I was traveling alone and stayed one night and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the Hill Stay was. The staff is accommodating and makes sure you understand how things work. The room will comfortably accommodate two people and includes a stove and sink for your convenience. I believe the Hill Stay to be a true gem in the rough and would definitely stay again!

혼자 숙박은 좋았음

좀 낡았고 자동 조명이나 출입시설이 없는게 시설이 오래된 원룸같았지만 혼자 조용이 자고 나오는건 괜찮았음.
유럽식 조식이라는게 간단한 토스트와 달걀프라이 같은걸 셀프로 먹는거였는데 있을 것은 전부있었음.

기억에서 지우고싶은 숙소

욕실 문고리는 삭아서 위험했고
바닥은 먼지투성이라 맨발로 걸어봤더니 잔뜩 묻어났으며.침대매트리스천으로 이불대신이었으며.
무료조식은 준비미흡으로 컵라면으로 먹으라시는 사장님 말씀에 ..조용히 사양하고 나왔습니다.방문때부터 불친절하셨어요. 최악의 숙박이었어서 그 충격에 늦은후기를올립니다.호텔이 아닌 여관 그이하였습니다.단지 좋았던것은 근처 금오천에서의 산잭입니다.

외관에 비해 내부 인테리어가 많이 모텔스러웠지만
주인어른 두분 너무 친절하시고 침실 깨끗했습니다.
무엇보다 아침식사가 진짜...깜짝 놀랐어요
7찬 이상의 반찬, 미역국, 셀프계란프라이
빵, 치즈, 햄, 쨈, 두유, 주스까지
숙박비에 비해 과한 아침식사가 죄송스러울 정도 였습니다.
감사히 잘 묵고 왔습니다.
다음에 구미에 간다면 또 머무르겠습니다.

출장 3박 정말 좋았습니다

일단 숙소가 참청결하고, 조명도 밝고, 여기 첫숙박이라 일단 1박 먼저 해보고 괜찮으면 더 숙박하려고 했는데 너무 괜찮아서 3박 하고 왔네요
일단 깔끔하고 난방좋고, 아침식사도 깔끔하고 출장자에겐 더없이 좋은 곳이었습니다.
다음에 구미출장가면 무조건 여기 숙박합니다

단지 욕실은 좀 공간이 조금 좁았습니다.
장점은 베란다에서 간단한 빨래(세탁기 유)나 조리(싱크대)가 가능해 보였습니다.

괜찮은 숙소

평점은 낯은데 후기는 좋은 숙소.
보여지는 시설은 유명호털처럼 훌륭하지는 않지만 친구들과 2박 지내기는 깨끗하고 좋은 숙소였습니다.
제가 묵은 방은 투룸이었는데, 침대방에는 에어컨이 설치되어 있었고 거실방에는 에어컨이 없었지만 선풍기를 따로 주셔서 시원하게 잘 지냈습니다.
조식도 한식과 빵,라면,커피등을 취향에 따라 먹을 수 있었습니다.
스텝들도 아주 친절하게 안내해 주시고 기분좋게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다~

밥과 토스트 등 셀프 조식 포함이고 레지던스 호텔로 세탁기까지 있어 지내기엔 가성비가 아주 우수합니다.
그러나 에어컨이 노후해서 더운 여름 날씨에는 방 온도가 안내려가서 힘들었습니다.
2~3시간은 틀어놔야 겨우 시원해지려 하는 정도 수준이니 여유를 갖고 기다리셔야 합니다.
주차도 빌딩 내에 있어서 편리합니다.
장박일수록 편리하게 있을 수 있을 듯 합니다.

참, 리모컨 하나로 에어컨과 TV 다 되니 에어컨 리모컨 따로 찾아 헤메지 마세요.

가성비 좋은 호텔이었다. 강추위가 매서웠던 날이었는데 개별난방 가능해서 따뜻하게 잘 지냈다. 온풍기 난방이 아닌 온돌 난방이라서 더 좋았다. 오피스텔을 호텔로 리모델링해서 세탁기와 싱크대, 가스렌지 사용이 가능한 호텔이었다.

터미널 근처라서 이동이 편리합니다. 주차도 쉽고요.
방마다 옷장이랑 싱크대등도 있고, 특히 겨울엔 보일러 엄청 빵빵합니다! 공기까지 따뜻..ㅜ..담날 아침엔 간단히 먹을수 있는 조식도 있고 저렴한 가격에 전반적으로 대만족입니다. 구미갈때마다 항상 예약합니다.ㅎ

터미널주변의 괜찮은숙소

주변에 식당과 편의점이 많아서 편리합니다. 숙소도 모텔보다는 레지던스분위기가 나서 좋습니다. 아침조식도 세미부페식으로 잘 나옵니다. 다만 유통기한이 지난 드레싱용소스가 있고 프라이팬이 너무 낡아서 교체가필요합니다.

