Ive preregister at past 3:30pm as the checked in is at 4pm, front desk said ill receive text at 4pm for the room number. Our room
is seperated from the hotel building and located across the main hotel Bldg but also seperated from the rooms across the hotel building. I called front desk at 4:10pm as I still
dont have the room number but placed me on hold so i decided to go to front desk and ask my room number, they gave it to me at 4:19pm and said that front desk was busy so she was not able to give to me the room number, why dont give it to me when im pre regestering at past 3:30pm and no one is in the room and its already clean, they dont want you to check in early but they want you to wait and waterparks hrs from 8am to 6pm. We went to Land of Natura before 5pm as we checked in late but land of natura is announcing at 5:30pm that theyre closing , so we stayed there for more than 30 mins only. To enjoy the waterpark the minimum stay is 2 days ( marketing strategy) because when you checked in past 40pm you cannot go to waterpark anymore.

The location can’t be beat, right along river walk, close to downtown dells! The amenities on the Vue property were okay small indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool across the street with the motel units, overall well maintained and the aloha beach facility was lovely! Staff didn’t explain where our room was and there are multiple buildings across the street. Room was just fine and beds the same. No issue there. Sink faucet had no strainer on it so it splattered everywhere. Had to wait forever to get water to come out of the shower and then it barely came out and was barely warm. If I turned hotter it would shut off completely. I tried everything. Very disappointing. No water or coffee around. Pay for everything. For this price, it should be much better. I spent too much to take a cold, tear drop shower and not even have basic drinks or guidance.

The view of river was amazing, well worth the extra bucks. Hot tub was better than most of the more expensive resorts. 5 star hot tub!! Staff was amazing, helpful on the spot. They offer so many useful amenities. Free drink at bar when check in. For the price a must to stay. Plus its a 6 min walk to downtown Dells...Beds were super comfy. Ill b back

The room was average, some issues with being maintained- shower head leaked, when we used on site laundry dryer didnt dry- but wasnt too upset as it was free and we were leaving the next day was only washing so i didn't have to do it when we got home. Would've been nice if both bedrooms had dressers as there was only 1 for 2 bedrooms. And hooks anywhere in the room would've been nice to hang towels. Loved location to walk downtown. Free entry to Land of Natura and timbavati wildlife park were both great. Given 2 free drinks but did not use. Was also nice that we could go to any of their resorts and use the amenities!

The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season.

We stay here everytime we come to the Dells. Which is probably 3 times a year. We love this hotel. Always clean, the beds are very comfortable. And we like the location. On the water and within walking distance, on the beautiful Riverwalk,to the downtown strip.

The room was clean. The lighting was not great in the room. Good luck getting ready by the light over the mirror and the sink did not have a stopper. The check in waiver is a little odd. They need to do a better job of explaining why you have to sign a release. (They own other properties which do have water attractions.

Location is beautiful, being right on the river. Ideal for taking boat cruises that leave from the location. Beautiful deck to eat or have drinks from. On the river walk to downtown Wisconsin dells makes it an easy walk to those attractions, restaurants and bars without needing to drive and park.

While the hotel portion is located across the street from main hotel it offered a great location.
The hotel is older but had a comfy bed, AC and use of all Natura amenities.
Included in your stay is admission to Land of Natura waterpark & treetop trail.
The Vue hotel is located along the river. An easy walk into Wisconsin Dells. Shopping, boat cruises, restaurants nearby. The sunset cruise is located next door to property.

I arrived early at noon and checked and they said my room wouldn't be ready until the check in time of 4pm. I went and went and enjoyed the beach this property offers and then returned at 4pm. I was told by a different woman at the check in desk that check in was between 4pm and 11pm and that they didn't guarantee a specific time that the room would be available. She said she thought it my room would be available in 15-20 minutes. They would text me. I decided to walk down the river walk down to the downtown area. Well my room was ready for another hour. I think the check in process is a big problem and gets the stay off to a negative start. The room was very nice and clean. The Aloha Beach is wonderful. Great for a family. The waterfall swimming area that you see in the picture is a different location and it was very disappointing when compared to the pictures. It is a small, man made area in the middle of a parking lot.

