Family Sized, Clean and Welcoming.

The room was comfortable and clean. The ensuite provided all the facilities necessary to refresh oneself after a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very satisfying with a good selection. The restaurant is not open every evening but when it is open offers good, tasty food. I’d certainly recommend this hotel.

Generally a very good stay. One thing that is not mentioned is that, Covid-19 aside, the hotel restaurant is not open on a Sunday evening. We couldn’t find a restaurant open in the town either only mediocre takeaways. This should be in the detailed information so guests know to eat at lunch time.

Was an overnight stay on journey from Spain to Calais. Most expensive we stayed in and most disappointing. Bar consisted of 3 tables in foyer and drinks available overpriced. Restaurant open 7 till 9. We decided not to eat or drink there. Pillow on bed so hard ended up with stiff neck and had to sleep without one

A comfortable bed & good nights sleep

First time around using google directions from my phone I ended up 90Km away which was not impressive, but once I got top the hotel it was quiet, relaxed, comfortable. The folk on duty have been courteous, but I checked in late, and no English was spoken.
I used the hotel purely for a nights sleep, and for that it was perfect - comfortable and refreshing. On that basis I would be very happy to stay here again.

Was told by Expedia that check in was open from 2pm. Arrived at 4pm to find reception locked up and absolutely no one about. After several expensive phone calls we managed to get someone to come at 5pm and check us in only to be told the restaurant was closed as it was Sunday!

Disappointing that the restaurant was closed but we discovered an excellent restaurant in the village of Bourg Achard....L'Amandier. Found the extra charge of (x 2) 1.20 euros both exiting and re-entering the A13 motorway system extremely bizarre.....no ticket to present but money taken all the same!

Ring hotel before going in Case of slip up

Always stayed at armony till last visit booked thro hotel .com a month before with further confirmation the week before.
On arrival after travelling 400miles. And a lot of hours across channel I was very upset for them to say the hotel is full and they didn't have a room for some reason .
Had to waste another hour travelling back on myself to locate a hotel that will take me and my dog

Boug Achard - Closed on Sundays

Room ok and hotel is on the edge of a trading estate but easy walking distance to the town. We stayed on a Sunday night when the hotel restaurant was closed and so were the other six restaurants in the town. We had to drive 10kms to Bourgtheroulde to find an indifferent restaurant open.We were amongst 20 other hotel guests wandering around looking for somewhere to eat.
Dining room is spacious and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Ideal stop over pour view nights

Great hotel for a couple of nights etc. Nice restuarant. Reasonably priced meals. Not much English spoken but if you know a little French you can get by. Rooms clean and comfortable and dogs welcome. You can walk into village. A couple of shops and intermarche and Lidl close to hotel. Also vet of needed. Good parking and free wifi

Locked in the car park!

Told receptionist that we would be leaving very early, - before breakfast! When we tried to leave car park at 06.45am, found the gate locked and requiring a code to get out. We had not been given a code. No one on duty so we were locked in until a member of staff arrived some time later.
Very poor service, not recommended.

We chose the hotel because of the restaurant reviews so we were disappointed to find that the restaurant is closed on Friday nights particularly since we asked for a table reservation during the booking process and this was not brought to our attention. Very friendly staff but hotel seems to be geared towards business users more than leisure.

Very clean and great location

Great location on the junction of two motorways so a good stop off en-route down France. Could also walk into the town for shops. Also right near some lovely bits of countryside for sightseeing. Very clean - spotless rooms! Great restaurant with the best steak we had all holiday. Not very comfy beds, but I do recommend it!

A very convenient and comfortable stopover.

We used this hotel for a night on the way up to catch the ferry home. It was very easy to find, very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, dinner was good value overall, although the steak was a bit tough. We would happily stay here again.

