This is probably the best hotel in Sweden - not exaggerating. Lovely minimalist Scandinavian design across the hotels, splendid amenities with rooftop pool and a gym with just enough equipment, great breakfast emphasizing local specialties and locally-produces delicacies, amazing bistro and restaurant - and always world class service. I have probably stayed here 4-5 times and I have never experienced any form of disappointment. Please visit!

My 3rd visit and each time I leave feeling like I won’t go back. Bottom line is that I think it’s overpriced for what you get. And the staff is courteous but it feels like I’m disturbing them by asking a question. They definitely don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

PM is one of very few hotels in the area that provide a truly qualitative experience. We stay at PM several times per year when we are visiting family in the area and have never been disappointed in either comfort, food or service. The only thing worth checking before your stay is the opening hours of the restaurants and bars at the hotel as they are not always what you might expect from a luxurious and well managed hotel like PM. You will want to eat at the hotel, the food is splendid so make sure to check and plan accordingly.

Snyggt designat hotell mitt i stan. Hög standard. Men frukost serveras längs en bardisk vilket betyder att barn och folk i rullstol behöver hjälp. Väldigt \"snygg\" frukost men aningen begränsat utbud. Behöver mer färsk frukt, äggröran lite vattnig och smaklös och hade nog inte gjorts på grädde. Trevligt med ostkaka i en liten skål. Toppenfrukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sent på kvällen hördes förbipasserande och musik från barer in på rummet.
Vi ville besöka spa-avdelningen men lät bli. Kvällen var sval och vi fann inget gemensamt utrymma att koppla av i före och efter badet förutom utomhus.
Men i lvrigt ett hotell vi gillade väldigt mkt.

Dålig incheckning med bristande info och svarar inte i telefon när man ringer. tog över 15 minuter att hitta rummet. Rums numret fanns inte utan bara ett namn som jag inte fick reda på vid incheckning.Bra service på frukosten. Sakande dock annan hårdost än bara Grevé.
Saknar verkligen skohorn på rummet. mycket viktigare än regnkappa.
