Love the stay there, nice ocean view, and very helpful and attentive hotel staff. There's a golf cart that brings you and the luggage from car park to the hotel lobby 👌
The down side is hotel parking is not free, which is pretty common in all hotels in Okinawa.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Beach is a little underwhelming compared to photos, especially when the tide is out. Hotel restaurant options were ok. Would definitely recommend renting a car as there is not much around the hotel. Overall would stay again.

The property is almost 2hrs away from Naha airport. And although the property is clean and safe, and very close to beach and snorkeling reef area, the reliance on public transportation limited our mobility. The property should provide their own frequent shuttles to Nago and other close places of interests. The food was good but lacked vegetarian options. The laundry facility was detached from property and had limited washers and dryers.
The yukatas provided were very good.
Overall we loved our stay at the property

- Biggest offence: charging for sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach. This is the first time I’ve heard of a beachside resort charging for sunbeds (for an insane price too). On my last day there were no sunbeds left, so the staff offered to give me a chair (a normal outdoor chair with no arms) to put under an umbrella at the same price I’d pay for the sunbeds. Mind you, they collect the sunbeds at 17:00. Sunset is at 19:00.

- The hotel takes advantage of the fact that there are no restaurants nearby by charging high prices for average, medium-sized meals at their restaurants. Room service is even more expensive for some reason.

- The last order at the restaurants is at 21:00 for some reason.

- The wi-fi is extremely slow.

Overall, a fat disappointment. I probably spent as much as I paid for the room on meals, sunbeds, and the hotel’s transport from the airport. Everything felt extortionately priced for only medium quality. On top of that, the hotel didn’t accommodate for 9 floors of guests. There were only 20 sets of sunbeds at their 1 pool, and 3 restaurants with limited space.

A rip-off through and through.

(Also, I know this wasn’t the hotel’s fault but I have to mention it: on my last night at dinner, a group of Americans got into a heated argument that almost turned physical. There was shouting, swearing, and use of slurs. Just a heads-up as to what to expect from the crowd the hotel attracts.)

Great option for activities, highly recommend jet skiing and snorkelling. beach direct access. swimming pool and jacuzzi great. however you would need to pay parking if brinigng a car which is not good as the per day rate are quite high. hilton should not charge for parking.

Very disappointed with the room that was not ideal for 4 beds. One of the beds was directly below the lamps and with all the switches behind the pillow, how to sleep? The hotel should not sell such small room for 4 pax.
The plus point is the flask provided for water dispensing that reduces the use of bottled water.

Wonderful!!! This resort is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and every other positive adjective!! The food was great too! If there’s a con it would be that you have to go and ask for an adult beverage while by the pool but that’s not a big deal especially if you’re not a drinker! Great private walkable beach too. Just book the darn thing and enjoy your stay 😊

My wife and I stayed one night. Had a nice, spacious room on the 4th floor with a small balcony (partial ocean view). Very comfortable bed. Nice shower / tub room. The front-desk staff were very kind. A guest will certainly need a car as there is nothing (no outside restaurants) near this hotel (parking is 1,500 yen per night). Would gladly stay here again. Sesoko Beach is fine to swim and snorkel at high tide. Best snorkeling is at Minnajima Island, a few kilometers off shore. Easy ferry connection at nearby Toguchi Port.Hilton Hotel is very nice with a very good Italian restaurant.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony is one you could never get tired of. Beach access from the hotel as well as both an outdoor and indoor pool if for some reason you get tired of the ocean. There are multiple dining options that are solid and convenient as there isn’t much else around the hotel itself. Staff are great and are fluent in English. Room was spacious, bathroom is large and having the balcony is great. The view and gorgeous beach were worth the price alone, everything else was an added bonus.

We had an ocean view room, and it was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Access to the beach was great, and the pools were nice. They provided beach towels and other swimming equipment for young kids. Very warm and accommodating staff. The place was quiet and secluded.

It’s a great hotel. But charging extra for premium wifi is ridiculous.

There is no schedule on when the beach will open too and the staff don’t even know. So now you’re limited to the pool which is amazing.

At least put a notice on your hotel site that your beach equipment is not available until the beach opens.

Consider other properties like ANA Intercontinental, Grand Mercure.

A nice surprise, the perfect getaway in Okinawa, located in a slice of paradise, with a white sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise waters sheltered by a small reef only a few steps away and stunning views will keep you feeling at peace for days, don’t forget the mesmerising sunsets each evening.

The rooms are spacious, all ocean facing to relish the everlasting views and adorned with large balconies and bathtubs.

You have a coffee shop, 3 restaurants and bar onsite, we sampled the cocktails and coffee and both were excellent, and enjoyed lunches and dinners in all 3 restaurants and were impressed by the quality and delicious dishes.