방안에 부엌, 가스렌지, 세탁기 등이 완비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 창문도 큼직하게 있어서 채광도 밝고 좋았습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 청소도 잘 되어 있는 편이었습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고 고속버스터미널도 가까워서 편리한 장소라고 생각됩니다. 기회가 되면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

전반적으로 만족했습니다. 주인 아주머님이 친절하셨고, 세탁기와 가스렌지, 간단한 키친 도구 등이 있어서 가족 단위로 지내기에 더욱 좋습니다. 고속버스 터미널에서도 가깝고 주변에 식사할 수 있는 곳도 꽤 있어서 편합니다. 그리고, 간단하나마 아침 식사도 제공되는 점도 좋았습니다. 기회가 되면 다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다.

새벽 1시경에 소화전 비상벨이 울렸는데 아무도 와서 조치하지도 않고 프론트는 젆하도 안 받고 잠을 설치고 말았음. ㅠㅠ

기존 숙박 후기를 읽고 신청을 했는데 좋은 쪽이든 나쁜쪽이든 둘 다 사실인 것 같습니다.
단지 좋은 점만 적자면 벽지나 인테리어에서 모텔 같은 느낌이 전혀 없습니다. 창문도 크고 아침에 빛이 환하게 듭니다. 가스렌지와 세탁기가 있어 편하게 이용할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 침대 시트도 빳빳한 흰색 천으로 되어 있어 호텔로써 나름 노력하는 모습이 있었습니다. 호텔이라는 이름으로는 아쉬운 부분도 있지만 이 가격대에서 출장 용으로 사용하기엔 충분한 것 같습니다.

구미 방문객에게 강추하는 숙박업소

사진으로 봤을 땐 오래된 곳 같았는데,
방문해보니 시설듀 괜찮고 청결해서 좋았습니다.
여자 혼자 묵었는데 처음 찾아가는 길이 낯설어 무서웠지 이용에는 불편없었습니다.
그리고 저렴한 가격에 조식 먹는 식당까지 마련되어 있어 시험치거나 비즈니스로 구미 방문하시는 분들께 적극 추천합니다.

방 구조가 원룸형태(호텔인데도 가스,개별난방 되어있음)인 것으로 보아, 예전에는 원룸촌 건물인 것으로 생각됨. 구미에 괜찮은 호텔이 공단쪽에 있기 때문에 터미널/기차역 숙소를 잡아 하루 간단하게 머물다 가기에 나쁘지 않으며 저렴한 가격에 간단하게라도 식사를 제공하는 점이 좋았음. 하지만 \"호텔\" 이라는 이름을 달고 영업하시는 것에 비해 사장님의 서비스가 모텔급이니 참고하기 바람.

생각보다 괜찮았어요

아이를 데리고 숙박해야하는지라 사실 온돌이 나은선택이라 숙박했어요. 청결상태를 최우선으로 고민했구요. 마지막에 두개를 놓고 고민했는데 가보지않고는 알수없는라 모험 감행. 위치는 모텔촌..알고있던 사실이라 놀라지않고 침착하게 찾아들어갔죠. 가서 보니 생각보단 괜찮고 또 창문열어 환기도 시킬수있어 좋았어요. 유흥가지만 시끄럽지도 않았구요. 더 놀라운건 조식. 오~이가격에 조식까지 이리 신경써서 만들어주시다니 놀라웠어요. 밥 카레 반찬 김밥 씨리얼 우유 토스트 주스 커피 미숫가루..아! 셀프계란프라이ㅋ대충 기억나는게 이정도. 감동받아주시고 담날 다시가니 밥이 없네요. 다른분 말씀이 주중엔 밥이 나오고 주말엔 빵과 사발면이 나온답니다. 저희는 목요일부터 일요일까지 묵어서 황금조식은 하루만 먹었네요. 근데 아쉬운건 레지던스라서 세탁기 씽크대 가스렌지는 있어요. 근데 밥을해먹거나 라면을 끓여먹을수는 없네요. 식기는 없어요. 사장님께 말씀드리면 별일없음 빌려주실것같은데(제생각^^;) 저흰 그럴시간은 없었어요. 그리고 개별보일러라 좋았고..욕실은 좀 좁았지만 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요. 또 토요일에는 청소를 안해주시는건지 여쭤보진않았지만 토요일에는 휴지통도 안비워주시더라구요
