buses came every night and left in the morning. I can’t believe they would book such a hotel with such a dirty carpet. I would think that the tour operators would have had so many complaints, they would look for something else. If there wasn’t any other place to stay, we wouldn’t have stayed there. Also, their guest washing/drying machine was questionably functional. The clothes were still damp after 2 hours.

Too rigid. Hotel not full. But only allow to check-in at 3pm. And MANDATORY checkout at 10am or PAY additional charge.

Room with lake view however it is facing the coach parking lot so morning will get fresh air mix with carbon monoxide.

Very dated hotel with questionable cleanliness (plenty of hair in the floor in ladies changing room, weird yellow spots on the carpet across all room, etc.) but spacious room with beautiful hot water onsen - both huge indoor and outdoor area. Stayed one night in May 2025. Acceptable for one time due to busyness’s (golden week weekend) and last minute booking, but otherwise will not recommend and won’t come back. Walls are paper-thin and sound carry easily - at the same time big group stayed at the hotel and was noisy shouting in the corridor until late and started early. Also, they’d charge you 100yen if you want extra towel to use in the public bath (onsen).

We arrived at the property @ 2.55 & all the lights in the foyer was switched off.
One of the staff came & ask us to come back to check in @ 3pm. My husband & I looked at each other & thinking is only 5 mins to check in time. And is cold & raining outside. Do they expect us to wait outside for 5 mins in the cold??? We had a rental car & we parked the car in the front of the hotel & we were told not allow to park there. As this hotel is catered for Chinese tourist group all come by coaches. They only let the coaches to park there & don’t give a dame about other customers. The rooms of the hotel is a good size, that’s the only positive about this place. Other than this customer service is non existent.

We arrived at the hotel around 2.55 pm. As we walked in the reception area, all the lights was turned off. We were approached by staff member telling us to come back at 3 pm that’s when the check in starts. How ridiculous only 5 more minutes & it will be 3pm. This hotel is mainly cater for Chinese bus groups. There is no cleaning or housekeeping during your stay. We stayed for 3 nights no cleaning was done. If you require an extra pillow there is an additional charge for the pillow. You are not allow to park in front of the hotel, we were told to park across the road.

A location right on the lake. It was a good 20 mins walk to open restaurants …. A lot close at 5 pm.

This hotel seems to specialise in coach parties which makes it impersonal and soulless. That said it was a spacious and comfortable room. Views of Mount Fuji can be seen (weather permitting) from the corridor window. Best views from

The room is a little outdated and the a/c was not working. Fortunately, it was chilly outside, so we just cracked a window and that served as a/c. There was a spider in the room, not necessarily because of cleanliness, but just cause the hotel is pretty much in the wilderness. Not much in the surrounding area, but the hotel does have a family mart which served a bigger pro than I thought. Overall, a decent stay if you are just sleeping and not spending much time in the room.

Very small hotel, but great location, right on the lake, nice area to walk around, the view of the Fuji mountain was right in our window! Woke up in the morning and it was right there, amazing! The spa at this hotel was better than in some high-end hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto we stayed at, don’t miss it if you stay here.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They would leave us new towels and toiletries everyday during our stay and was easy to communicate with, our room was superb due to our view of Mt. Fuji as well as Lake Yamanaka, overall the location is beautiful and accessible. I recommend this establishment and I would personally stay here again 💕

Had to take a bus to this location but it is a 0.2 mile walk from the bus stop. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor for Fuji but the hotel had its own public bath with amenities as well as breakfast and dinner considering the surrounding town was a little shut down due to the rain. Would not mind staying here again hopefully if we return in the summer. Only giving 4 stars due to some of the wallpaper our room was peeling. Just needs a facelift but the bathrooms were impeccably clean, beds soft, amenities new, American style room which was large as well as yukata’s provided.

