Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff in particular made our stay wonderful. A big thank you to Ivan and Alexandra for being so helpful and answering any questions we had and for being so friendly and good with my son.
We had the master suite and it was so spacious we loved it. Would definitely return to this hotel!

The welcome was great - the front desk staff are very accommodating. The hotel is stylish and comfortable.
In terms of improvement, none of the breakfast staff could raise a smile - all were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. A stark contrast with the other staff. They need to sort this department out.

Fabulous hotel and excellent service

Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout.

This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. Only after I asked I was told they added an optional service charge. I find this very unfortunate and unnecessary. I don’t know if any hotel that does that. Especially not at check in.

good breakfast (no salad though), not many restaurant nearby, all high end stores in marina (summer only) - 5 minure walk. Restaurant \"Cappuccino\" in Marina is good,

Pacha has the history, a nice Brunch, and pleasant attendants. But it appears that the building is struggling, and maybe this place isnt worth the price. Our AC didn’t work, and they didn’t seemed concerned when alerted. The elevators stopped working every day. A big positive was free entrance into the club (across the streeet)… but you had to enter by 1230 am (they open at midnight) or they wouldn’t honor that either. So for 350 € a night, there are way better options.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the live DJ playing music was awesome! The hotel asked what time our flight was. As hotel guest, we got an access to Pacha club entry but need to be in the club by 12:30. Free entries to the club and free good breakfast were big plus. Our hotel room was clean, too! Thank you. We’ll be back!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here and loved our experience! The staff were super friendly, the rooms were aesthetically decorated (the neutral minimalistic style of my dreams!!), and the location felt very safe. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to popular clubs like Ushuaïa and Hï, however, we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here if visiting Ibiza!

We stayed here for 3 nights and we mainly booked this hotel as they said it comes with free entrance to Pacha nightclub but this was gross misrepresentation as the club is closed through out winter months for about 6 months.
I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH EXPEDIA ESPECIALLY AS THIS ENTRANCE TO PACHA CLUB IS NOTHING BUT A BIG LIE. This is shameful as it is a means to lure people to this hotel well knowing that the club is closed for a long period of time
On arrival we were offered champagne. The rooms are huge and spacious have balcony they are ok really. They had very little to offer for breakfast especially if you dont consume pork. Also very little variety the breakfast is 2star at most.
Location is also not great at all. the city is far about 2km from hotel so is the beach If you book here you need you own transport as taxis are expensive. there are no shops around a few restuarants thats it.
We were thoroughly dissapointed and this hotel is totally not worth what they are charging

We got the superior suite which was nothing less than amazing. A balcony half the length of the entire top floor with a hot tub. The room was spotless and beautiful. The hotel is easily within walking distance to the marina for fine shopping and dining options as well as a couple nice beaches. Definitely a bucket list location mastered

Worth it but maybe not during the off season

So the hotel was nice and the area was good but I specifically booked this hotel under the impression that the club would still be open on the weekends during the off season since the booking included free entry to the club. I didn't find out that they were no longer doing that until I was checking in. If I had known that in advance I probably would have booked somewhere else that was a little cheaper. Other than that we were good walking distance from the beach and the city center. Personal I would also recommend getting a car because it's cheap and my friends and I wanted to go hiking on the other side of the island.

Fun stay at El Hotel Pacha for 3 ppl. Guest list entry to club Pacha +++, room service pasta carbonara was delicious (but pricey). Staff was friendly and helpful. Mom was with us and in the room all night sleeping, she said it was totally quiet (everyone was at the club dancing to Solomun all night!) Overall the property was a bit worn and could use a refurbish, but it added to the charm really. There's been a lot of fun in this place and you can feel it! While in Ibiza, enjoy a portion of your stay at this hotel and club.

Nice hotel in the port, walking distance from Ibiza Old Town. They will also book you a daybed in Destino (glad I didn't stay there for 3 days as they play loud music from 3pm until midnight), they can book you a table in Lio and you get free entry to Pacha club after midnight (which is just around the corner).
The swimming area is a bit sad and the breakfast room is small. Breakfast was sufficient.
The room were nice and spacey.
Free parking and near main roads.