Make sure you book the steak restaurant to enjoy the sunset with a glass of champagne while watching the ocean waves break over the white sandy beach.

A bonus to also have access to an onsite coin laundry, this was very convenient.

A special mention to the lovely Deepak for the warmest of welcomes and over and above level of service, thank you Deepak! You made our stay.

The entire team are full of smiles and a warm energy, you will definitely enjoy your stay and feel at home.

From HK and I could only communicate in english. And all staff speak very well and can easily communicate. Once I return hotel with lots of shopping bags, the staff decided to pick me up from the car park and drove me in a golf cart back to the hotel entrance. It really gives me a feeling of welcome and understanding. Most importantly, the beach exclusive to the hotel is fantastic and walkable. Must return here again.

注意点２、ウエルカムドリンクの代わりにアイスクリームくれるが、１グループ２個。３人以上も2個…
アイス食べている間にしつこく勧誘されます。
グランドバケーションズの説明会に誘導します。
その説明会はもっとしつこく勧誘されるみたい。
今後はヒルトン選ぶ優先順位はかなり低くなるかな。

客室は清潔で、客室のユニットバスも広く快適でした。

毎週末に上がる花火が殆どの部屋から見えるそうですが、それが見えない部屋だったのが少し残念でした。あと、朝食ビュッフェはとても美味しかったのですが、かなり混んでいる時間帯だったので、15分ほど待ち時間があり、60分制だったのも少し残念でした。

Super schönes Hotel, ganz toller Strand und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.
Zu Fuß ist es schwer die Häfen zu erreichen, dauert ca. 1 Stunde, ein kostenloser Shuttlebus fährt ca. allen 3-4 Stunden vom Hotel ab.
Die Cocktails sind super die Happy Hour ist spitze und das Personal ist fantastisch und unglaublich freundlich, wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt!

昨年3泊に続き、今年２回目の宿泊で4泊しました。今回はエグゼクティブフロア予約だったため、ラウンジ利用も含まれておりました。ラウンジは初めての利用でしたが、幾つか改善してくれたら良いなと思う点がありましたので記載します。まず、朝食は一階アマハジよりも静かにゆっくり食べられ大変気に入りました◎沖縄そばや、ポー玉などもう少しメジャーな沖縄フードがあっても良いかなと思いました。次はデイタイムですが、これは残念かなと思いました。軽食といってもサーターアンダギーとおかき、アイスしかなかったです。フルーツや、ミニサンドウィッチ、ミニホットドッグなど簡単なハンディフードがあっても良いかと思いました。またディナーは沢山の方が同じ時間に来られることから、大変混雑します。早めに行くことをおすすめします。またメニューは毎日少し変わるものの、大きく変わることはなかったです。４日もいると飽きがでてきます。お酒メニューは割と豊富ですが、ノンアルコールメニューは缶コーラ、さんぴん茶、アップルジュース、オレンジジュースといった物しかなかったです。ノンアルメニューも缶で良いので、ジンジャエールやエナジードリンクなどもあると良いかと思いました。冷房がとにかく効きまくってるので、女性は長袖の羽織りを持参した方が良いかと思います。全体にはヒルトン瀬底は大好きなホテルなので、また利用します。次回ラウンジ利用の機会があれば、上記記載内容が少しでも改善されることを願います。

初の沖縄旅行、3泊4日お世話になりました。

今回カムチャッカ半島の津波の影響により海水浴は出来ませんでしたが、ホテルからのキレイな景色やエグゼクティブラウンジでのゆっくりと寛げるひとときに大変癒されました。

掃除の行き届いたキレイな空間での滞在もとても大満足の旅行となりました。
働く方々の姿も笑顔が素敵で心地良い時間を過ごす事が出来た事、大変感謝しております。

離島らしく美しいロケーションは最高

子供連れの家族が多く、常にプールが賑わっている。私たちのような夫婦でのんびり過ごしたい層にはやや不向きかも。客室数に対してプールの広さは充分ではない。宿泊者からも駐車場料金を取るのは、このリゾートのアクセスの不便さを考えると少し不親切な印象。スタッフの数も充分ではなく、必要なサービスが手薄な印象。

オーシャンビューの部屋から、海とプールを見下ろす景色はサイコーでした。ただ、天気に恵まれず、サンセット見れなかったのは、残念でした。また、サンセット見に行きたいと思います。

Very good hotel in North Okinawa

We really liked this hotel because it is nearby the aquarium.
The room was super clean, modern and the staffs are kindly.
We also loved the firework which was proceeded on Saturday.
Highly recommend this hotel.
