Зручно, швидко

Не працював кондиціонер, здається що це були налаштування від готелю. Вікно відчинити не варіант - шум від дороги.
А в цілому готель новий, гарна тераса для вечері, багато місця для паркування.

Everything was very good except that our ac did not work. It was a nice day and cool night so it was OK. Parking is excellent, breakfast was good, and the people are helpful and nice. Very modern and clean.

The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room. There is room for improvement. Breakfast was good.

It's a good deal considering the very low price, one cannot expect too much. The bed and the bathroom were very clean. The room was a bit dark (burned-out reading lamp above the bed). The breakfast was good. Check-in was strictly at 3 p.m. (not earlier). Overall you got what you paid for!

Manual check-in not a minute before 3 PM

The hotel requires manual check at 3 PM, not a minute before. No one is there if you're attempting to check in early. By 2:55 several groups are already queued up to check in at the kiosk. The hotel is fine; the rooms have a sink and frig, the AC is very European, re tepid at best. Parking is free and easy. It's fine, just show up around 4 PM.

Air Conditioning didn't really work. Could only turn it down to 20°C and it didn't cool down the room at all. Had to open the windows at night and kept getting bug-bites.
Would've been better if AC worked or we at least got some water in the fridge. Bugscreens on the window wouldve been okay too. Kept waking up at 4am due to the busy street outside, having to close the windows again so I could get at least a little bit of sleep in.

Restaurant closed pretty early and no information on the page or app if there was someplace inside the hotel where you could get something to drink. Tapwater wasn't enjoyable.

Bathroom was very nice, room was constantly clean and the TV was nice - sadly thought we could connect netflix or other streaming services since it said Smart-TV, but we only watched football or listened to some late night music.

Staff was barely seen, except for cleaning-staff in the mornings.

Very quiet place and safe, otherwise from my experience one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Even, they didn’t change the bedsheet and pillows cover during all my stay. So, disappointing from room cleaning service. Getting taxi from and to the hotel is not easy at all.

One night stop

One night stop driving north just minutes from the Autobahn with plenty parking. We had an apartment so we could cook which was ideal as the restaurant was closed due to corona. We also had our dog and that was fine because there is plenty grass and walking places nearby.

Der Checkin musste an einem Computer durchgeführt werden, da um 17:00 Uhr kein Personal andere Rezeption anwesend war. Mein Zimmer war optisch etwas schöner als dies eines B&B Hotels ich würde es als zweckmäßig beschreiben. Das Bett war einfach aber halbwegs bequem.Leider war es trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen, sehr warm in dem Zimmer, und die Klimaanlage förderte nur warme Luft. Ein Öffnen des Fensters war leider nicht möglich, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und nahe einer Bahntrasse liegt. Zudem war das Zimmer an einigen Stellen nicht wirklich sauber. Das Abendessen kann man so beschreiben: das Schnitzel war zu lange die Pommes zu kurz „gebraten“. Das Schnitzel könnte Convenience Ware gewesen sein. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich die Auswahl gering. Ich würde es zudem als nicht sehr hochwertig beschreiben. Zudem fehlte die Beschriftung einzelner Produkte. Preislich gesehen, war das Hotel fair. Dennoch hätte ich mir mehr Qualität erhofft, da die Außenwirkung mehr verspricht, als innen geboten wird. Also kein Goldstandard. Ich werde zumindest bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Rosenheim ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Für das einchecken mussten wir in das Restaurant gehen und eine Dame gab uns die Zimmerkarten.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch lief viel Wasser bei der Dusche raus. Somit stand die Toilette danach unter Wasser.
Das Bad war leider nicht so sauber und das Laken hatte auch Flecken.
Die Kissen waren sehr klein und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig.
Gut waren die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten und die gute Anbindung an die Autobahn.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist das Geld nicht wert. Beschränkte Auswahl wenn man nicht sehr früh (nur bis 9:30Uhr) da ist. Am ersten Tag noch ein Ei am zweiten Tag kein Ei. Rührei, was ist das? Die angebotenen Käsescheiben waren so gut wie nicht von einander zu trennen. Der Kaffeeautomat wurde pünktlich um 9:30 Uhr gereinigt und das Buffet abgeräumt. Super toll, wir waren enttäuscht.

