We stayed for one night while passing through Orlando. Our room was clean, staff were professional however, the hotel is lacking in toiletries such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap. I did not see a blowdryer. There was only one hanger. And I did not see a coffee pot. Otherwise, the basics were available.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, but it turned into a very stressful and unsafe experience.

From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The microwave in my room did not work, and even worse, the stove stayed on for an entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing was done. I was told that only the morning staff could fix it, even though it was nighttime. This meant I had to spend the entire night in the room with the stove on, which felt very dangerous—especially because I was there with my two young children.

I asked to be moved to another room due to the safety risk, but my request was refused without any real solution.

The situation became even worse the next day when the room next to mine caught fire. Smoke spread into my room, and the smell was overwhelming. After everything that had already happened, this was terrifying.

This experience was unacceptable and honestly felt like a nightmare. I hope management takes responsibility and improves both safety and customer service so no other family has to go through something like this.

paid $596.87 for 4 people and 1 dog for 3 nights, room and bedding was clean, TV worked, water was hot BUT no coffee maker, no plates, bowls or cups or silverware, even though had a 2 burner hot plate and microwave, no shampoo or conditioner, 4 people stayed, not enough towels had to take the used ones down to front desk to get fresh ones, i roll of TP had to go get another one😳. will find something else next time.

The building looked good on the outside, but inside was a different story. The building contained a constant smell beyond explanation, the room was serviceable with a chair that was peeling and a bed that allowed people to lay in it. The fire to the bathroom had some sort of damage on the front and we had roaches and assorted bugs as roommates.

The building and room appeared to be clean but after having to move 3 times because the tv and/or AC wasn't working properly in the rooms assigned we found a dead roach and 2 mins later we saw a live one. We left immediately and requested a refund.

Booked this knowing it was cheaper- we just needed somewhere to sleep. Didn't need anything over the top. But never again...WiFi you have to pay for.. room was ok but furniture was pretty rough. Blankets were awful. Staff was a little standoff ish. We were locked out of the building because someone burnt food and the whole floor filled up with smoke. No hand soap or toiletries. Not even a hand towel. The signage said if you wanted to exchange towels you had to pay. No housekeeping.

The room, bed, bath and kitchen area were all in great condition. The lounge chair had areas in the leather that were peeling off so we felt uncomfortable sitting in it due to potential inability to clean the chair. Also, Wi-Fi was not available without paying a fee so had to go to my car to use the internet. Both issues were manageable and would not deter us from reserving a room in the future

More like a motel, long term stays. Floor was sticky in bedroom, no shampoo only soap in bathroom. Sofa falling apart, not sure why they bother keeping it in the room as this contributes to a lower rating.
Bed covers too thin. Not a Hampton if your looking for that. More like a motel 6.

We didn’t stay. The television didn’t work, the air condition sounded like there was a cat caught in the fan, the telephone didn’t work. The maintenance people were gone by 4:00pm. They didn’t have another room to offer us. It seems there are a lot of subsidized housing people staying there.

Worse experience ever!!!!, I had booked 3 rooms for my family arriving from nyc for NEW YEAR. Our flight got delay serval times due to a snow storm in nyc , I had called the hotel & explain the situation to make sure our if our late arrival wouldn’t cause any inconvenience, also to see if we can add an extra day, with whom i had spoken to told me & assure me everything will be fine for our check-in and the extra night was added. Traveling from the mco airport to Davenport FL was almost a 2 hour ride, with our family, small kids and pet. As we arrived to the hotel the front desk tells me our reservation I had booked one week before our trip also (communicated to the hotel our flight delay)was cancelled as a NO SHOW… no emails were sent to me as NO SHOW OR Reservation Cancellation. This hotel is trash & fu*ked up they didn’t give a damn we had small kids & our pets in hand. They didn’t care I was just told nothing couldn’t be done b/c the hotel was out of rooms. they also mention no one noted our flight delay I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Our family was left out in the cold due to the cold front Fl was experiencing that day, save your money go to another place with better communication more professional environment.

They charged for everything and my microwave didn't work if you wanted dish wear, you had to pay $35, they only do housekeeping every 14 days. And if you want your towers changed, you have to go-between 3 and 6, if you want toilet paper, you have to go to the front desk. And I had roaches crawling in my bed. I will never stay here again. And someone came in my room and stole my phone.

The property was pretty clean, side doors were unlocked at night, some of the guests were smoking marijuana behind the hotel, the property was out of bathroom tissue, and it was somewhat noisy. However the stay wasn't bad. It is also conveniently located, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and medical facilities.

I was meeting up with friends who rented an airbnb in the champions area, and this was the perfect hotel to stay! It was very clean and quiet , and i felt safe! Publix right next to it , and not to far from the parks and Disney Springs. The price was great, no hidden surprises!

I recently stayed at this property and was very disappointed with the overall condition compared to how it used to be. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly. Upon arrival, the room had a strong food odor, and the sheets appeared unclean. The bathroom had roaches, and there was no toilet paper provided. Several doors throughout the building were not functioning, and the elevator was extremely dirty with a strong odor.
The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with panhandlers nearby and a noticeable smell of marijuana around the property. Additionally, the outdoor areas were poorly maintained, with dog waste throughout the grass.
This hotel was once a wonderful place to stay, but the quality and maintenance have declined greatly. I truly hope management addresses these issues so guests can feel comfortable and safe again.

I stayed at this motel recently and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and far nicer than I expected fresh linens, great water pressure, ice-cold A/C, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, quiet at night, and felt safe and relaxing. You can tell they truly take pride in keeping the place clean and running smooth.I travel a lot, and this was easily one of the best motel experiences I’ve had. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Staff was OK. Hotel offers basically nothing. No breakfast, even paid. Basically no toiletries, only soap bars. Kitchen available, without a single item to cook, or to use to drink. Sofa, as you can see in the pictures, seems it came from a dumpster. Bathroom was filthy. See attached pictures. Terrible experience overall. Was so disappointed I chose this hotel, and even used my Key Cash on this.