What a lovely friendly hotel and restaurant

Needed a one night stopover en route from England to our home in the Hautes-Pyrenees. L'Armony was in a very good position just off the A28 motorway and as it had good reviews we decided to stay there. So glad we did as it was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was very good too. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We decided to break our journey back to the Eurotunnel terminal, and the Armony hotel was in the right place, near to Rouen and just off the motorway. My wife was unwell when we arrived, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. One big omission from the room equipment, especially in the circumstances, was any form of kettle or other hot-drink source. LemSip does not work with cold water.

The most comfortable beds in France?

Easy to find, on the edge of a commercial estate on the road from the autoroute into town. Reception at the hotel was friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable but did lack storage shelves for non-hanging clothes. Bathroom/shower was well above average for France. The bed (and pillows) were on a par with Premier Inn beds, which we have always found excellent. Breakfast was a buffet and very comprehensive, representing good value for money. The restaurant appears to be the only one (or one of very few!) in town, so we ate there every night and didn't have to repeat a dish during our stay. Altogether excellent.

Quite modern hotel ,middle range with excellent facilities including a very nice restaurant with very reasonably priced meals. Can't really fault our one night stay,would certainly choose the hotel again.

Additionally it is just a few miles from a major motorway junction south of Rouen.

Stayed here both on the way to Southern Brittany and on way back. Hotel staff very helpful. Room and bed good (although lacked a hairdryer). Really good breakfast with eggs and meat as well as the usual croissants, etc. Surroundings rather bland with little shade, motorway noise in distance constant (though it didn't interfere with sleep). 10 minute drive to Brotonne Forest and bac across Seine to Jumieges. Excellent stopover.

Overnight stay whilst travelling back to UK

We were travelling as an extended family with 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 8 years down to 7 weeks.
Having booked ahead to stay both on our journey down through France and back we were surprised on our return to the Hotel to be told that we could not have the configuration of rooms we had had previously and that the total cost was going to be nearly 200 euros more.
We argued the case and finally got agreement to hold the original costs as per our booking.
It was clear that rooms had not been allocated to our booking in advance and that when we arrived they were trying to sort out how to accommodate us!
We ate in the hotel for ease and despite there only being two other people in the restaurant we were served our food almost in relays with three of the children being overlooked completely and not served anything at all until we questioned the staff as to where their meals were.

2 overnight stays to /from holiday for 12 people

First stay was fine as far as rooms were concerned and receotion was fine, restaurant staff were decidedly surly and unhelpful. When we arrived for return stay we were going to be charged nearly 200 euros more than our confirmed booking. Took a lot of hassle to get rooms that would take family configurations at agreed price. Hotel basically good but beware that they may not reserve what you book!

Un peu difficile lorsque vous vous retrouvez à la porte de votre chambre et que personne n’est joignable un samedi à 12h30. En l’occurrence impossible de se changer pour aller à un enterrement ; après une promenade dans la forêt de Brotonne nous n’étions pas dans une tenue ad hoc. Merci l’hôtel 😥

De ontvangst was redelijk koel maar dezelfde dame was wel zeer vriendelijk bij het ontbijt.
Nette kamer zonder overbodige luxe maar zonder gebreken. Locatie dicht bij autostrade maar toch rustige omgeving. Door de coronacrisis was het restaurant niet meer geopend.

Sejour agréable dans l ensemble propreté irréprochable, le seul bémol nous etions partit en famille 4 adultes et 1 enfants par couple ils nous a fallu prendre 3 chambre pour y sejournez ...car pas de lit d appoint pour enfant nous avons été déçu par ce système la car nous avions jamais eu de probleme pour garder nos enfant de 2 et 5 ans dans la même chambre.

Concernant la chambre et l’accueil rien à redire , par contre la restauration est à déconseiller, les Nems en entrée cuit et recuit complètement desséché. Et sans aucun goût, le steak avais un drôle de goût et une odeur bizarre quand aux frites elle étais comme les nems recuite et par contre toutes molle.
Les 18€ pour ce repas Ne sont pas justifiées.