The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked 2 rooms. 1 for my partner and 1 for me. Unfortunately the ventilation on the room for my partner did not work, which made the room very humid and it smelled like that on a very hot summer day. My partner went to the reception and requested if she could get a different room. The lady a the reception was not very helpful, as you book a room and expect everything to work properly. They could not give a proper service. For my partner to get a different room I had to cancel the complete booking tru Expedia, which ment that I would cancel my room too. It was apparently so difficult to assign my partner to a different room which a small additional cost. For us it was not a problem of paying additional cost, but a problem of the lady being so difficult. Also I had to hear that she could not do it any another way and that the manager was not reachable to discuss the issue. But when I mentioned I can't cancel the booking because I paid for the 2 rooms in one payment and it would cancel mine room too. Then it was suddenly possible to call the manager talk about the issue and just assign my partner a new room with proper ventilation. This whole ordeal could have been avoided when the lady just did it immediately. Mind you it was super hot that day so yes ventilation was very important to have. They lack a proper service to the customer even for something a basic as this.

Sehr gut. Modernes Hotel in Nähe zur Autobahn. Super Rooftopbar und Restaurant. Patrick ist der Beste. Ich glaube er schläft nie, weil er sich die ganze Zeit im ganzen Hotel um alles kümmert. Vom Checkin über servieren im Restaurant bis zum Cocktail mixen in der Bar oben!

Hauptsache optisch ist alles schön...

Gebucht war nur eine Nacht da wir auf Durchreise waren, wenn man abends gegen 20:30 ankommt, hat man auch leider im zugehörigen Restaurant keine Chance mehr auf essen, da es 21:00 schließt. So waren wir gezwungen uns nochmal auswärts was zu suchen...
Check-in & -out waren sehr unpersönlich da es an einem iPad erfolgte. ( bei Problemen konnte man Angestellte im Restaurant fragen-das war positiv)

Wenn man nicht genauer hinschaut, sieht auch alles ganz hübsch aus, aber auf den zweiten Blick schimmelte der Lüfter im Bad & die Fugen in der Dusche, an der schwarzen Wand befand sich ne dicke Staubschicht...und naja, weiße Socken sollte man auch nicht tragen.
Da wir super müde waren, hängten wir das \"Do Not disturb\" Schild an die Tür, da wir ausschlafen wollten & kein Frühstück gebucht hatten...-dies wurde von den Reinigungskräften halt einfach ignoriert, 8:00 klopfte es zum ersten Mal 08:30 zum zweiten Mal...

Für uns auf jeden Fall nicht geeignet.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und wenn die Bar geöffnet hat, ist der Blick in die Berge toll. Allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, mit dem Bus ist es ganz schwer zu erreichen. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant sind klimatisiert, was im Sommer super ist. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

War ganz zufrieden

Ich hatte angemommen, dass an der Rezeption jemand arbeitet. Man musste selber einchecken. War eine falsche Annahme von mir, vielleicht ist es auch in einer Email gestanden. Zimmer schön und sauber. Bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Bei gekippten Fenster laut, weil direkt an großer Straße.

Wir hatten zum 1. Mal ein elektronisches Selbst-Einchecken. Das war etwas unvorbereitet ging aber ganz gut. Da beim Auschecken nur noch die Zimmerkarte in den Briefkasten kam war es etwas unpersönlich aber o.k. Leider gab es keine Kleiderbügel. Für die nassen Jacken wäre das aber scön gewesen. Unsauber, keine Rezeption & ohne Antwort

Zimmer waren staubig und Haare auf dem Bett sowie Blutflecken? auf dem Bettlaken. Ekelhaft. Da es keine Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Self Check-In) gibt, wurde per Mail und mehrfach telefonisch versucht das Problem zu schildern um eine Lösung zu erreichen. Jedoch ohne Erfolg. Telefon hob niemand ab - EMail blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Gebucht war ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer und ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Beide dieselbe Ausstattung; höherer Preis & kein Mehrwert.