Great welcome from reception and nice touch with a glass of champagne and cherries of course. Resturant staff were attentive and accommodating. Food was very prompt and delicious. Nice candle light setting by the pool. They gave me comp cava & desert when they knew it was my birthday. WiFi always worked perfect no password needed.

Pool was small a dissapointing with not many beds, I can't see how they have space for everyone in the summer. Decent breakfast though for that price there should at least be cava served with breakfast

I had a great stay at this hotel my only negative was that there head board wall above h bed had 8 large cigarette style cigarette burns which I would have thought a maintenance person could have painted over to make the room as pleasant as it could be.

Perfect for a weekend in Ibiza

The location is brilliant for a weekend in Ibiza. There is a small shop and cash point nearby, Pacha is just across the road, a small walk to Marina Bottafoch for boats / Lio and other restaurants, plus the taxi rank nearby is a great help! Small perk - free guest list entry to Pacha!
The hotel was clean, check in efficient, and the room was nice. We had a junior suite for 3 people which was more than enough space. The beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly with no temperature limits unlike some other Ibiza hotels!
The pool area is a reasonable size. I imagine staying here for too long might feel a bit claustrophobic - but for the weekend break it was just what we needed

Place is a dump and run by extortion

I booked two superior doubles for a buddy and me for two nights. Our GF's turned up to surprise us for the last night. The front desk confiscated their luggage and refused to return the luggage until I paid an additional 70 euro for each of them. This additional charge was demanded even though our reservation included nothing (no meals or other inclusions per person) and there was only one of us staying in each room. This was after dropping about $5k in the club the night before as well. The place is a dump on top of that.

The pool is not worth mentioning, small and not inviting. More like an apartment building pool. None of the rooms have views of any kind and each balcony is occupied by an AC unit that vents the hot air into the balcony itself. Carpets are tattered. It's a hotel that looks like it's been ridden hard and put away wet.

The worst 5* hotel in Ibiza! In fact it should not be rated 5* at all. For £500 per night, the room was disappointingly very average. I booked a triple suite and whilst the photos on the website looked amazing, the triple suite was simply a double room with a sofabed! The pool is a large hot tub that sits in the shade all day. The staff, with exception to Hugo on reception in the evening, were unfriendly and unhelpful at best. This hotel emulates everything I dislike about tourism in commercial resorts in Spain, Pacha staff make you feel as though you are working for them....and that you should feel grateful....would suggest that if you have £1500 to spend on a three night stay, you don't stay at El Pacha, but hire a yacht with staff for a couple of days... the staff will be much more attentive and you will actually feel like a customer and not a disgruntled employee on no pay

Great stay here on a weekend trip to Ibiza. The rooms are large and comfortable, well furnished and each has a small balcony. Staff all very friendly. Free entry into Pacha nightclub across the road is an added bonus. Location is good - close to the marina and a short walk into dalt vila.

We we're over in Ibiza planning the final parts to our wedding which is due to take place in June and thought El Hotel Pacha would be an ideal spot to stop due to it's location. We landed at 10 am and were able to head straight to the hotel to check In and drop our bags off in our room which was really helpful, none of this cannot check in before 3pm business. Room was clean, large and well kitted it. Very minimalistic theme, very white but we loved that. We also had a bath within our room which was a really nice feature. Breakfast and wifi both including within the price. Didn't touch the mini bar only because we're aware of the Pacha club drinks prices and couldn't find a mini bar menu. The hotel is certainly old and has been refurbished but does show signs of its age, very Art Decoz. We would stay here again

Great hotel with no shouting idiot clubbers. However, the floors are concrete so there is some noise from other rooms, but mostly people were considerate.

The hotel does need a lick of paint and new carpets but it's not a deal breaker, it's still nice enough. Just a bit worn now.

This hotel is very impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful, but don't get in your way. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very laidback atmosphere, and you can also get into Pacha free, bypassing the queues! Would recommend.

The number one perk of El Hotel Pacha is that you get free entry to club Pacha even when they have famous DJs playing (while my stay there, they range from 50 to 70 Euros depending on the night).
The restaurant next to the club is upscale and food is excellent but expensive (but it's Ibiza so...) although the hostess could improve been nicer.
Talamanca beach is within walking distance.
The breakfast was awesome and everything was fresh.

Reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Thankfully the restaurant staff were lovely.

This was my 29th visit to Ibiza, but my first stay at El Hotel. It is by far the best hotel in Ibiza that I've stayed in. My brother and I were staying just a couple of nights to celebrate our birthdays and we were able to check in immediately, despite arriving early at 9am. The staff were all fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay special (decorating the room with balloons / banners on our birthday and a bottle of cava and fresh fruit waiting for us in the room when we returned at the end of the day). The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the hotel is spotless. Breakfast by the pool each morning was excellent and the room keycard enabled us to get into the club each night without paying or queuing. The hotel is ideally situated for Pacha and Booom nightclubs, the Cavalli lounge, Cipriani and the marina. The centre of town is also just a pleasant walk or short taxi or boat ride away. A great place to stay that I'll be returning to and recommending to my friends.

The hotel was located in the marina district which was great, close to all the off season hotspots so to speak (sushipointe, pacha club, boom). excellent breakfast included with stay. Hotel room itself had a minimalist design but could do with an upgrade.....the hotel is rated 4 stars but it is NOT a 4 star level hotel when it comes to details.....overall i had a comfortable stay but it was more like a 3 star hotel rather than 4 star (I found this hotel to be overly hyped up).

Planning to Party? Great. If not, Find alternative

Visited Ibiza in January 2014 for two nights... known for being extremely quiet at this time.
Staff were pleasant, with a relaxed, yet polite attitude. No complaints there.
Room was sparse but obviously very modern- thats what you sign up for when booking here, so no big surprise.
Paper thin walls (interior and exterior) is a BIG problem…
The first night we could hear music coming from a nearby building, on the port maybe, until 2am.
The second night, we discovered our neighbour was clearly was a night owl, with constant & very loud talking/shouting either at a female 'companion', or perhaps he was on the phone- either way, our neighbours 'companion' barely conversed. this went on throughout the night, until at least 4:30am. We called reception twice to complain and each time, they dutifully called our noisy neighbour, but sadly this encouraged him more and he obviously felt it was amusing to increase his volume. Perhaps it might have been nice for the hotel to offer us another room, but in the middle of the night all you want to do is get to sleep so we did not push for this.
To make matters worse, the club night at Pacha Club over the road was open for business as usual and even though the Pacha Hotel is a few hundred metres away, we had no clue that you could actually hear the music in your hotel room throughout the night…
Why on earth diid we stay there, I hear you say? So little choice out of season and even as a frequent visitor to Ibiza even I did not know!

Worst internet ever....

Cool spot - friendly staff / But they told me to complain so I am ... The internet at the hotel kicks u out after 5 minutes so u constantly have to enter in a code that is impossible to remember ..and a password with it that was just as hard. And when your on ... Dial up speed .. 56k at most.... I would get a better signal walking around town from restaurants I ate at - I was just so backwards ...

Also - Had a friend join me for two nights ... They charged me 70 euros extra a night that was for admittance to the club which we didnt go ( on those nights !! Love pasha though ) and breakfast we never ate -

Staffs cool !! Rooms comfy !!

Good location. Around 5-10 minutes by Taxi to Playa den Bossa beaches and to Ibiza Town. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Hotel is 10 years old and this is noticeable as it is a little run down, yet still well-maintained. The biggest advantage the hotel has is that your name is automatically put on the guest list of Pacha Night Club, which gives you free admission.

Hotel is conveniently located, pool area was nice and quiet, staff was courteous and helpful, restaurant was very good although perhaps a bit pricey. Overall I felt it was a good decision to stay there my one night on the island.

The hotel was very nice and welcoming. We were offered a complimentary welcome drink at the bar and free entry into the Pacha nightclub. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were huge, all in white and very clean. The breakfast was great - good fresh food and great selection.

Hotel Pacha was excellent, beautiful, modern and across the street from Pacha the club.
Staff was great and very helpful. My one dinner in the hotel was really good. WOuld definitely stay here again. I miss Ibiza.

****Pacha **** Me I'm Famous!!!

Great location and entry to the club was super easy! The rooms were clean, but a few things could use updating. The front desk staff could be a bit more inviting. Overall, I would reccommend this hotel.