3棟ほど同じ建物が並列しており、真ん中の棟にファミリーマートが入っています。駐車場はそこを使うように促されました。
宿泊した棟は外国人が多く、部屋のドアを開けたまま他の部屋に出入りして騒いでいたので騒音に迷惑しました。ファミリーマート内もゴミ箱付近がとても汚く、匂いも酷かったです。
また部屋のエアコンが全く作動せず、何度か訴えて数時間後にようやく暖まることができました。
また部屋の浴槽のボディーソープが1割ほどしかありませんでした。
比較的お手頃に泊まれるのと、立地はとても良いですが上記の点、改善を求めます。

山中湖で行われたラブシャで利用しましたが、渋滞がひどく、ホテルに着いたのが23時前。
周辺に食べるところがあまりなく、ホテルにコンビニもあったようですが、24時閉店なので食べるものはないだろうと判断し食べて帰ることに…近くにあったガストに行ったらスタッフ不足でクローズしていて結局帰り道のセブンで夕飯を買って帰りました。
大浴場が24時までだったので慌てて行きました。
思っていたよりきれいで快適でした。

大きなイベントのあるときはコンビニも大浴場もあと１時間遅くしてもらえるといいなーと思いました。

大浴場があるのがありがたかった！
山中湖目の前で立地は最高でした。部屋も広めなのと、ホテルには珍しい家庭用（？）電気で明るくできるのも良かった。
クローゼットも大きく良かったのですが、上に置いた洋服がたぶん埃で汚れてしまったのでそれだけがちょっと残念でした。
でもそれ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。
山中湖に遊びに行く時はまた使用させていただきたいです！

部屋のトイレに前の方の髪の毛が落ちていてびっくりしました。
お風呂でも金魚が湯船で死んでいたり、椅子の周りは髪だらけだったり、脱衣場は髪はいっぱい、くしの替えはない、床はベチャベチャで髪の毛がいっぱいで汚くて、下にバスタオルを敷いて使いました。
外国の方は湯浴びもせずに湯船に入って来られるし。
大浴場は最悪でした。
もう二度と利用することはないホテルです。

お部屋自体は広くて眺めもよかったのですが、所々、髪の毛やゴミ、落ちるであろう汚れがありそこが、気になりました。
コインランドリーもあると書いてあっていいと思ったのですが自分が泊まった新館のコインランドリーは使用不可になっており歩いて本館まで行きました。直しておいて頂けると嬉しいです。

這次住的房間窗戶望出去就有富士山

唯一缺點是，床可能是兩張單人並成雙人床，所以睡的時候非常嚴重的凹陷問題

ホテル自体はとても綺麗で、、お部屋も広くて十分すぎるぐらいです。ただ、お部屋でお風呂に入ったら、床に赤カビがいっぱいでした。

連泊だとお掃除はなしで、アメニティとバスタオル、ゴミ箱の中身交換なので、助かるんですけど、お風呂も出来るだけ綺麗にお掃除して頂けたらと思います。

房間的景觀的非常好，直望山中湖。
酒店位置都很方便，鄰近有便利店。
可惜設施有點舊，太多旅行團旅行，有點嘈吵。旅行團的旅客亦未有遵守浴場的規定，著住褲子去浸湯。成個浴場更衣室都濕透。
酒店服務與設施和價錢成正比。

本館の隣に位置する新館に1泊だけでしたが、お部屋は綺麗で広く、バスタブも大きかったのでゆっくりお風呂に入れました。朝食も満足です。総じて快適な滞在でした。ただ1点を除いて。

チェックアウトの朝は、大雨と激しい風が吹いていたのですが、本館に朝食に行く際、全身ずぶ濡れになりました。本館と新館が、屋根のついた渡り廊下でつないであると、ここまで濡れなかったので、そういうものを設置することを、検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。それがあると、雨の際に新館の1Fにあるコンビニにいくのにも便利ですね。

部屋のカーテンを開けると綺麗な富士山は見えて感動しました。
お風呂の掃除が行き届いていないところが残念です。大浴場があったのですが、自室のお風呂があれなので行くのをやめました。

まあ良いホテル

ラブシャの後に宿泊しました。
会場から見てちょうど山中湖の反対側辺りに位置しています。
湖面側の部屋からは富士山は見えません。
食事無しのプランだったので食事の内容は分かりません。
お風呂は男女共に露天風呂があります。
広さも十分で、40℃位のお風呂ともう少し熱いお風呂もありました。
脱衣所も充分広く快適でした。
駐車場は敷地内は多くありませんが、道路を挟んだ反対側（湖面側）と隣りのコンビニに駐車出来ます。
ホテルの隣にコンビニがあるので、食事無しでも快適でした。
部屋の掃除は隅に髪の毛だあったり、もう少し丁寧な清掃を期待します。
部屋のお風呂もありますが、脱衣所がありません。
全体的にはコスパの良いホテルだと思います。
河口湖方面にもアクセスしやすいです。
