Horrible front desk, took more than 4 hours for check in. The poor woman at front desk was an angel but only 1 person checking people in. The \"gate keepers\" of the front desk lacked knowledge and kept sending people back to the kiosk that wasn't working correctly. It took 3 times through the line and over 4 hours to finally get a manager to assist. Also, loooong way from parking to lobby with luggage. No bell services or tools to make this better in 106 degrees.

I had to skip the question regarding “How helpful were the Staff” because we didn’t meet any apart from the time share desk who appeared friendly to unsuspecting guests but quickly try to offer incentives to sit through a seminar. We quickly and politely declined and to be far the time share representative was polite enough to just let us leave.

However everything else from the check in and check out was done via the app. I’m good with that and found it convenient but I can imagine anyone not tech savvy will find the whole process intimidating. Even printing out a physical room key was done by ourselves without any staff in sight.

We chose the refurbished room which basically meant the room had a touch up and second hand furniture from the MGM Grand. However the room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was massive and most importantly the room didn’t smell funny.

We stayed three nights during the weekend and paid in advance for parking at $20 per night. This was totally worth the price as this meant we could park at all MGM owned hotels.

The gym was well equipped but busy. Opening hours were 6am to 6pm and it was already busy when i visited at 6:15am. Shame it’s can’t be open for 24 hours.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was cheap but the hotel was on the Strip and convenient.

The location is awesome, especially if you’re attending an event at Allegiant. The price itself was decent for Vegas. The hotel itself needs A LOT of TLC. It has so much potential, but you can tell it’s a very dated hotel. The room I had was clean, but there was no view of anything and the hallway leading to the room was very poorly lit and musty. Very old dank/casino smell. Overall, I liked the location and the free tram it provided to Mandalay for easier walking to Allegiant. Good for two nights.

This was the worst of my stays at this hotel. I used to stay here regularly, but the place has really gone downhill. There is a lack of maintenance throughout the property, and especially in the rooms. It is in very bad shape; they don't clean them properly. That was my last visit to this hotel. Very, very bad

This was my 7th time staying here. Always a good place to stay. Wrong room was given to me so had to go back to reception and get the correct room which was the new updated king. Stayed in same room before but this room was missing the arm chair and coffee table which was a disapointment but didn't want to go to reception again, apart from this and being given the wrong room in the wrong tower, I will of course stay here again.

The check in process was horrible. It was crowded and the hotel was severely understaffed we had to wait for an hour before we were able to get a room assigned. The room was very basic , bad television with broken pixels , the flush is not powerful in the toilet , the shower was good, but the linens and towels did not appreciate very clean. Either that or the linens were so old they had permanent stains. Not even a kettle or a bottle of water was provided. Do not recommend .

Great price, good hotel that is showing signs of its age here and there. It has an underlying remote smell of mold or age (I'm very sensitive to that smell). The hotel is conveniently located on the bus line from the airport - $2 vs the flat rate of $21 for an Uber, cab, etc. And is only 2.8 miles from the airport. The bus stop is just across the street from the property between it and New York, NY hotel on the northwest corner.

Every customer service interaction we had we felt like a burden. Reps on the phone leading up to our trip were awful - very unfriendly and unwilling to work with us to get rooms near eachother. Rude when we asked for a fridge. 0 ammennities in the room, shower did not drain. Poor overall experience and we will not be returning in the future.

I stayed in one of the \"newly renovated\" resort tower rooms. I'm not sure how much actual renovation had been done other than possibly some second hand furniture that was slightly more updated than what had previously been used but the room itself was fine for what it was. The bathroom could definitely use some upgrading. The steam fan did not appear to work well so the bathroom was filled with moisture after every shower which caused the fixtures to rust and appear unsightly. Overall, it was fine for what it was. It was clean which was the main thing but they could definitely put a little more effort into the appearance.

There really isn’t any staff available at the front desk to check the guest in. You have to use the kiosks and wait for a text to activate your room key. Parking is readily available and the only disappointment I had was the EV charging stations in the parking garage were all broken. The hotel is clean and the two staff members I did see were very friendly. I love the pool area.

WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Christine at the front check in was SOOOOO helpful and friendly. She made us feel totally welcome and helped us get organized with our two different rooms. I was surprised at the low price and the high quality. It is right on the strip and you can walk to stores, take the tram to places farther away on the strip. We are not into gambling or drinking. The pool and workout area was great. Staff was great. Food/Buffet was great. We went in May and so the weather was great. SHOWS: Of course we saw DONNY OSMOND (fourth time seeing the Osmond shows! 2nd time seeing him.) SO GOOD! He interacts with the audience brilliantly! I could totally go see him again. Michael Jackson live! We have seen both actors as \"Michael.\" The one from Brazil is our favorite actor-we love them both though! I could go see him again, too. We LOVED the Irish pub right across from the hotel. They had traditional band/singer and even an irish dancer! We were right next to the pyramid/blue man group on the other side.

First impression was a line of people past midnight, all being rude to the employees out of frustration, but the employees at the front desk helping everyone as fast as they could and still being polite. Room was fresh and clean. Casino felt safe and clean walking through. Every encounter with an employee was pleasant and friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable and it was an overall good stay the 2 nights I stayed. Look forward to staying here again.

The registration process was extremely frustrating and badly co-ordinated, requiring 5 steps to complete after being rejected from the automatic kiosk - despite the kiosk finding my reservation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is old and feels it. Food options, especially healthy food options, are limited. Staff was kind and supportive.

Can't go wrong with $3 Margs and $5 black jack. Property was pretty clean and after some exploring I was able to figure out how to get around efficently. I am not usually a fan of the MGM properties but I had fun here and there was plenty to do within the building. I would probably stay here again.

The room was semi clean but the restroom was disgusting! There was hair all over the shower from previous customers, the floor was filthy, too. I asked a housekeeper myself to please clean the restroom and shower and not to worry about the room. The shower stayed the same! Disgusting! She didn’t even touch it. She went on to tell me that customers make a mess and that it’s too much for them. I understand, but I didn’t get a discount do other customers’ behavior. I should get at least one night discount.

Within 24 hrs of my stay, I had to call housekeeping to clean the toilet bc there was a poop stain and the AC unit was spewing dust bc they had just cleaned it. There was a bug in the bathroom and the there was still another stain on the toilet. They are an old hotel and the staff are overwhelmed with the complaints and can’t handle it. Never stay here. Not worth it

Checkin is a joke! No humans to help until 100 people are having problems. Group of 5 rooms almost 2hrs to checkin. Had to get card reset 3 times and it didn’t work once opening the gate to drive out. No coffee pots! Super slow internet and bad tv reception table minimums change frequently. I would recommend Four Queens.

Desk attendant “Fabiana” and manager “Pam” were very rude, disrespectful and very poor employees. The room I paid for in the resort tower was not available and we had to take a crappy room in the king tower and then move!!
Hard for senior citizens to move luggage because of the hotels ineptitude.
