Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach.

Terrible hotel
This hotel is totally different to that shown on its website. There are no pretty lights outside that illuminate it. It is described as being comfy & stylish, it is any thing but. There is no restaurant, save a room where they serve a cold breakfast. There is no bar, there are no mattress’s for the sun beds, no amenities at all. This is certainly not a four star hotel. We feel we were totally fooled by their website and although we had paid for a 4 night relaxing break, we had to leave after only one night.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our 3 weeks in Italy, this is by far the nicest, and Paolo and his family are really great hosts and very fine people. It's the perfect place to unwind and take in the sun and incredible seafood, the hotel pool and gardens are very beautiful.

This hotel was not busy at all during our stay. The rooms were satisfactory but quite basic. The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions courteously. The breakfast provided was very satisfactory but not of the same quality as other 4 stars that we stayed at during our vacation.

L'albergo pur avendo grandi potenzialità, era al di sotto di quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. L'arredamento delle stanze è fin troppo minimalista, ma sono grandi e pulite. La piscina è bella, ma il bar è praticamente inutile visto la scarsa offerta disponibile. Insomma potrebbero migliorare molto.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto questa bella struttura per fare una vacanza al mare ad Avola. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, entrando molto verde con ampio parcheggio due bellissime piscine e poi la splendida e cordiale accoglienza da parte dei receptionists due simpaticissimi ragazzi! Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Servicio de comida y cena en edificio anexo con precios normales. Buena zona de piscina. Solo dis cosas como critica; en la piscina hamacas defectuosas e incómodas. Desayuno muy básico, aunque si bien es cierto, por 8 € tampoco ae puede pedir mucho mas.

Un hôtel très propre et une hôtesse d'accueil super, qui connait tout sur la région et donne de très bonnes informations. Début octobre c'est le début de la morne saison et la piscine (en photo) n'était pas praticable. De même la quasi totalité des chambres sont disponibles.
Hôtel situé proche de la mer, mais nécessite une voiture pour y aller. 2 possibilités de plage le "Lido d'Avola" qui est le mieux car des restaurants excellents donnent sur la plage et le "Lido de Notto" sans restaurants mais une camionnette de "gelatis" et d'eau...

La posizione è strategica, ideale per chi vuole raggiungere in auto le principali attrazioni della zona (Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi) e le località balneari più belle della Sicilia orientale. Colazione da pagare a parte, (che avevamo deciso di pagare per comodità), ma rivelatasi un flop, dato che i cornetti nn erano coperti e vi ronzavano le mosche sopra..che dire..se gestito meglio puó rendere molto di più!

Отличный отель. Уже не маленькая резиденция, но и еще не большой резорт - так что большая территория, хороший бассейн и ресторан здесь прекрасно соседствует с доброжелательным и душевным персоналом. Управляющий почти всегда на рабочем месте и всегда всем помогает. Само здание новое, контрастирует с окружающими пейзажами, выглядит здесь словно из будущего. Перед входом большая парковка - без места не останешься.
Номера просторные и чистые, у каждого номера свой балкончик, ванная комната действительно целая комната, а не маленькая подсобка. Придраться можно разве что к кондиционеру - работает очень шумно. Так же хотелось бы видеть чайный набор или хотя бы просто чайник в номере. Ну и платный сейф в номере - по мне это атавизм, особенно когда ты заявляешь 4 звезды.
С утра всего за 5е с человека можно очень вкусно позавтракать - нам даже не хотелось искать что-то другое. Бассейн большой, лежаков было достаточно, присутствует зелень и два симпатичных котенка:)
Расположение без машины так себе, но это совершенно нормально для Сицилии. До моря или ресторанчиков идти минут 15, но это по грязной дороге без тротуара, впечатление так себе. Так что лучше не экспериментировать. В пределах получаса множество отличных пляжей, включая шикарный пляж в нац. заповеднике. Так же это отличная точка, с которой удобно знакомиться со всей юго-восточной Сицилией. До базы на Этне примерно 2 часа пути.
Номера просторные и чистые, у каждого номера свой балкончик, ванная комната действительно целая комната, а не маленькая подсобка. Придраться можно разве что к кондиционеру - работает очень шумно. Так же хотелось бы видеть чайный набор или хотя бы просто чайник в номере. Ну и платный сейф в номере - по мне это атавизм, особенно когда ты заявляешь 4 звезды.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Hotel Paclà dal 10 al 15 Agosto 2017.
Tutto e' iniziato perfettamente, con un check in rapido, cortese e molto informativo. La stanza era ampia, pulitissima, molto confortevole e molto ben arredata. Il servizio di pulizia e' stato puntualissimo, rapido e con una grande attenzione ai dettagli.
Il Sig. Paolo e la Sua famiglia si sono premurati di consigliarci su dove andare e cosa vedere, spiegarci i punti salienti della zona ed i siti di interesse, con cortesia e con una grande conoscenza del territorio. Questo ci ha permesso di goderci i vari siti circostanti al meglio. I consigli sulle spiagge da visitare ed anche il prestito di un ombrellone ci ha permesso di fare una vacanza senza pensieri alla logistica.
La colazione e' ottima e varia e sebbene non abbia personalmente utilizzato il ristorante (cosa di cui mi pento), perche' a noi piace molto uscire la sera, vedendo i piatti serviti e sentendo i commenti degli ospiti mi sono convinto che ci siamo persi una cucina veramente speciale.
Il Sig. Paolo e la Sua famiglia sono stati sempre estremamente professionali, ma con quella rara combinazione che si ha quando una struttura e' professionale ma molto famigliare.
Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti e francamente non ci si poteva aspettare di meglio o di piu, visto che tutto e' stato semplicemente perfetto. Spero di visitarLi ancora presto, magari in primavera, quando la Sicilia sara' nuovamente in fiore.

IL personale è gentile e per quanto riguarda la pulizia impeccabile,all'interno della struttura,
ma gli arredi non sono per niente come illustrati.
aria condizionata all'interno dell'albergo assente,in camera quasi assente con termostato rotto,gli arredi scadenti,rotti e di bassa qualità,le mattonelle del bagno rotte per terra,la tenda che cadeva(perchè rotta),letti e materassi separati nonostante fosse una camera matrimoniale!
una volta recatoci in piscina,le sdraio sporche posizionate alla rinfusa,l'acqua della piscina sporca,nonostante c'erano solo 2 clienti,fredda e senza idromassaggio,quando abbiamo chiesto se era possibile metterlo in funzione ci è stato risposto che funzionava a timer,ma dopo 2 ore e mezza ancora aspettavamo che si attivasse,con insetti morti che galleggiavano nell'acqua,abbiamo chiesto un posacenere e 2 aperitivi ,ma il servizio lento con cocktail caldi,una volta arrivati non avevamo un tavolino dove appoggiare il vassoio ,nessuno che venisse a chiedere se servisse qualcosa o se fosse tutto apposto,il vassoio l'abbiamo riportato dentro noi,una volta rientrati ci è stato chiesto dove fossero le asciugamani date in dotazione!
Sicuramente per essere essere un 4 stelle non merita,viaggiando tanto ospite abituali in hotel 3 o 4 stelle a confronto con l'hotel paclà il servizio non è paragonabile a un 4 stelle!
