This hotel was truly a hidden gem. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night’s sleep. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail throughout. The shower was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and many of Rome’s major attractions. Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with recommendations and any requests. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

WARNING for everyone traveling from afar to Rome, avoid this hotel. They operate like slumlords and will not respond to request while during your stay. Mold is everywhere in the bathroom, broken sink, cigarettes and weed smells everywhere. Don’t be fooled by the photos. THIS IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel. There was mold in the walls, walls were not clean, smelly towels, water pressure in the shower was very low and did not get hot enough.

The hotel was in a perfect location to all of the big tourist attractions. Walking distance to everything. The only downside of that was that it was very loud on our 2nd floor balcony room. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Better directions should have been given about how to get to the check-in area. There were no signs and it was on the 3rd floor. Overall, it was very nice.

This hotel was centrally located. The accommodations were good. We arrived early and the staff worked hard to get us in our rooms as soon as possible. The bathrooms weren’t as functional as they could be. There was no shelf in the shower and the shower gel, shampoo,and conditioner had to sit on the floor. There was no room to lay the blow dryer. There was a small towel bar big enough to hold a hand towel. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. For us the pros outweigh the cons, and this hotel worked for the two nights we were in Rome.

First, the app indicated it was a HOTEL , but when I arrived, it was actually a short-term rental property. Second, I arrived at 9:30 PM and the doors were locked; there was no one at reception because there were no other guests staying there. I felt very unsafe. Finally, the room was very outdated, despite being advertised as a Suite and Luxury Room: truly unsatisfactory.

The check in desk is on the third floor. You can’t get in without a code or key card. The guy has to come down to let you in. The shower ran out of hot water. If you like to stay in quiet areas, this isn’t the one. My family ordered a family luxury suite but they got the same size room as my one person room just with an extra bed with no balcony. I won’t be going back there.

I hate to give this place anything but a 5 star review because it was actually very nice. The issue was the smell in the bathroom. There’s a strong distinct odor of what can only be described as old kitty litter.

Perfect location 2 to 3 mins walk to Trevi Fountain! Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the metro, and so quiet! We could not hear any street noise. We were in 3 person and it had a king bed and a single bed. There is an elevator, a hair dryer and shampoo, body wash etc. you also control the room air conditioning. 100% recommend!

No one to help, no one to ask questions, tried calling the hotel number several times no one ever answered, not one single time. A/C barely worked. Should be a 1 star at best..

The hotel overall was great, rooms were cleaned and the area was perfect. The front desk opens from 9am-8pm which doesn’t work well if you have an early flight and are in need of a taxi, there’s no one there and even if you call the phone number provided for emergencies no one answers.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom apartment near The Spanish Steps. The apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed with a kitchen and washing machine. Jasmine (the hotel manager) and Shan (housekeeping), were both friendly and helpful, and quick to accommodate any needs that came up.

Front desk did not inform of us the double system of locked doors and how to work them so my friend was stuck outside one night for over an hour before she found help to get in. There was a horrible smell outside our room in the vestibule every night but seemed to be gone by morning. Excellent location but front desk service not available when needed.

Perfect location, the Trevi Fountain was practically in the same block. The communication was great, I was able to do my self check in, they have \"storage luggage\" (but no locked room, you just leave your stuff in the front desk), but it worked for us. Very quiet, overall clean, but I think they can improve the cleanliness in the shower and the toilet. You have to leave your toiletries on the floor of the shower :-/. The rolling bed was not the most comfortable (compared with my other 3 hotels during my trip to Europe), but I was able to sleep. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Location of this hotel was great but the experience was not. Our hotel keycard did not work and we waited two hours at night trying to call for assistance to get in. They were not responsive he picked up my call after calling 25 times and did not help out as much. The door was broken so we needed a manual key to get in. It was a waste of time and not a good experience.

We did not expect the hotel/suites to be located on two floors of a larger building. We had to get buzzed to go in the facility.
Check in was a breeze and we paid our city tax in person. The lift was not in operation so we carried our luggages up 3 flights of stairs.
Our floor (and assuming the only floor, minus the reception desk on another floor) had about 4-5 “suites”. Our room specifically smelled TERRIBLE as if someone chain smoked in the room prior to our arrival. We opened the windows immediately to air it out. Luckily we were out exploring for majority of the day and came back to sleep for only one night. The smelled continued to linger and unfortunately I had to sleep with a mask on. Window was left open but local bars were extremely loud downstairs.
The shower at some point did not turn on and we contact front desk via number provided. They did not answer- luckily we figured it out.. but still no response from the hotel after card claims to be available 24/7 (we texted at 11pm).
Note: My clothes smelled like smoke from the hotel as we left to another city.

They were rally friendly and really accommodating as we were running late to park the car with the traffic in Rome. If you want the designated parking lot to not park in the center it’s still close to the hotel about 15 minutes walking. Just use Google maps to find it. Apples maps will not be able to take you correctly to the parking.

Good stay. Great location. However - Pictures of rooms were a lot bigger than the actual room size. Actual rooms were half that size and there were three of us so no real space. Another massive inconvenience was they wanted the city tax in cash which was a huge pain to get to an atm etc. which wasted a lot of time for me. I spoke to other tourists and their hotels accepted credit cards. So definitely a major put off and inconvenience. Staff was great and courteous. Cleanliness was good.

We arrived and no one was there around 7:00/7:30 for check in and no one was willing to help us. Finally a front desk person came and helped who was kind but we later found out that she charged us for the city tax for our 9 year old and was not supposed to. AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK! Although it was cooler outside it was stuffy and hot on the 4th floor. We did not sleep at all that night. Could not find the WiFi password which we later found posted OUTSIDE the room in a common area. Happy we only stayed here a few hours and left.

Other than location, not recommended. Pictures do not reflect the age & lack of maintenance of property. The power glitched on/off several times the first night and again later. The part time manager simply said \"don't worry, u are safe.\" We didn't feel safe because the lock on the door was shaky at best. No breakfast was included. WiFi was spotty.The premium bedding was non-existent. My wife requested towels to help support her back while she slept. We could hear the family across from us in the \"sound proofed\" rooms. Lastly, check-in was on the 3rd floor and the elevator broke down the night before we were to leave. My wife and I had to carry 5 bags down three stories of winding stairs. I have asked for a partial refund due to the items referenced. I wish we had not prepaid for the room.

Communication was easy with the staff and they were very accommodating. Only thing to note is the parking property amenities is a bit misleading. It was important for us to find a location that included parking as we were travelling with a toddler and had many bags. There is no self parking on site unless that refers to street parking which is impossible to come by. Your only parking options are the public parking garages and you hope that the ones around aren’t full, which they were for us so we had to park quite far. Aside from parking, we had a lovely stay and would come back again.

Very convenient location and central, literally less than 5 minutes walk to Trevi and tons of dining options. Building was easy to find and had an elevator which was nice since we were on the 4th floor. Room was a bit small considering the price but should be expected for the location.