It is a clean hotel but is in need of renovation for example the ac in the wall had gaps so you could see outside meaning poor insulation and the means forr bugs and bees to get in the room moisture and wind or heat. the carpets were very old and outdated. Cool there's a Starbucks (i dont like starbucks) but no coffee in the room or lobby so thats disappointing. I like the wrist bands however the mile long check in was not great so many questions the wavier should be done at the Waterpark not check in

Location was great, walkable to downtown. Room was ok, nothing special. River view but no access to a balcony which was disappointing. All of the staff we dealt with were great. The bar and drink selection was good. Food was a huge disappointment. We tried a pizza at night, it was terrible. Tastes like tomato paste instead of pizza sauce. Breakfast was worse. Pancakes had a sour taste, they were remade and still had the sour taste. My husband ended up sick all day from them. The eggs Benedict would have been better if both eggs had been poached. One was perfect and the other was over cooked and looked like it was made in a microwave. The hashbrowns as well as the biscuit and gravy were cold. Would never splurge for this place again. The room was expensive and the whole stay definitely was a disappointment.

During the week of our stay, it was very quiet and relaxing! (Right after Mother’s Day)
We got a room on the bottom floor facing the river - amazing views! The sunsets were beautiful!
The lanai was spacious with access to the docks.
We saw people fishing or just relaxing on the beaches provided.

As far as the room itself, we had comfy beds, microwave and fridge. We brought our food so that was perfect. They had plenty of drawer space to put your clothes in. A nice tub with shower. Limited TV channels, but we still enjoyed watching it when winding down for the evening.
Overall, it was clean and cozy! Such friendly staff.

Finally, we received a free pass for the zoo and that was one of the highlights of the trip! So fun!! We fed a giraffe, goats, llamas and parakeets!

We definitely recommend this place!

We had the 3 queen bed room which was great! Beds were clean and comfortable, view of river was nice. Would have liked it if the restaurant was open during the week days of our stay but understand it was not prime season yet and price of room was super reasonable! Room included free tickets for Timbavati which was awesome too. Overall I would stay there again.

Be sure to get a river view room here, it is wonderful! I'd also suggest going the extra bit for the balcony so you can sit outside. Room without balcony has windows that do not open, and only a rolling office chair for an extra spot to sit.

Nice place, but the bathrooms are really, really small. And the blankets are closer to thick sheets than anything. For the price, it was worth it. There is also very limited parking spaces. Not sure if it was because we were in the off season for the Dells, but breakfast is only available during the weekends, so I had to go elsewhere to eat in the morning.

This location is the most layed back luxury hotel on the North River just outside of all the commotion. This view of the river is so wide, that it's unreal that 2 blocks down it's tourist chaotic. Maybe 8 minute walk down to the original main drag along the river. Come back to an absolute gorgeous view. If you are a couple that wants a premium room to get away so easily, please look into THE VUE.

We went for spring break, family friendly the pool was fun for us to enjoy. The other guests were kind. My favorite part was the river, the view and balcony made it the perfect get away. Enjoyed the Wisconsin Dells activities while also enjoying nature.

This hotel feels quite outdated, and the staff were neither accommodating nor welcoming. A major disappointment was the restaurant being closed, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, the indoor pool was freezing. When I brought this up, the staff member insisted the heater was on, even though he had just arrived for his shift. While the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the jets were completely non-functional, making it little more than a soaking tub.
Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear people talking, plus slamming doors. Small bathroom, lack of lighting to get ready near bathroom. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually very comfortable, which we appreciated and we loved the view from our balcony.

Our stay was ok. The beds were comfortable. The place is pretty dated but upkeep was good. The walls are very thin, we could hear loud snoring from the room next door most nights of our stay & the door to the exit outside slammed whenever someone used it. You have to schedule housekeeping ahead of time, which is fine, but when they came, they only replaced towels, not the coffee or cups.
The hot tub & pool were nice. The onsite restaurant & Starbucks were ok but not open much.

Room was very clean. Super quiet, even being right by the elevator. I heard people slightly a few times but nothing major.
At check-in the gal was super friendly. After my last 2 hotel stays, I was cranky with “residents” being mixed in with guests and being kept up all night.
They do not allow long term or repeated bookings for same person.
Definitely will be staying here for my future conferences that are planned on annual basis!

the Room was newly remodeled. Property was clean and all of the staff was very nice. However, they put on a shower rod that the bathroom door would hit when you opened and closed it. There was a hole by the new heating air conditioning unit that you could literally see outside, the listing on hotels.com indicated complimentary breakfast, but there was only breakfast on Saturday and we had to pay for it.
