The only problems were around access codes after the reception had closed. Your code could not be used so I had to use the help line. And the barrier needed a new key board as the buttons were worn. Each button had to be pressed hard and you had to do it very slowly.

Not up to standard

As Reception is only open limited hours for check-in we checked in using the code sent. The room smelled of smoke, otherwise clean. The air conditioning did not work but as there was nobody at Reception we could not ask for help. We could not find the advertised lift and had to walk up the stairs. The bed was extremely hard. The extractor fan for the shower did not work. We there had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy with an outside corridor. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and when reception was open they did kindly put our ice blocks in the freezer.

C’était mieux qu’un F1 mais quand même assez limite au niveau des sanitaires. Un effort de déco est à relever dans la chambre. Dormir au rez n’est pas très sécurisant vu le monde qui tourne autour de cet hôtel.

Ayant séjourné à l'hôtel B&B de st malo, qui était très confortable jai réservé cet hôtel B&B les yeux fermés pensant retrouver une chambre semblable pour un prix équivalent or je n'ai pas trop aimé cet hotel type chambre cabine à coté du parking.
Mal insonorisé vous entendez les voisins du dessus.

Bien avec quelques petites choses de dommage

L'hôtel se situe pas très loin d'une zone de commerce à laquelle je conseillerais tout de même d'accéder en voiture.
Il y a de la place sur le parking. Le portail est fermé ma nuit et peut être ouvert avec le code de la chambre, ce qui est bien pour tout véhicule voulant entrer. Néanmoins, je trouve ça un peu dommage que l'on doit aussi taper le code pour sortir (on est déjà à l'intérieur, à quoi bon?).
L'enregistrement s'est fait simplement et le code de la chambre marqué sur la facture (penser à la garder si vous avez une petite mémoire).
La chambre était petite mais convenait très bien pour la raison de ma venue. Le matelas était néanmoins un peu trop dur à mon goût.
La salle d'eau est bien dans le sens où il y a le nécessaire (douche, évier, toilettes).
La chambre était calme et bien insonorisée.
Je n'ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner, je ne peux donc avoir d'avis là-dessus.

Faites l'amour sans faire trop de bruit !

En réalité cet établissement mériterait une note de 4 sur 5, quant à la qualité de l'accueil notamment.
Nous avons même pu choisir l'étage de notre chambre . Peut-être avons-nous mal choisi ?
En effet, une femme nous a fait vivre, avec beaucoup de bruit, sa folle nuit. Etait-elle au-dessus, à côté ou en dessous( je parle de sa chambre ) ? Je n'en sais rien ! Même avec beaucoup de tolérance, c'est assez hallucinant d'avoir à supporter un tel comportement !
Bien sûr, c'est un pur hasard et nous retournerons certainement dans des hôtels B&B qui devraient peut-être envisager des chambres \"roses\" très bien insonorisées pour ce type de clientèle ?
